Quick and reliable! The team at Assured was so helpful in providing repair services for my Audi. The team was extremely responsive and went above and beyond with customer service. My insurance company has been difficult to deal with and they did everything they can to support me in the matter. Would definitely recommend going here, Sally and team are great!

I have a company fleet vehicle that needed some repairs to my back bumper. I was given step-by-step instructions since I first called to book my appointment. The repairs took longer than normal but I was constantly updated by the manager there (David or Daniel I think, sorry) he was very professional and made the process seamless and easy.

This was also location literally 5 mins from the Hertz where I got my car rental so it wa Avery quick and convenient to be picked up and dropped off by then.

When I got my car back it was in perfect condition including my car being washed and fully detailed, which I hadn’t expected.

Normally with fleet/ company vehicles I’m treated with horrible service as I do not provide payment for repairs myself but this time I was truly impressed with their service, bravo!

They will give you a very competitive rate, take your money, open up your car.then frustrate you for months, before demanding you pay a hefty amount extra for unforeseen issues like prior damages not picked up by original estimate.

My car has been stuck with them since early sept.work not even started yet. Just refusing to return my car or my money.

Be warned or be duped.

I got my Jetta repaired at assured, what a great experience Fabian offered amazing customer service, and also insured me that my car would be repaired in a timely manner. Great communication skills, keeping me up to date on the status of my car. Upon receiving my car I got a call saying it would be ready at a certain time and it was, no wasted time. These guys know what there doing.

Very impressed with the service and quality of the work done on my car! Staff was courteous and friendly and more than delivered on getting the work done within the time that they promised. They washed and detailed my car as well, it looked sparkling clean when I came to pick it up. This is true customer service, great job guys!

This guys are amazing! They explained me what should be done on my Infinity and did it in 2 days as promised with no difference between accident and no accident sides. Very good and professional job. I am fully satisfied.

Dropped the car for body shop on left side of the car. The rear door curve wasn't factory finished it was protruding out of the car structure. The decal was not attached to the skirting. When complained about both the issues they accepted and said that will call me within a couple of days. But it's been more than a month and didn't receive a response. It's very disappointing that they are Honda/Insurance provider certified body shop and Service is so bad.

These guys were great! I was in a bad accident and they were great at getting everything fixed.the car was spotless inside and out when we picked it up. They also gave updates twice a week by email to let me know of the progress of the repairs.would highly recommend these guys! Great job!

Great Service and repaired my vehicle perfectly, like it was never damaged. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and will not hesitate to carry my car there again if needed.

Long story short. Never bring your car to this place. I recommend to bring your car to the dealership for body work.

It took these guys 7 days to fix a tiny scratch on my car.first of all i was book a month before to get my car in for repairs, and they told me it would take 2 days to fix my car. So I took a collision waiver with enterprise 1475 Aerowood Dr Unit 2, Mississauga, ON L4W 1C2 thinking i would take them two days to get it fixed. That was my mistake, it took them 7 days to fix a scratch. No customer service as i had to call them the 5th day to know what was going on. Not sure if this a scam with the rental company to get more money from people, but it looks like Assured and Enterprise are working together to get people's hard earn money.they told me two days for my car to be fixed and as soon as i get a collision waiver from enterprise for $20 a day, they never called me to let me know of any delays, and i had to call them several times before getting someone. This is a rip off. Don't take you vehicle to these people for repairs or you will regret it.very incompetent

We had my dad's car fixed here at Assured on Maingate and we are very satisfied and happy with the work done. The service we received was also outstanding. Rob Luong made the process so easy and stress-free for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know and prepare for. Thanks Rob and the Team at Assured for taking good care of us and the car!

One of the best services you can get speaking of Sarfaraz he is a gem. From dropping and and picking he made my day so smooth and relaxing that its not comparable.
At help desk Nicole made everything ready so fast that I don’t have to wait for that and last but not least Dhanraj was just taking so much care to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.
So overall they are the best and next time for sure this is my permanent shop where I will go as Sarfaraz was following up on everything and called me when my car was ready.
