Very pleased with their service this time and from 5 years ago.
Had some dark pixels on laptop screen. Asus sent me the RMA information and labels for FEDEX shipping. Dropped it off. IN a week I now have teh laptop back with a new screen. Fast. Easy. Just what you want with service.
So, no issues with my experience and one of the reasons why I purchased ASUS, was for their good service.

I purchased the i7 processor laptop, but they delivered with i5 processor, it is very simple mistake, but believe me they did even accept and haven't take any step.asking me to return only.no exchange.no price adjustment to another same laptop.i purchase on sale, if i buy same i7, am losing almost $300.i dont recommend to buy online from asus, better buy from local shop.atleast they accept the mistake.

Asus should improve the quality of its monitors and, if fragile-cheap material was used in the build, customers should be advised of the need of an extra care and protection.
Also, it is a waste of time to send back the screen to Asus, just to be told that the repair is twice more expensive than the original or a new screen. I don't recommend Asus products or services.

Key board is not working.spent 60mins on the call, they asked me to ship ALL unit (including the whole computer) back to FIX the keyboard - which is not fixable. Crazy company and worst customer service!

They didn't help me at all because my ROG laptop is from 2015. No spare parts for older models. I needed a battery replacement and fixing trackpad, installing SSD and os. Then I went to a small repair hop place close to me and they fixed all of that except trackpad.

Be warned - if your charger becomes physically damaged (in my case the casing cracked and wires broke in two places) they will NOT replace it under the warranty. So a 6 month old ASUS laptop is now useless unless I purchase another charger myself. They seem to assume that if the charger is physically damaged, then it's the customer's fault - mine became damaged through regular use (plugging it in and unplugging - not excessively!) yet they refuse to replace it. Never buying ASUS again.

Do not invest in this brand if your looking for a reliable laptop. It clearly has a product defect of a black screen and at some point it will happen to yours. If it happens within warranty then you are lucky they will fix it for you. But shortly after a year warranty it happened to my other child's laptop and I am having to pay to repair more than I paid for this laptop. I feel like this brand is a scam company knowing that their have a defect of a black screen. Do not invest here. This is the 2nd laptop within a 2 year time span that has a black screen problem.

Fast, friendly and professional.

Amazing Experience with Asus RMA here. I have a broken TUF X570 motherboard that suddenly stopped turning on. Met Alice when I walked in to ask about the RMA process and she promptly set me up with RMA#. The whole process took about 3 business days. I received notification about my board being ready to pickup on the third business day and when I got there it was already a few minutes past 6pm (they are officially closed at 6pm). I caught an employee as she was leaving work and told her my urgent need for the motherboard and she walked me back in and helped me find the board. She could have just told me that they were closed and asked me to comeback the next day but she choose to help me in her own time! Was in a rush so I did not catch her name, whoever you are, thank you!

If your laptop is in warranty there is no issue, because my laptop was sent for repair at ASUS markham and returned within 2 weeks. All the necessary things were replaced without any charge since it was in warranty. Only the thing is that they clear all the data and reboot your windows, so keep that in mind before giving your laptop.backup your data.

Trying to find the Asus ROG 5 phone and just like when I tried to get the Asus ROG 3 when it came out it’s like trying to find a unicorn in the wild. They never return emails. I’ve called and they can’t help you. They don’t even know where to get it. Why release a product and make it impossible to get? That’s not how sales is supposed to work! You might make more profits if you make it accessible. Very important step in making money. It’s prude insanity how you conduct business.

I had to RMA my ROG laptop for a broken screen to Asus Canada in marhkam less than 3 months after purchasing it. I received it back in the same printine condition I sent it in. 100% fixed.it took less than 3 weeks to receive it back from the date I sent it off. I was extremely impressed considering some other reviews I had read. 10/10 would buy Asus again

The 2020/2021 line of laptops has caused myself and many others nothing but problems. I sent in my computer twice for repairs on warranty, replacing a fan, the mainboard and the SSD. The same fan that was repaired is rattling and obnoxiously loud once again. Customer service is abysmal. Many issues reported online that Asus just ignores.

I was an Asus customer for over a decade. Spend your money elsewhere, the brand just cares about making a buck now.

