Staff at ATCCdoctors has been working hard to help people who needs the service. We work throughout the pandemic with dedicated staff during the CERB period and pandemic. We spent a lot time effort to follow guidelines and safety for you and the public health. However Wifi and E medical Blue Cross Public health x ray staff in isolation other clients requiring more services due to medical reasons etc and many factors may cause uncontrollable and unexpected delays. The buidling management also has difficulty finding cleaners during that pandemic. Toilet facilities are managed by the building management not by ATCCdoctors. Radiographers are also of shortage post pandemic. Panel x ray clinics are not controlled nor managed by panel doctors. We just located in the same building for the cliients' convenient.
Thanks for those who are understanding. Part time staff are dedicated to help when there is a sudden need.there are multiple steps to open an e Medical files especially upfront or refugees which requires extra steps to verify with Blue Cross. Part time staff do takes longer to open a file than regular staff. However it is very grateful that they are trained and willing to help the team when regular staff are unavailable or when demands suddenly arise.

Absolutely worse customer service I've ever received from a medical institution. I know the medical industry delivers sub par customer service but this was by far the worse experience. I went on the third floor to do x-rays and the two ladies at the front desk were atrocious in their services. I waited to be called to do the xray and another patient walked in whose main language is not English or Hindi and the way they dealt with her was really disgraceful. From ATCC lack of diversity to the reps sub par customer service, I wouldn't recommend a second visit.

Got the upfront medical exam for my partner. Super slow, unorganized and unprofessional.
They ask you to go upstairs, downstairs here and there, just to fill in papers and pay cash…after one hour still not getting to real test.

I personally took the exam at One-stop in Ajex. They are amazing. You just need your passport/permit, they take care of everything else. Super efficient and also professional. Everything done within an hour.

Awesome place. Especially doctor ANN TSANG was so good with us. When we raised our concern she directly came to us and talked and sorted it out on the spot. Thank you so much for that. Definitely recommend for immigration medical.

I and my mother were with Dr. Tsang years ago. You'd wait up to 2 hrs in the waiting room, another 20 mins or so in the examination room, and then she'd waltz in, prescribe you antibiotics without hearing your full symptoms, and walk out. She would be with you maybe 5 minutes. If you wanted a copy of your medical records, they asked for $2 a page. I didn't know until I went to my next family doctor that they should be providing patients our records for free. Her medical practice just seemed like a set up for her to earn as much money, swipe as many health cards as possible. The last time I saw her, she refused to spend the time to hear what my issue was and tried to walk out within 5 minutes. When I insisted that I be given more time, she literally told me to leave and then just walked out on me. Completely unethical doctor who didn't care about her patients. Hopefully things have improved since then.

Terrible! Terrible Service

Here is my legit experience on May 13,2021 for Immigration Medical. First and foremost, You schedule your appointment online. Once you get the appointment confirmation on your email, Just go there, Parking is available in the plaza itself. Go directly to second floor at mentioned suite no. Someone would attend you to pay the fee (~$200). Next they will guide you to go to different suites because they are diverting the traffic to keep covid19 protocols in effect and for other medical procedures. (keep your cash handy) Everything is easy if you follow their instructions. Now, for the Lab test, they will send you to a different location, In my case it was Alpha Lab.located at Warden and Finch. Earlier it used to be Life labs but recently life labs has changed its policy to see clients by appointments only, Therefore ATCC will send you to a walk in clinic which I just mentioned above. It took me approx 2.5 hrs and I was good to go home. Conclusion: Hassle free and good Job ATCC staff members.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY CHARGE MORE THAN OTHERS. We came all the way from so far and after charging money they said the technician is not available today come another day. Unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the staff.

Worst center ever. Not doing anything by appointment if you make appointment still you are waiting in line for half and hour. Make appointment and ruin your 3 hours here in covid.

