I have my Honda CRV repaired with Assured. They have quality work and excellent customer service. This place is highly recommended for all types of auto body work.

My experience was absolutely incredible! My car was scheduled for repairs here through my insurance company. The insurance company failed to do their part and make the necessary arrangements for me to get into a rental during the repairs. They also didn’t advise Assured that the deductible was waived. Assured was super proactive in making sure I didn’t step into a rental until the insurance company confirmed in writing that I was in the clear. The receptionist made sure we were taken care of. The repairs were quick and clean. They even gave our car a full detail which was just the cherry on top of the cake. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my car repairs and will be doing all future repairs with them. Thanks guys!

Thank you to Mike and the Assured Collision Repair Professionals team. I brought my car in for repair and the process was so seamless and easy. Just fixed my CRV. This service is far beyond my expectations, I would like to give 10 stars, but there are only 5 stars at most! They really tried their best and sincerely. In particular, they always remind you of the important things you have to do next at the right time, and they are familiar with the whole insurance process, saving me a lot of time.

Unfortunately this was second time I had to get my vehicle fixed from this location. Being a repeat customer should say it all. From start to end it was a smooth process. All email and phone calls were pleasant and professional. Above all the work was done to very high standard. What really got my attention was when the vehicle was returned it was detail inside and out. The espresso was really good too!

We had our SUV brought in to fix some damage to the rear gate, quarter panel, and rear bumper. From Day 1, Ryan and team had been nothing short of dedicated and honest. A manufacturer logistics issue prevented the replacement of one final part, which was completely out of their hands. They kept us updated over the course of the next few months, gave us options, and empathized with the length at which it took to receive the replacement part from their supply channels. They took pride in and 100% stood behind their work, and were just a great group of people to deal with during what normally is a stressful and unpleasant situation.

Excellent service.follow-up and follow-through. It was an insurance claim.a smooth transition from the Insurance company Intact to completion of the bumper/rear-end repair.

All around great service! I’m impressed with the repairs as well! My 2018 Mazda CX-5 with front end damage looks brand new! Customer service was amazing as well. You almost don’t need to ask questions because they give you the detailed information with regards to the service. Highly recommended.

They fixed the damage down the whole side of my car caused by vandalism. The entire car is 10 years old and looks brand new. There was no work to be done on my part. They took care of everything. Arranged for a rental which was waiting for me too. Hopefully won't have to return, but I highly recommend!

I want to start off by saying I was skeptical at first about using Assured Automotive as the reviews overall about the company were not great. Boy are those reviews wrong. I am so glad I decided to give them a try as recommended by my insurance company as one of their trusted body shops. Assured was exceptional. The customer service was amazing.always keeping me in the loop on my repairs. The repair job they did was great. I did not expect when I got my car back to be cleaned both inside and out but it was and that was definitely a nice surprise and great added touch.

Truly amazing & quality service. The kind receptionist Nicole, and the accident inspector Mike were really helpful and made sure that I received the best service.

There was an Internet outage from Rogers/Fido yesterday 08-July, and I couldn't call up any other Assured body shops and communicate with my insurance agent. But the kind receptionist made sure I was attended to and gave me complete details on how it will proceed from here.

Mike (who was also facing telecom disruption), promptly took relevant pics and assured me of quality work.

Took my 2018 f150 into Assured Auto for rear end damage caused by a rear end collision. I have to say it is very rare to get exemplary service these days. Quote took all of 10 minutes. Parts were ordered and I was kept informed of when they were expected in over a period of about 10 days. An appointment was made for repair with an estimate of how long. They arranged my rental for me and everything went exactly as they said. Repair work is top notch and you wouldn't know my vehicle was ever damaged. They dealt with my insurance directly. When I got my truck back they had even washed and cleaned the cabin, amazing team who pays attention to detail! I would highly recommend using Assured Auto.

Amazing customer service and impeccable repairs done by Assured Automotive. My Honda Accord was in a minor collision involving the front end and they repaired my vehicle within the promised timeline. The repair and paint job itself was done very professionally and they were able to match my shade of white which is somewhat difficult to do. I dealt with Safraz who made the process very simple and kept me up to date on the repair. Definitely recommend this shop for any repairs!