DO NOT buy ASUS. The device that you buy can be Ok, but if at some point you will need to use ASUS warranty, you will have serious issues. The quality of their service is really bad. I had an issue with my computer's hard drive on the warranty which failed, and after the replacement, my computer became very slow. I sent my computer to their lab 3 times! In total and they did nothing, saying that they did not find any issue. All this, with that my browser, was loading for 20 min. Not saying that the repair was taking more than 2 weeks each time! That I stayed without my work tool.

Asus has the best customer service and the best convenient warranty claim policy. Unlike **Samsung** garbage warranty policy Asus has supported me numerous time with warranty claim and fix my monitor and other products issues. Do not worry buying Asus!

The service provided by Peggy was nothing short of magnificent. I was helped outside because there were too many people in the building according to covid protocols. Peggy came out and politely help me with my warranty submission and was very informative and thorough. I received great customer service and there was some quick thinking it went on to make it happen.

My husband sent his laptop in to be fixed, and they stole his hard drive.
He had just bought it only a week old.he had an issue (spilt water on it) so he sent it in. He had no issue paying for it to be fixed by the way.

They promised it would be fixed. Covered because he paid for the extra policy.

They kept toying with him for maybe 3 weeks to a month.

Later at the end he had several employees call him saying his hard drive wasn’t there. They did NOTHING.

It’s so upsetting because my husbands been with them for over 10 years.

We switched to Lenovo….

Customer service is amazing with them!

Called them to get my laptop fixed after the screen was buggy and sent it to them in the original box of the laptop to prevent problems when shipping. When sent back THEY DIDNT SEND THE BOX which has important information about the laptop on it. Tried to get in touch but they have not responded especially with their horrible customer service.

2 months out of warranty and the $1200 laptop won't charge.the fix is $700 they told me, and $100 just to get them to email me and to look at it. Major rip off. Then they send it back. I try a charger I ordered online, and in some positions it does actually work. So they want $700 to replace a $10 piece. I don't have a problem with companies making their money but a $1200 laptop should last longer than 14 months and their repair people should go to law school if they want to charge like lawyers. DON'T BUY ASUS.

Once your warranty is up it's very difficult to contact anyone. My laptop lasted 2 years.now I'm back to my 2013 Macbook Pro which still works fine other than being slow.don't waste your money or time.

The include a 1 year warranty over a product but cannot replace the charger in the 6th month. I am very disappointed. I will never purchase any product from Asus ever again!

Laptop blue screens and dies after 15 days. Can't return it where I got it, Asus said to send it in.came back and died again. 1000 bucks for a piece of trash. Don't buy ASUS and don't buy from Best buy or any store like that. Shouldn't have to pay for a warranty.

ASUS would not honour warranty as posted and sold by Best Buy. New chromebook with one year warranty stopped working after 8 months. ASUS would not warranty it, they advised it was a 90 day warranty regardless of what Best Buy advised or posted. I will stick with brands with honour, may pay more but Lenovo and Apple stand behind their products.

Terrible warranty centre. Took over six weeks to fix my phone and the communication was awful. The information they did provide was often wrong and when they finally fixed my phone they said had trouble sending it back because they claimed my address was wrong, even though it wasn't. Avoid ASUS at all costs.

Terrible costumer service! I just gave up on Asus products just because of their service teams' attitude.
I will never every buy Asus product again. It just doesn't worth your time and money at all. I would not recommend to anyone.

I bought an Asus Zenbook 14 laptop a month ago which has already stopped working; no cursor appearing so I called Geek squad for in home online service because I pay the monthly fee but they said that I have to drop it off at the nearest Best Buy which is over an hour away. I tried contacting Asus but their website says temporarily closed. Could they not offer online support, phone calls or chat? First and last time that I will purchase an Asus product; very disappointed.

Don't know what so many people on here are talking about, but personally this is an excellent company who honour their warranty. I accidentally liquid damaged my laptop keyboard which was covered by the ADP. I followed the PROPER procedure and before you know it, I had a shipping label in my inbox. My son and I are sticking with Asus.

Terrible customer service! Sent in my asusT300CHI 2in1 laptop for repair as it would not turn on after completing every absolute test. After three assessments by third-party technicians, none of them said the could back up any of the files on device and recommended I send it back to the company. After a month of assessment and repair in which I had to pay $500 plus shipping cost for, the company wiped all of my data and files. Their own techs are not knowledgeable of their devices as they forgot to send back an essential cord which the device requires to work. Numerous phones calls laters with different reps telling I am not entitled for any reimbursement although they wasted my time, money, and erased all my data. Terrible design, DO NOT BUY their products!

