Great auto body shop to get your vehicle fixed. We had our 2016 Chevrolet fixed here, and they did an awesome job.

Service went well, I appreciate the lifetime warranty, however, one star removed for the very annoying follow up calls and emails that went on for weeks asking me to review their service, despite asking to be taken off of their call lists multiple times.

Update 1 month later, text messages and calls asking for a review continue. Removing more stars.

Alec did an amazing job on the bodywork of my silver 2013 corolla. It came in to the shop in December, and after a long wait I finally got it back in March. Due to the damage my car took from the collision, I had 4 panels (with multiple body lines) that needed repair. Alec skillfully fixed everything and I couldn’t be more happy with the shape my car is in again. Thanks so much guys!

This was the third time bringing the car over and the service is impeccable and can say they know what they're doing. I also own a WRX which should let people know they know what they're doing with sport & performance cars. The paint matches with my car and I'll always recommend them to anyone I know who needs repair or paint!

I gave it 1 star at the beginning because we were very disappointed with the bad experience when we got our car to be fixed at this bodyshop after having an accident and the hood, and front bumper got damaged. The car looked very ugly when we were called to pick it up the first time and we refused to pick it up and insisted that they had to do it right. The paint is different, headlights have gaps, grill was installed as a used part.
All this happen after we had to wait for more than 2 months with the car in the bodyshop. We called our insurance and they told us they would reinspect it. A month or more later we were called to pick up the car. It looked better when we looked at it and we decided to lick it up with some reservations on the car. Generally speaking, the car lost at this bodyshop.
I updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars after the manager reached out to me and offered to reinspect the car and see how to do improvement. I appreciated his call as he listened to my feedback which gives the feeling that he cares for the business.

Stephanie is a gem- very personable. As for the mechanical team, they did great work on my Volvo. The rear of the car now looks like it just rolled off the dealer's lot and we're talking about a ten year old vehicle here.

There was a small hiccup at the beginning due to a miscommunication with my insurance, but they were patient and did the work that was necessary (to an impeccable degree of quality) as soon as the approval came through.

God forbid I find myself in a similar situation some time down the road, I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle back here for more work.

Called Queensway number but they didn't answer their phone, for some reason if you call Assured Automotive they answer as Queensway? Not a good start.
Mentioned this, person didn't know.
Wanted an appraisal but they gave me a date 3 weeks from now, seems like a long time to me. After reading their reviews, very quickly decided this is not the Shop that I want to deal with!

Queensway Auto body was amazing. Customer service was awesome, fair pricing and they explained everything that was going to be done to my car. Appreciate that they were effective and fast with repairs. If I ever need services again. I'll be coming here! Shout out to Ron for all the help and knowledge!

Fantastic service from Ron. I drove in and quickly he came to assess my damage and fixed it well right away and even polished up my older front light without asking. Always had good service here.

I was so disappointed when I called there for help. My 80-year-old father's car battery died while waiting for my daughter at the medical building next door to them. They wouldn't come over and give him a boost, even though we were only 50m away in the neighboring parking lot. Sad.
