This is the worst experience that I had got in Canada. These guys never value time. First they say the repair will take only 20 days and then 45 days already passed and still they say that my vehicle needs 20 days more to be ready. Adding more they when they called me for the pickup I went there and noticed they have done the worst paint job ever. I suugest everyone never visit here.

I had a great experience with Assured, Alex helped me out, and he was very professional, courteous, and very helpful.
He had my car ready under the estimated time that it would take. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Assured and thank you Alex.

Worst company ever i have seen. I had an accident 3 month before and my insurance company told me to drop my vehicle honda civic 2022 in their body shop for the inspection. So they will inspect my vehicle and after give them written estimate that how much my insurance company will pay. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied some damages part of the vehicle in covering. I waited 3 months for my car but did not get anything back from insurance company and body shop but suddenly one day insurance company call me and was asking me lot of questions about the accident and when i told them why you asking me these questions, they said unfortunately we are not covering your scratches part on the door under claim but body shop already fix it without our approval. So this is your responsibility that you have to pay. I was so shocked and asked if you didn’t give them approval and they didn’t ask me anything and didn’t take my concent, also didn’t send me any written estimate so without my permission why they fix it, why i will pay if they didn’t ask me anything before fixing my vehicle. Now body shop asking me paying 2400$ for only the minor scratches on the door and 1000$ deductible amount-so total is 3400 for just painting only scratches on the door. Even without my authorization. Now its been around 4 months did not get my vehicle back. Already going with legally advices and gonna file a complaint against them. I will never let them go so easily and will never pay single penny. I am sending them email and keep telling them that i need to talk with their manager but he is also hiding somewhere now because he knows what they have done.

They made the repair process simple and easy to follow. Cost wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. I would return if I ever need there services again.

How do I give them 0 stars? Crooks. Highway robbery. My 70 yr old Mom went in for an estimate for some MINOR damage. They provided a quote for nearly $2000 dollars. I knew it was ridiculous. Went to another shop. They guy laughed and said he’d fix it in about 10 minutes at no charge. These guys are the reason why insurance premiums are so high. Stay away.

I got rear ended and chose to get my truck fixed here. They have kept me in the loop all the time although there is parts shortage and slower logistics during Covid. I was always informed and they did a great job fixing up my truck.

I brought my Tahoe in to get fixed and it was a 10/10 experience. Hema and Steve were very helpful and very friendly! They took care of everything for me. Very easy process with no headache. I picked up my Tahoe today and it was like brand new again!

Amazing service by Dhanraj Jagdeo, got my brake pads looked at and assured caught onto them before my sensor. Had a smooth transition and got a complimentary car wash:)

What they promised they didn't delivered. They asked me to drop off my car at 8 am, i explained i work and if it could have been done later. They said no it will be a few minutes we will have a car ready for you when you come by and just drop your car. On the day of when i came to what should have been seamless as they said was a headache. I have been here for more than 30 minutes still waiting and they keep saying 10 more mins, which has lead to 30 mins. Im not impressed with their service specially simce i made them aware of my time urgency due to work.

At first point of contact, I was promised a lot of thing that made me bring my car to assured for a total repair. Not only was my expected time of return delayed but I was stolen of all my damaged parts that I had specifically asked to be kept for myself. The agent I spoke to promised to have my deductible reduced, extra exhaust work completed and maintained under warranty and returned on a specific date. Those were all promised that were said to get my business. Soon after I received my car, I noticed that the interior was dirtier than it was when I had dropped the vehicle off. The general manager called me upon the completion of my survey to address these issues. Not only did he try to upsell me a tire but he also lied about the cost of it thinking I was clueless of the market. The general manager then offered me a detail at the shop. The detail was nothing special as I could still see dirt in the interior. Overall not satisfied.

Fazal Sidhu worked on my car and he did an amazing job! He was nice and kind, the car had rear bumper broken and he fixed it very quickly! I had put my car in service on Wednesday and got it back on Friday. I was paying rental cars fee and if I didn't get it back on Friday, I would have paid rental fees over the weekend when I don't even use the car. Thanks to Fazal and his team for great work! They fixed my car in areas that I hadn't noticed before as well. Really appreciated, would recommend to everyone.

