When I brought it in for service and they told me to pick up my vehicle I said I was on my way. Then they all left early. You can’t just leave early when you know someone is on their way…. I paid 40$ for an Uber to get there. I can prove that I was there on time because of my Uber stamps. I understand that it was Friday and people want to leave early but at least let someone know if you know they are on their way. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. I am now left stranded and out over 100$ for Uber rides.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The repairs were done quickly and look great. Excellent experience.

I had the misfortune of entrusting my car to the worst and most careless body shop in the city. Shockingly, not only did they fail to property repair my car, but they also allowed it to be broken into, resulting in the theft of crucial parts including the hood, headlights, battery, and front bumper. What's even more concerning is that the body shop did nothing to address the situation; they didnt even report the theft to the police. The only communication I received was an early morning call informing me that my car had been stolen, and that's the extent of their response. When I returned to the body shop to speak with the manager about the theft and the damage to my car, I was met with an astonishing response. The manager simply stated, "t's your car, it's all yours, your responsibility, not ours. " This complete lack of accountability and responsibility on their part left me deeply frustrated and disappointed.

Had my nissan titan in on an insurance claim. The body damage was quite a bit. These guys did a great job. They went above and beyond and gave my truck back with the entire interior cleaned. I definitely recommend using Assured for your vehicle repairs.

Following a car accident I dropped the car off to Assured. Every one I have dealt with have been extremely helpful and very friendly. I was kept informed on the progress of repairs. When i picked up my vehicle, there was a complete review and walk around with the repair, parts installed. When I drove off the lot I was so impressed on the interior cleaning. My car felt brand new.

My insurance company uses them so I took my SUV for body repair. They did a terrific job. It looks like the accident never happened. They also had the vehicle ready on the promised day. Can confidently recommend them friends and family!

The customer care team at Assured Auto was excellent. I know timing is difficult right now for a number of repair shops, but I had a quote and parts within a week, and the actual replacement of my bumper and brackets took one day. They even wiped down the inside of my car for me. I definitely don't plan on seeing them again any time soon ;) but if I need to, I would absolutely recommend them.

I got my car back today! They made sure everything was up to the mark! No compromise in quality! That the type of service all should provide! Extremely happy with the effort the whole team has made! John, Eric and Emma made sure communication was done on a regular basis and got our car right in time! Thank you sooo much once again! Highly recommend this place

This place is ATROCIOUS first they have not attempted to contact me at all.it’s always me that calls them I am convinced every single employee is here is completely incompetent and probably didn’t get past first grade including whoever answers the phone very very rude. My car job is to fix the front bumper and that also going to be new one for that job they took nine days to fix but they didn’t fix properly so firstly to me they are not professional and I waist my time so be careful going at this place I had a very bad experience with bad customer service so I made big mistake to visit this place. And never ever go back this place so whoever reads my reviews please think before you go there.

My entire experience with Assured on Barton was outstanding. Emma at the reception desk was a joy to deal with. The car was repaired very quickly and to a high standard. I also really appreciated that Assured cleaned the inside of the car, probably to a level of when the car was delivered to us at the dealership when it was new! Really superb service.

They went above and beyond. My insurance company recommended assured an I can see why they did. Professional, quick and friendly are the best words to describe my experience. They also cleaned the interior of my car which they did not need to do but I was grateful they did.

Hands down the best service I have ever experienced. My car was broken into and I had to go through my insurance. Assured automotive on Barton took great care of me and my car. They were polite and friendly, service was quick and I was updated every step of the way. I had one small issue which was quickly resolved. Not sure how carstar is always top of the list for insurance companies, but Assured automotive should be #1 if you ask me. Thanks again to the whole Barton Assured Automotive team. I was involved in a collision with my Scion and decided to take my car for repair at Assured Auto. Not only did they do an amazing job but they also exceeded my expectations! I was surprised when I got my car back how good it looked. It looked better than it was before the accident! Check out the before and after to see for yourself! I'm planning to have my hood repainted I am definitely coming here to have it done!

John, Emma, Kelsey very excellent people to work with. They did an excellent job. It was a minor accident which damagged the bumper on the corber left side a little bit on the fender.

They changed with new parts, they painted.
If I can give 10 starrs they will get it.

Recently had my car taken there after being rear ended. Had the car in and out very quickly only about 2 days in the shop. Even gave it a wash and bit of a cleaning inside too. Very pleasant to deal with too would recommend.

Customer Service and adjuster for the claim were very friendly and answered all my questions. The repairs were done in a timely fashion with excellent work

I brought my vehicle into Assured in October, after someone had hit my drivers side mirror. I spoke with Kelsey, who was incredibly knowledgeable and who explained the entire repair process to me. She had scheduled me in for an appointment the next week and gave me an estimate of how long it would take and an email of how much the repair would cost.
The entire process was quick and efficient and I would HIGHLY recommend this shop again. Big thanks again to Kelsey, Arron and the shop manager John for their professionalism!

My front end of my bumper was torn off. They updated me regularly to let me know what was happening especially because parts were delayed.
They also cleaned my car for me which was a surprise
I will go back there for anything.