How does this exist in Canada?
It's like stepping into a 3rd world country. Everything is extremely poor. Terrible hygine, medical equipment and procedures. They are rubber stamping people through the "medical exam" in which they don't check anything. Referring everyone to get x-rays and lab tests which they should be doing only in specific cases and ofc charging an extra fee for that. Referalls for lab tests are for a specific place across the street who they are clearly working with for again another fee. Total 3rd world scam that I can't believe exists in Canada and is listed on the IRCC website. SMH

Great follow up service! My medical result was submitted after 10 business days. I emailed the office and they replied fast with updated information. Thank you!

The place is extremely dirty, it seems unsafe to be there during these COVID times. There is barely any social distancing and the bathroom is disgusting! Would not recommend, find any other place to get your medical exam done.

Visited here yesterday for IRCC medical exam. Service was just great. Doctors and staff are very nice and patient during the tests, especially during these times. Easy booking, quick service in timely manner.

Don't recommend this clinic for immigration medical exam.
You have to go across the street to do the blood and urine tests which is located in Lifelabs and they charged for another $34 that not mentioned on website! I paid $250 for medical exam should cover everything. ATCC should refund the part of blood test.
Lifelabs was not happy that I just walked in to do the blood test and told me to book appointment next time. Excuse me? I wasn't told to book another appointment for another exam by ATCC.

Going through the immigration process is long, long, and long!

ATCC doctors is a team of physicians approved by the Government of Canada (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) to pre-screen the health of applicants.

Prepare to be ask to go from room to room throughout the process; room 218 begin, room 318 questions, room 218 medical exam, room 318 instructions to go to 2330 Kennedy Rd, room 304 chest x-ray registration, room 204 chest x-ray.

Two hours and counting.and paid $250 (cash only) out of pocket!

Now, off to 2330 Kennedy Rd across the street on the north west corner of the same intersection.

Room 209 for LifeLabs. CLOSED at noon.come back 4-Jan-2021. Oh well, it’s New Years Eve!

Overall, this process seems to be streamlined and staff are generally helpful and courteous.

ATCC doctors. Awesome experience working with them. They were thoroughly professional. They clearly laid out the process and unlike many others their processing times are very efficient. Highly recommend

This review was based on the experience for immigration medical test taken place on Nov 19,2020.1. The staff is nice and willing to answer any question/concern you have, though I do agree with others, it might seems bit disorganized.
2. I did not encounter any of those dramatic/extreme waiting time, in-total it took me 2.5hrs for the entire process. My appointment started at 9am.
3. Being able to book online is definitely a plus, I emailed them all the required documents but did bring photocopy just incase.
4. Breakdown of the cost, $200 for the medical exam, $50 for the x-ray, $34 for blood test (done by Lifelabs across the street, they do accept debit&credit, BOOK ONLINE for this). Bring cash for those items mentioned above. I saw others complaining about they only accept cash, but I've searched for 3/4 clinics through cic/ircc website, ALL of them is taking CASH only.
5. Parking is free of charge for maximum of 3hrs.
6. If your blood test is taking longer to wait, let them know, they can accommodate by finishing the rest of the test first while you're waiting for your blood test.
7. I did not call in, so cannot confirm on that part. But the staff did call back twice for reminding me to pick up the document that I left by accident.

Professional staff, highly recommended. Not sure what the bad reviews are talking about. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Such a weird place. Not what you expect from a facility. 90% working here do not look or sound like the professionals.
The bathrooms are dirty, and the weirdest thing - CASH ONLY. I’m sure it’s not even legal anymore to ask for cash only.looks so cheap, dirty and filthy. I was honestly trying not to touch anything. Disappointed and disgusted.

1. When immigrant e-medical result is not received by CIC system, this ATCC think they do not have to help you solve this problem because it is not their business.
2. If you need confirmation of the medical test result, you have to pay additional $20.00 to receive your own results.
3. Good luck if you already booked something here.

My recent experience is very pleasant. I find the doctor and the staff are very helpful and friendly which helps to ease my anxiety begin first time there. Also I find it's important to go through the details steps listed on the website. It meets my expectations with no surprises. Another thing I want to point out to those who drives is that there's a free indoor parking. Parking outside is not free but inside the garage is free which is even better I find.
