My insurance company gave me 3 options accredited for Toyota repairs. I chose Assured after checking reviews. My Sienna was repaired in 7 business days, in as good as new condition and detailed too. Careful inspection could not reveal any issues with their work. Body parts align perfectly, paint job is flawless. Will, the service representative there is very customer oriented and the experience could not be better!

I am very happy with the service and the results of my repairs! This was my first time going through a big car repair and I was very worried about everything. I'm so thankful to Will, who ensured that everything was done right and kept me updated regularly on the progress. I was also impressed by how friendly and professional the staff were at Assured RH, especially Lilla who gave me warm welcome when I picked up my car. Overall I had a great experience and I highly recommend Assured RH!

Wasn't expected too much, got there referred by my insurance company, but was pleasantly surprised with attention and care that everyone in this place gives; guys did a great job in my X5 body repair, but what's most important it was a perfect overall experience, which is not very common in this industry. I would recommend this shop to anyone without any hesitation.

Unfortunately, within 3 years we got into 2 accidents. Joey and Scott assisted me on getting my car new again. I live in Etobicoke but the travel is so worth it to get my car serviced here. I am very skeptical of body shops and did extensive research when we got into first accident. Joey and Scott would answer all my specific questions, educate me on auto stuff I didn’t know about and gave me peace of mind. They also took their time to give me full review of what the damages were, what has been fixed, and answer all my specific question. I never felt pushed out the door, even if it’s visible they are busy. I highly recommend. I’ve spoken to and received help with pretty much everyone working there and each time they are professional and kind. Great customer service!

They caused damage to my car find another facility approved by your insurance company your insurance company has 3 to choose from I made the mistake by choosing this company without looking around take your time don’t listen what they tell you use your own judgment.

This is my second time visiting this place due to some people hit and damaged my cars. Their team members are great, professional and nice. The most important is that every time after my car is fixed, it’s just like brand new and even they cleaned the interior for me as well. Great place with great people! Hope I don’t need to come here again but if I really have to, this will be the place to go! Thanks!

Picked up mr car last week seats were very dirty from overspray no workmanship on final inspection I will filing a complaint with consumer protection act. I highly recommend you look around this place they inflate the job aftermarket parts are used and if your speaking to Scott Vince Joe Martin there all amazing talkers.

These guys do amazing work here. Had my 2018 370Z repaired here for some bumper damage and undercarriage damage and honestly the paint looks better than when it came from the factory. Could not tell the slightest bit that the bumper was replaced and repainted. Joey and his team made me feel right at home with their friendly and professional service. This shop has the best people to work with and if I were to have another claim (hopefully not), these will definitely be the guys I will be bringing my car to again. I would recommend Assured Richmond Hill to anyone in a heartbeat!

I have dealt with Assured three times over the years. Every time the employees were understanding, courteous, and professional. They quickly assess the damage, quickly give the estimate, and the result of their work is impeccable. Last time I dealt with Vincent and Joe. Vincent sent me two emails a week with updates about the progress of work, my calls were promptly returned and all questions answered. I would most certainly recommend Assured for any type of body work. They can also recommend very good mechanics.

Assured Automotive Richmond Hill was very professional and prompt with addressing the needs I had with my car. I had brought in my car to get it's Check Engine Light looked at and was greeted by Joey Cannata, one of the CSRs there. Joey was able to quickly get my car scanned and provided me with copies of the results and even print outs of the issues. He showed a tremendous amount of professionalism and respect with regards to my car and customer experience and I would definitely recommend speaking to him for any issues you have.

I am one of those people in society who believes strongly in receiving good professional customer service. I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in collision with our family car. Upon arriving onsite to Assured in Richmond Hill I was extremely stressed with regard to the damages which my vehicle sustained. Upon arrival one of staff members by the name of Dean introduced himself and explained that he would be handling the estimation on the damages and repairing of my vehicle. I've worked in the heath care industry and immediately and appreciated the understanding and empathy that Dean put worth in dealing with me giving me the reassurance and confidence that our unfortunate situation had been left in good hands and he would see to that our vehicle would be taken care of properly. Sadly later on due to the extend of the damages our vehicle was deemed as a complete write-off but prior to getting this information, Dean was prompt in keeping us updated and in the loop on all things concerning our car. I would like to publicly show our appreciate for the handling of our situation given the unfortunate circumstances. I would have absolutely no reservations on whether to recommend ASSURED the customer I received from Dean was nothing short of being completely stellar. Thank you to Dean and staff for making things far less stressful. All the best I hope we never have to meet again LOL! Cheers!