I was referred to Assured by my insurance for a dent on the side panel in the front portion of my car on the passenger side. I was pleasantly surprised with how effortlessly and smoothly the whole process went. Both Steve and Fazal kept me updated step by step and my car came out looking perfect. They even washed and cleaned my car and removed the salt stains in the mats. I receieved a spotless car which was an added bonus. They were both so professional and patiently answered all my queries and I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for the great work!

Bharrat was very helpful! My car had been damaged beyond repair and when I went to gather my personal belongings he had already taken off my plates and sent it out for me. He even exchanged the winter tires for me so I could keep them. The front office staff was polite and cheerful as well. With all the frustration of my car being written off I have had a really great experience with this team. I had been interacting so far with Dean and he has been attentive and informative through this process!

I spoke to Dhanraj over the phone, and he helped with all the concerns I had about my sister's accident. Thank You to the Assured Team for your great communication and service.

I went to Assued Mississauga North looking for a part for my Honda Pilot and the lowest quote I got elsewhere was beaten the nearly $100 by a representative there by the name of Dhanraj. Go there for all your car needs, one of the friendliest and most cost effective places I’ve been to.

Professional service, Muhammad Sidhu and his team were extremely courteous and helpful at all times, they kept me updated on the progress of my request and the repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Sidhu and his team fixed my car after I was rear ended this past month.
I was shaken & shocked upon having my car towed here but he came out immediately to introduce himself. Within half an hour he had a rental delivered right to the body shop & waiting for me. Within less than an hour I was on my way with the assurance I was in good hands and it certainly felt that way.
Upon pick up my car was clean & disinfected. They even cleaned up up the coffee I had in my cupholder (prior to my accident) - WOW!
When something like this happens to you want to feel secure in your choice of repairs & the people you are entrusting. That is how Sidhu & his team helped me feel through my ordeal.

Wow! Due to Covid my car was sent to the Mississauga location instead of the Guelph location, but I was thoroughly impressed with how the process of going through insurance, getting a rental car and the professional contact I received. I was very weary being without my car, it was awful, but they had called to give me multiple updates to make sure I knew what was going on and if I had questions and they were done earlier than originally thought! And to my surprise when I received my car back they had taken the initiative to have vacuumed and sanitized my car which was so deeply appreciated I cried tears of joy! Overall the professional service received on both Mississauga and Guelph locations was very pleasant even during a pandemic and of course in the end it was all done above and beyond!

Following an accident with my car the insurance company recommended I send it to Assured Auto. My contact at Assured was Sidhu who was professional throughout the process. I received my car looking and operating very much as it did before the accident. I was impressed with the process as I was kept informed and was provided with updates and progress.

Got into a pretty unfortunate accident and my insurance uses assured for repairs. Can't say a single bad thing about their service. The quote was given the day after the car arrived at their lot. Work was completed a week before they said it would be done, and the car looked brand new. Interior was freshly detailed and smelled great. They kept me updated with phone calls throughout the process as well. No complaints at all

Had rust coming through a previously repaired fender. Sidhu managed to get the new one installed in just a day, and detailed the truck as well. Nice work!

Upon arrival at Assured, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was working outside.
I spoke to him about the repair that I needed to have done. He was very courteous and asked me to kindly call reception to book an appointment as they were not taking walk-ins due to their company protocols for COVID-19.
I managed to call and speak to the friendly reception staff and was able to book an appointment for an estimate within 2 business days. Once I got the estimate, the repair was completed in a timely manner. I also used their services to add new tires and have them balanced.
The management and staff were very respectful and receptive to feedback.
I would highly recommend them and will be back for future services.

Worst place to go, poor service, they say they give warranty but when problem occurs, they refused. Kept my car 5 months to repair.will never reccomend this place.

I had an amazing experience at Assured Automotive. I needed to have some damage to my vehicle repaired through insurance and Rob was incredibly helpful and professional through the entire experience. Even though there was a lot of challenges this year with COVID-19, Rob and Assured Automotive made everything work. They went well above and beyond by working with me to reschedule my appointment, guided me through the new processes, made my vehicle drop off and pick up very safe, and even completed the work ahead of schedule. You never want to have to go through the process of repairing your car, but Rob and Assured Automotive made it as painless as possible. The best part though, is the car looks great and they returned it to me cleaner than I've had it in over a year!

After a very disappointing experience at their Keele St.location, Sidhu, Jover and the crew at this location fixed everything to a greater degree than I was expecting. They have an eye for detail at this location and are incredibly professional.
