Had my bumper repaired here and It was done well. Paint was done well and the broken parts on the bumper was fixed.

Update: Issues Is that the radar on the front bumper of vehicle doesn’t work anymore. Car does not see vehicles in front of it and continues to head the same speed. I would cruise control on long drives and It would save me of having to worry about braking and slowing down. Now the car continues to go the same speed doesn’t measure distance and has almost got me into an accident. Came in with one issue left with another one.

Had an awful encounter with a Male staff. Was called to come pick up the car and was asked when I could come in. I said the same day but a little after 3pm. I got held up at work and managed to get there at 4: 50. No one was at counter and I said hello out loud to get staffs attention. Thats when the male staff proceeded to come out and ask me what he could help me with. After realizing that I am the customer that was called earlier today to come pick up the vehicle he began to speak rude to me. Words were exchanged and wasn’t a pleasant conversation. I had informed him I was held up at work and he did not care. He then started to lecture me and talk rudely to me. After which the female staff came out and he got quiet and left. (Store was still not closed when I arrived, also male staff didn’t help me). The nice lady helped me. I paid for my bill took the keys and left within 2 minutes. SOME of the staff need to be trained on how to communicate with customers. Will not be coming back to this place.

My experience was excellent! The job was done ahead of schedule and my vehicle was cleaner than when I dropped it off. All of the staff were good and well educated at their job.

I had a car accident back in May 2019. My insurance company sent me to Assured Automotive. From start to finish they were very thorough and professional from start to finish. My 2017 Hyundai Tucson came back to me clean and looking good as new. I highly recommend this company.

I was in a collision first weekend of April 2019 where the car was not driveable. Assured did not contact me at all until May 1,2019. May 1,2019 I got a call to authorize the repairs, I stated that I was not entirely sure that I have to authorize repairs, and I would contact my insurance to confirm. I confirmed with my insurance same day called and left 2 voicemails to authorize the repairs. Apparently they did not get the message and tried blaming me for not authoring my repairs in time and tried to deny me my rental car. When the repair situation was figured out, there were several delays from wrong parts being ordered and several other bogus excuses. When the repairs were done 8 weeks later and 6 weeks behind schedule the service clerk tried to have me pay the $500.00 deductible and I had no deductible as the collision was deemed not my fault. The clerk was ultra aggressive and I feel was trying to scam the $500.00 of me. Stay away. Stay far away!

If I could give assured Kitchener 10 stars I would! Ron and his staff are amazing. Their efficiency and customer service is impeccable. I needed a new bumper and they made my car look brand new inside and out. Their attention to detail is amazing. I would highly recommend assured Kitchener to everyone!

The worst service I've ever had. Not to mention the constant lies. The repairs were beyond disgusting. The paint job was terrible, even after they did it twice. They couldn't see a bent frame, even after i showed them. I took it somewhere else, and it was confirmed instantly the frame needed work and the paint needed redone. 3 times they told me my car was ready, only to go pick it up and realize half the repairs were not done. I'd give zero stars if i could. Disgusting company run by dishonest people.

We had to get the back end of our car fixed up after a collision, and we are so grateful to the team at Assured on Courtland for their kindness, professionalism, and going the extra mile. When the rental company wasn't able to send a car over right away, Steven gave me a ride to work. Zach took the time to explain all the updates and work done on the car in a way we could understand, and Cindy was always happy to take our calls. They did a fantastic job on the car, and took the time to clean her up afterward. Hopefully we won't have to pay them another visit, but if we do, we know we'll be in good hands!

This rating is for steven at assured, I met with him this morning to look over my 2012 Ram truck that was in an accident on the weekend. I had a lot of questions concerning repairs, rental, and time line for repairs that no one seemed to be able to answer for me. Steven answered those questions and more this morning without me having to even ask. Excellent customer relations on his behalf. I’m hoping the actual repairs and customer service go just as smooth, and my experience with Steven remains the same throughout with the rest of the folks at Assured. Keep up the great work Steven. As a side note, I had mentioned that I've heard a lot of bad reviews about the company my insurance set me up with for a rental, Steven got that changed to the rental company I preferred within seconds.

I had an excellent experience with Assured in the Kitchener, Ontario, location. I went in last year for a quote to fix the front bumper of my then brand new Mitsubishi Lancer 2017. They treated me with utmost respect and excellent customer care. When I went back a year later on May 25,2018 to do the actual repair, they did not change. They were excellent in their treatment of customers and highly professional in the work they did.
I must say that this was such an incredibly pleasant surprise to me because I was scared going in. I read some of the lengthy negative reviews about this company and thought to myself: Oh my god, I don't want to go there! But then, I listened deep inside to the fiercely independent part of me that has always refused to go with the flow and do what I was told. So, I decided to go back and experience them firsthand myself. And, thank goodness, they did not let me down! They treated me with the same care and dignity of the year before.
I don't want to discount the negative experience of others but I also know that people are more inclined to write reviews when they have negative experiences than when they have positive ones. Well, that really hides the excellent work they do here. So, I decided to take time to write a lengthy review and share the impeccable professional service and the wonderful respect I received as a person.
They fixed my car with the highest professional competence I could imagine. But there is much more than just professional excellence here. The woman at the receptionist desk is an amazing person. Zack was a professional par excellence. He is amazingly honest, respectful, caring, patient and efficient all in one package. The staff were very present, eager to help. They made sure they attended to everyone's queries and concerns.
When I dropped off my car, they couldn't find a shuttle to drive me back to work immediately. They could have let me wait there till the shuttle arrived but, hear this! They asked a staff member to drive me. They made sure I got back to work in time. They were right there attending to the concerns of their customers. I truly appreciated that.
They actually completed the work on my car well before schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call to go pick it up. My car was returned to me as good as new really. The repair was impeccable and they cleaned it inside and out with no cost to me. It was really more than a complement. They took extra care to give it back to me as good as new. Even the tires were so shiny that I asked if they were brand new. What’s more, they gave me warranty on the work they did. What more can one ask for? I’ll probably send them a card or a plant to express my heartfelt thanks for their incredible work!
My advice to those who read reviews: Of course, it is good to read reviews to have a sense of what others think. But please use your own judgement. Experience them firsthand before you pass judgement. Everyone's experience is bound to be different. Besides, chances are that people are more willing to fault others than themselves, even for their own follies. I will definitely go to Assured Kitchener if I need their service. Thank you Assured for putting my fears to rest!