Very disappointed with their customer service. Took our Asus laptop in for assistance as it keeps crashing and won't allow us to reset it to factory default configuration. Was told I should take it to Best Buy and have The Geek squad look at it because the Asus support is mainly for hardware support. Last time I checked, Asus laptop is sold with software installed, eh?

I never write bad reviews but my laptop repair could not have been handled worse. I dropped off the laptop at the center and while the staff were nice they shipped it off to China for third party repairs for the motherboard which ASUS makes. There was no communication during all of this and the only way to get updates was to wait through the long support call time. The repair for a motherboard costs almost the same as just buying a new $2000 laptop despite the laptop being just two years old. Even on return they care so little they don't even provide a tracking label for the laptop. Literally could not be a worse experience.

Stay away from ASUS gaming laptops. The service is horrible too. I would love to talk to ASUS Markham about their issues but I would then have to wait 3 hours on hold and sadly not everyone has time for that. I originally sent my laptop in because it was experiencing performance issues and internal temperatures of over 95 degrees Celsius. I had to wait 2 weeks just for an email back and hilariously they tried to charge me $1200 dollars (even though I had AD warranty) because I had scratches on my laptop when the RMA report clearly stated what I wanted primarily resolved (performance issues and audio problems). The only reason I even put scratches down in the RMA is because ASUS international clearly told me I had Accidental Damage warranty so it would be free. After many hours of back and forth customer service with ASUS International and Markham's exquisite customer support (they hung up on me the first time I called after waiting on hold 2 hours and 23 minutes, I will never forget this) ASUS International had to intervene and resolve this and I could tell the Markham employees were not happy. Now that they finally realized I wasn't gonna pay a dollar for them giving me a new screen and keyboard they got back to "work". I had to wait a couple more weeks for another email. I was so excited hoping that "oh finally I can use my laptop for my studies" but no, It was them asking for my permission to reinstall Windows. I am pretty sure if I give you my laptop and sign a bunch of papers you can reinstall windows. In the end after more than a month I got my laptop back with a report of what they've done. They took no action to fix the internal problems, the report was blank in that section. It only showed that the monitor, keyboard and the speakers were replaced. Fix up ASUS Markham

I have been trying to resolve my computer problems with Asus since February 12/2019. First with their technical staff, when that failed. I contacted the CSR on February 22/2019 and made arrangements to send my laptop in for repair. I was told my warranty did not expire until September 27/2019, On Monday the 25th. I got a phone call saying my laptop was not under warranty. Cancelled courier pick up. After repeated e-mails to CEO's office. I am now told warranty good till June 25/19. I have been with out my laptop for 39 days. No consistency, different CSR each time, response time way beyond 48 hours. I want results not excuses or apologies.

They are very quick to repair phones and they go above and beyond their scope of work. I wish their working hours would extend few hours more since it is hard to arrange to drop off your phone for repair and pick it up

I never leave reviews, but i'm happy to report my experience with Asus Markham. Came in person to drop off my laptop on March 13, and it was repaired by April 5. Was hesitant to do this based on the negative experiences people had on here.

My laptop had a busted screen, and these guys did an amazing job repairing it. Luckily it was under warranty and only 3 months old. Never had any of the problems mentioned by most people on here. The only reason it took a while to receive back was because they had to order the part from overseas, so the timing was understandable. I also was not charged anything.

Hats off to Asus. Laptop was excellently packaged and was sent through FedEx with tracking.

Fixed my problem and overall happy with everything!

I sent my motherboard there through the mail. They said they would have it done by Friday and they got it done by Friday. I know many have had negative experiences with them but they honored their side of the warranty for me and got everything done exactly how they said they would.

Called numerous times two days in a row and stayed on hold for an hour on one of the phone calls, no one ever picked up. So far they are 3 days past the 7-10 day estimate they gave me for the repair I wanted and I can’t get a hold of them to even ask what’s happening. RMA tracking number they gave me doesn’t work either. Called and filed a complaint with main ASUS phone number.

Asus was the first tablet that I have ever owned. I liked it the camera was excellent, the colors were vibrant, closer to real than Samsung.
Asus has got excellent customer service. They are quick to sell you another one. I have switched when my first Asus ended up with malware, (not their fault).
I would buy another Asus tablet.