We brought in one of our family’s cars to Assured, not knowing what to expect. The vehicle had accumulated several dents and scratches of various degrees over the years and looked quite worn. So we wanted to fix it up before selling it.

We decided to give Assured a try, since they have really good reviews. And wow! They sure didn’t disappoint! From the moment we arrived for our assessment/quote appointment, we were treated with the utmost respect and helpfulness. We had the pleasure to meet Mr. Joey Cannata, a real professional, who immediately looked after us and inspected the car with his team. They diligently marked all the flaws to be fixed and gave us a quote, while treating us to the best espresso we had had in a long time. We left feeling relieved and confident to be in good hands. Mr. Cannata promised us, the car would look as good as new. We thought he was kidding.

But no, they sure didn’t disappoint: We couldn’t believe our eyes when we came to pick it up and pay for the repair! The car looked like it did the day we bought it! They had done such a beautiful job! And the paint on the repaired areas was a perfect match! They had given it a thorough wash too. It was restored to it’s original beauty. And it was all done on budget AND on time WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY! This is THE PLACE to go! They in fact did such an incredible job, that we now have decided to keep the car.

My experience with this company was great. I just picked up my car yesterday after the repair had been done. Since this company was referred by my insurance provider and offers guarantee with the repairs. Jackie and Vincent help the process to be done smoothly. They are very professional and they are explaining everything I need to know. Overall, services was excellent. (Richmond Hill and Yorkdale Location collaborate to make things done).

P. S.they even cleaned up my car in and out. Thank you for everything. Cheers!

I have been going to assured since my accident in December 2017. My car was sent to Vaughn Assured to get fixed and came back with multiple issues.needless to say I was not impressed until my dealings with Richmond Hill Assured. Joey at this location is amazing and the main reason I have such positive reviews. He is always attentive and takes his time to ensure all my needs/concerns/doubts are met, acknowledged and understood. The best! This shop brought my car back to mint condition after some unfortunate luck. Attached are the damage and fixed pic after Humber College's parking gate malfunction and put 6 dents on my roof. They gave me back my car with a fantastic polish and what a feeling man was it ever painful riding a fwd auto rental from enter prize for a week over my WRX.

The only thing that might motivate me to give them the job again, is the connection that they have with insurance companies and they trust them, otherwise I don’t recommend this body shop at all.
Careless, and poor customer service.
They kept my car 10 extra days more for a missing part that they have been told that it is not there in north America. Finally, after several follow up and my insistence I could take the part number and called to dealership myself and realized that they were waiting for a wrong part and the right part was available in the dealership. If I didn’t find their mistake my car would have been there for additional 3 weeks. I paid 10 days extra for rental car from my pocket because of their mistake and asked for compensation but they didn’t pay and didn’t take responsibility of their mistake. They referred my car to another branch which was almost 70 kilometers far from their shop in order to do the job earlier, but not only they didn’t but also I obliged to travel two times to that location for in-person follow up. Despite of my request, both times they didn’t show my car to me (God knows why?).
Why they referred my car to that specific branch (I found it and don’t want to mention here)
No quality control at the end, they didn’t even wash the car and I asked them to do that. After couple of days I realized that they missed a small part to install and I let them know. It took several weeks that they didn’t call me for follow up. Finally, I myself called them for following the case, and they put an appointment to install that small missing part. When I went there they realized that they ordered wrong part so I waste my time and lost hours from my work because I had to take off to make the appointment. Today is 2 weeks after that and still nobody called me for follow up and fixing the issue.
I hope the technician did his job well and the quality of their paint and painting and repairing and warranty is not as bad as their customer service, otherwise I don’t know what to say to dealership inspector at the end of lease period.
I think there is no or poor control and supervision from central office on the branches, because the other branches more or less are not ranked better than this.
