I give this garage a 0 star review, they have had my car for now pushing 7 months, they have given me 5-6 different dates to go pick it up and keep giving me excuses to push the date, I still yet to have my car back, they had to “order parts” like 5 different times after starting working on it, they have never called me to give me updates, I was the one that had to keep calling for updates and they are just a bunch of liars, lied to me over and over again on when to come pick up my car, this is ridiculous and un acceptable, staff is very unprofessional, what kind of shop have to order parts multiple times after starting to work on the car, like can you not see what has to be ordered, you guys have had my car for 7 months, just get working on it and stop lying to me week after week! I’m furious and never will deal with this shop ever again!

Undoubtedly, THE WORST body shop I have dealt with in 20 years of towing. They screw over their contractors for payments. Every excuse in the book. March invoice still NOT paid despite them saying the check is in the mail. They wouldn’t let you leave their yard without getting paid. As a contractor, I advise ALL others. Don’t drop a car off till you get paid. Legal action is next!

Constant lies. Matt was the worse. My car was with them for 6 months and finally got written off. My rating would be zero if that were an option.

If your insurance company uses this auto detailer tell them to send your car somewhere else. Waiting since December 2022 for damage done while car was supposedly being repaired for auto claim. Car was in worse shape when picked up then when it went in. No escalation process, no customer service and workmanship was extremely poor quality.

"The biggest scam in Kingston! I gave my vehicle for repair due to a small damage, based on my insurance company's suggestion. It took 3 months to get my car back for such a minor repair, and they claimed a huge amount from the insurance company. They don't even have a work planner. Now, my new car is extremely uncomfortable to drive. Never bring your car here if you value it. "

Posting so the word gets out. My mom brought her car here to be fixed. After a week with no word she called and was told they were backed up and would get to it right away. A few hours later my mom was called and told the car was STOLEN sometime over the weekend and they didn't know until then (after my mom had called asking about the car). So no security system in place or they just don't care when someone breaks into their office. Would not trust this place with my lunch.

I brought my car in after a collision, based on my insurers suggestion. I was extremely impressed by the service and care I received by the staff at Assured Automotive.

They let me know up front that there could be delays with parts, and kept me in the loop with what was going on with the repairs. The lines of communication with Assured were fantastic.

The car looks better than it has in years!

Marty and the team were very professional courteous and served up a great job on my van. The body repair and paint job was great. Looks brand new and communication throughout was appropriate they clearly have experience and provide a quality service.

After waiting for parts for my newly purchased vehicle involved in deer crash, Assured Auto covered my extra time in a rental car and treated me with the utmost respect. Friendly staff, great location and service. Nice job on the Malibu!

My insurance company recommended this place. Friendly service, but I was consistently lied to on how long my assessment would take. I was told by the agent it would be done within 48 hours. After hearing nothing for a week. I called and was told it would be done by the end of the week. This went on for a month. I took my vehicle to a different company and it was done in 24 hours. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Absolutely disgusting. Terrible scam. Will literally break parts of your car and then offer to fix it to get more money. Do not understand how this is rated so high

I couldn't be more happier with this company. My drivers side was a mess after another car hit the whole side and sped off. My car and I arrived on a tow truck, and 30 mins later Heather had a rental outside for me. She explained the next steps in the process and kept me informed each step of the way. So did Jack, who btw sounds alot older than he looks haha. But their knowledge and professionalism, not to mention friendliness was superb. From arriving there on the tow truck to standing there after it was fixed was completely seamless.and they took alot of stress away from me. I honestly would never recommend anyone else, I just wouldn't trust anyone else to do what they do haha. Thank you so much guys, my car and I appreciate it! Oh, for anyone reading this.this is the first time I've been in an accident and I really had no idea what to do. Now I do and I don't have any worries about it now.

I was very happy with the everything about my experience at the Assured Automotive shop in Kingston. The staff was great to deal with, the Manager was very professional and my vehicle looked great when the work was done.in less time than expected. Great job everyone!

Assured is an excellent word to describe this body shop and I could not be more happy with the work that was performed on my car. Corey and his team were extremely professional and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. My car looks amazing and I am totally impressed. Thank you to the team for making sure all the details were taken care of. My experience was seamless.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. They had my truck from 12 Dec 19 until 17 Feb 20 - over 2 months! Throughout this time I called probably 7 times and left messages to call me back- didn't happen. When a staff member did answer here are some examples: I don't know when it will be ready but I will call you back on Monday to give you a better idea-no call on Monday; I will leave a message for so and so to call you back but they are just in a meeting right now-no call back; I left a message on floor manager's phone-in call back; sorry the parts we need haven't come in yet; oh we had another look at your truck and there is more damage than we thought so we had to order more parts and are waiting on them. It was a real live nightmare! Finally I get a call to say my truck is ready and I get dropped off by the rental company "Discount", 1288 Bath Rd, manager Mark Murphy - great customer service! I had to change my vehicle a few times because I needed a good vehicle because of cottage roads to get to my home (needed 4 wheel drive for snow and ice on steep bendy turns etc.) Back to "Assured (former Limestone Autobody at 152 Hickson Ave) when we drove into parking lot I immediately noticed my truck clearly had a piece missing on the bumper assembly. I go into the shop and they tell me the "parts guy" still hasn't shown up but should have been here by now and will show up any minute! This is after they called me to say that my truck was ready! What a joke! I decided to wait there for 1.5hrs in the Hope's I could get the final piece installed on my truck- the parts guy didn't show up so I had to go home in my truck because I had already returned my rental. The missing part was more a black plastic cosmetic piece that snaps onto my red bumper which is clearly noticeable if it is missing. I called Assured daily wondering when my part would come in because I hated driving around missing that cosmetic part because it made me feel like an uncaring redneck bum! After a full week of driving around like that I was thinking I'm going to have to drive to a Ford dealership and order and pay for the last repair part with my own money and that I had been duped! After a full week of calling and being told there was no part waiting for me to come in and get installed I finally hit the jackpot! I talked to a gentleman from Assured who was kind, caring and professional, his name may have been Jack or Josh unfortunately I forget. He said come right in and I'll put it on for you. So back I go 35 km from my home. He put it on and that was the end of a very long and miserable experience. In conclusion I will never again set foot on that property to do business with "Assured Kingston Collision". Even the manager had failed to call me back on one occasion! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would even drive to another town just to avoid their poor service and business ethics. They actually cost me time and gas money as opposed to repairing my truck properly and in a timely manner. I discourage everyone from going to Assured for vehicle repairs as you will just open yourself up to heartache, stress, poor service, absolutely no professionalism and lengthy delays without your vehicle!