I was rear ended so the other guys insurance covered the costs. The workers were professional. They had covid safety protocols in place. I needed my bumper fixed, but when I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new! They even disinfected and detailed the inside of my car! Very impressed with their work! Highly recommend

Amazing team
And Amazing service. I was involved in an accident and needed repairs on my car and these guys went above and beyond. They fixed everything in a timely manner and it was really well done they also even covered up some rock chips and went the extra mile. Super friendly staff and there’s always a smile on their face. I brought my motor vehicle to this Assured location twice. The first time was a few years ago and several pieces of broken glass ware not cleaned up during the course of repairs. This caused irreparable property damage to occur to articles of sporting goods that were placed in the trunk of my car after repairs were undertaken by Assured under the manager's (Ryan's), watch and supervision. Then, the manager, namely Ryan, has the temerity to use foul and profane language by swearing at me because I complained about the broken glass not being cleaned up/ vacuumed by his staff. Ryan admitted to swearing at me to the district manager, Derek. Belair Direct almost pulled its vendor contract because of this unprofessional behaviour and shabby work performance demonstrated by this branch of Assured.

Then, out of nothing more than sheer respect for the district manager, Derek, who unlike Ryan and Dominik was actually professional, I, reluctantly opted to give this particular shop a second chance.

What a mistake this would turn out to be!

Indeed, Ryan and his subordinate Dominik were hostile and rude towards me as soon as I showed up to drop my motor vehicle off for repairs. The sarcastic tone in Dominik's voice when greeting me, Dominik's hostile statements to me while appraising my car and his derisive remarks when writing up my estimate all combined to make me feel very uncomfortable dealing with him. I simply did not trust leaving my car with this branch of Assured given that it continues to offer employment to unprofessional employees such as Ryan and Dominik.

Of greater concern was that Dominik palpably demonstrated a lack of automotive paint knowledge and was negligent in assessing property damage. In particular, my front hood was damaged with scratches through the paint and clear-coat down to the metal. Dominik appraised the damage to be fixed by only painting half the hood and then blending it in. I subsequently brought my car to three (3) other auto body shops, namely Pro Color Collision, Fix Auto and Lyons Auto Body and all three (3) of these foregoing repair shops stated to me that the entire hood would have to be removed, sanded down and the entire hood repainted. This is the proper way to repair as it is a full measure, not a half measure. Indeed, it is trite to say that Dominik takes short cuts and has no clue what he is talking about and thus cannot be trusted with preparing estimates for repairs to be properly undertaken.

By any objective measure, Dominik is not properly qualified to even be giving estimates for a chipped windshield, much less significant accident damage caused to a luxury vehicle. This is a busy corporate culture location where customers are treated like numbers and there is virtually no customer service.

If you brining your car to this Assured location for repairs and it is going through insurance as a preferred shop, Dominik will cut corners and do a shabby second rate job in order to save the insurance company money in order to retain the business going forward. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to another shop where, unlike with Dominik and Ryan, you will receive courteous reception and good customer service.

Amaazing service. Ryan who is the manager is exceptional. The personalized service experince is just amazing. When you work for a bank your service expectation automatically becomes a little more picky but rest "ASSURED" they will floor you with their service. Thanks for making my car repair so smooth and easy.

I want to share my awesome experience at Assured Automotive. I especially want to call out the attention to detail by Safraz and Ryan. They are true professionals that made my day. My Hyundai Santa-Fe was involved in a car collision and they returned it back to a new condition in 3 days. The car looks great and I would highly recommend their service, should you be in the same situation. Great job!

I give 4 because the completed work on my vehicle is great. However it was a royal mess getting them to contact us as it was through the insurance company. Their price was quite a bit more than the estimate we got from 2 other shops. They also took much longer to complete than was estimated.
Staff were friendly and courteous.

TOOK 2.5 months to fix my RAV4 and after waiting that long insurance company wouldn’t cover my rental anymore so I had to pay out of pocket for this not to mention when I finally did get my car back, the body work was fine but then I had other problems with it. I don’t know how any insurance company could call these guys a “preferred repair shop” what a scam. They even offer warranty and let me tell you that’s the biggest scam if I ever saw one

Everyone at Assured City Centre is courteous and friendly. They are a breeze to deal with even when dealing with automobile repairs due to an accident. The repairs were done well and done before expected. Plus, they kept me informed the whole time my car was there of the progress/status. This is the only place we bring our cars to be worked on and we will continue to do so.

They kept in touch with me and my insurance company and got my car fixed within a week. Fast, effecient and transparent. I asked where the parts were from and he showed me my invoice and explained that they were all from volkswagen.