The front desk don't know whats wrong with my laptop. They speak with the repair people in the back & did not allow me to speak to the repair people. Man tells me possibly damage on my motherboard & when i ask how much they are this guy tells me as much as my 2 grand laptop? Very disrespectful to lie to me about the cost. I didnt leave my laptop to get repaired there but brought it to a friend who said the problem was a simple $40 fix.

So i need to leave 5 stars for the customer support. I bought a motherboard for my first PC build, but I was not aware that I needed to install the new mobo drivers on the harddrive.

Thankfully Asus told me what I needed to do, and I was able to arrange a technician to install the drivers.

So 2 weeks after getting everything working I am skimming through my voicemails, and to my delight its Asus leaving a message saying to call them if I still have issues with my building process.

That impressed me alot, and the fact that I bought an outdated motherboard but they still offered AAA customer support.

Thank you Asus, and all your wonderful employees!

Get ready to be put on hold 2-3 hours just to contact them.expect delays lasting weeks when repairing your products. ASUS International is doing its job but ASUS Markham is not. I had warranty and ASUS Markham attempted to charge me so then I had to recontact ASUS international just to get this resolved (they tried charging me 1200 CAD for some scratches when I had ADP) now I am still waiting (week 3) just to receive a replacement or a repaired product.

They are a joke on the name of service. Never buy Asus and never visit this place if you've a Asus device! Seriously, one of the biggest flaw in the organization is after sales. Made my case, built the drama and then it's like we don't care. Takes them 10-15 days to repair a device, and till then you stay without a phone? Poor service.

I got a smart phone from ASUS, except the camera I don't like the phone. Lagging and restarting the phone happens often. Also Instagram doesn't work properly. I have other devices and no problems comparable with an ASUS smart phone when using Instagram. Poor quality and clearly I will never deal with ASUS again. I am trying to start a business and this phone is just slowing me down wasting my time. I need it to work not being able to use only 1 application, Instagram, prove that they don't care

I have sent my ZenFone 3 Zoom into get the usual white line on bottom of the LED screen fixed (seems to be a known issue). I informed the two service members I was in contact with that there was physical damage to the glass covering the lens on one of the rear facing cameras. All said that I could still get the faulty phone screen repaired under warranty. RMAed it and made sure to specify the physical damage. I have now received an invoice to repair the minor glass damage, and of course it is quoted at 10 times the price to get the part from an OEM reseller. Disputed the claim and have not received any further contact from the centre. Very disappointed in the customer service at this point.

Update: After 6 business days longer than the estimated repair time, my phone was sent back to me via express shipping. It took me looking at the tracking info and contacting the shipping company did I notice they forgot a digit in my home address. I gave them the proper address in my RMA. I had to contact the shipping company myself to change it because the support employees were of little help. No offer to make up for their mistake. Was a 100% worthless experience.

I got my Asus Zenfone 3 8 month ago from Best Buy, a month after phone was not completely straight, I kept it in a cover all the time, but was not so clear why happened. I never dropped the phone.in Dec nothing in the phone was working properly. I am a very careful person with phone, I have no game and no social media on my phone is just for my business and talk, never dropped it. I took it to Asus they said it is bended and they don't fix it under guarantee they charge the price of the almost a new phone to give me a refurbished phone.the glass and the back of the phone has not have even a small scratch and the were insisting that either I was continuously sitting on the phone or I dropped it. The costumer for Asus is awful. I did not find them responsible to look at the case and even once they think if it is because of the manufacturing of the Asus.it is impossible that even if I carry it in my back pocket once in a while it get bended in the middle layer, It looked like that the battery and inside was kind of over heated and got bended.

We bought an ASUS phone less than 6 months ago, it was one of the worst decisions we made.
It has some software or technical issue which is covered under warranty, As per ASUS it needs motherboard replacement and we are declined repairs under warranty because it has a very tiny body scratch on top left (not LCD damage) I don, t know what we say.
You introduce rubbish and low standard products in market and later deny repairs for a ridiculous reasons.
I am going to complaint to ministry of consumer service & BBB for breach of warranty.

Laptop repair time is way too long then it should be even though its still in warranty. They should just replace your laptop with a new one instead of making you wait for weeks upon weeks while they cant seem to figure out what's the problem. I'm still waiting.

Edit: I got it back jan 2 and Asus did a really good job with the reparing so im really impressed.
