Terrible customer service. My dad missed an appointment once due to being extremely sick years ago and he tried to book with doctor atif kabir. Atif kabir denied his appointment and my dad extremely neeeds the physio. I don’t reccomend this spot go anywhere else but here. Terrible customer service.

Good service overall from the reception to the Physiotherapist that attended to me. Had a great experience with Ratna Purohit. Great professional that knows her onion. I will definitely complete my care here, and I also recommend them. ️️️️️

The physiotherapist Ratna really takes the time to understand the underlying issues and uses a wide range of treatments to correct them. Very professional clinic.

I attended the Merivale Road location. I was suffering severe pain in my left leg and arm. I first met with Olivia for Physiotherapy as prescribed by my doctor. Excellent ‘people skills’. The assessment she made seemed on target, after several visits and my adherence to the exercise program, I felt relief. At one point in this series of treatments, I asked about massage therapy, wondering if this would help. I made appointments with Tristan and was very pleased with the massage treatments he gave. He was skilled, aware of pain thresholds and very personable. I have continued the program designed for me and only stopped going as my Insurance coverage was exhausted! There have been changes in my coverage and I intend to return to the Centre soon.

Dr Kabir always gets right to the task. Knowledgeable, Excellent listener, diagnosis always spot on. Timely referrals. I remain a client due to the excellent service. Very Professional.

Office staff are welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Andrew is professional and knowledgeable, he has done more for me in six visits than previous physiotherapy did in more than six months. Dr. Kirk Andrew is the most detailed, knowledgeable chiropractor! When it comes to concussions and similar injuries he is bar none the best! His varieties of techniques and knowledge of how the different systems and muscles all interconnect is so vast that Google should use him as a search engine! I have already and will again recommend him and the rest of the amazing team at Athlete's Care to anyone and everyone who will listen! The front desk staff are so kind and patient and understanding and helpful! I feel like I am calling a family member and when I walk into the office it's the same! Tristan is an absolutely amazing massage therapist, again with so much knowledge that Google should just call him! All the staff at the Bank location are the dream team! There is no way I could ever thank them enough for all their help and kindness!

I was given an appointment after 4 months of referral from my family doctor. I was very surprised and disappointed when they called me today (just 2 days before my appointment) to let me know that they had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it, I have to wait another 2 months. I found it to be disrespectful, especially that I'm really in pain. Do not care about patients and their health.

Best treatments I've ever had. I have seen Sophia for physiotherapy, Ali for massage therapy, and Dr. Kirk for chiropractic work. All three have gone above and beyond my expectations when dealing with this 9 year hip injury. I've learned more about my body and how to keep it in top shape as a competitive body builder. Ali doesn't spend the sessions unnecessarily working on areas outside out focus. Dr. Kirk has used Shockwave therapy on not only my left injuryed hip but my right hip (as it spent 9 years over compensating for my left) and even looked at my elbow when I mentioned an injury there. I cannot express my gratitude enough to this team! As a higher level athlete it means a lot that they love what they do and they want to see me improve and be the best I can be. Thanks!

I was at the clinic for my first time today and Ratna was absolutely lovely! She was very good about explaining things and also providing a treatment path for recovery. I would definitely recommend this clinic! They also have their COVID policies very clearly posted and send out a waiver before arriving to ensure the safety of the clinic/patients.

I've been to different therapist (Chiropractor, Osteopathy and Physiotherapy) for my frozen shoulder which I've been on a treatment for almost a year. It's only for 2 weeks that I've been seeing Michael and my range of motion has increased significantly. I would recommend to see Michael Dinh for any chronic pain. He is the best comprehensive manual therapy in Ottawa with a good academic background and with a gifted skills.

Michael Dihn is great! His Manual Therapy techniques are incredibly effective. He’s very knowledgeable in what he does which shows in his work. He provides a thorough treatment plan at the beginning and always explains what he is doing as his going through the therapy. I have much less pain since I’ve been seeing him!

Kirk is very knowledgeable and seems to be genuinely interested in what is happening in your body causing the pain/discomfort. Takes the time to explain what he believes is the issue and discusses the "plan" forward to help with the pain care.
