I’m pleased I got the referral to see the doctor at this location and then further got physio sessions from Aara. A whole lot of improvement for me personally since her care and guidance. Reception is super friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Andrayah at the front desk!

Don't waste any time trying other locations, and come to the right place to take care of your body! Their expertise in addressing sports-every day-related issues impressed me, and the collaborative approach with massage physiotherapy and chiropractic enhanced the overall effectiveness.

I wanted to go to the Oakville location on UpperMiddle Road to work with one particular therapist, but I have found Andrea (pronounced Andr ei a) to be welcoming and extremely competent. I could complain about the size of the reception/waiting area, but I don't spend much time waiting - which means that you will not be kept waiting. Being next to a good falefel place is an added inducement to try this location for your physio or massage.

Romy was fantastic. Reception is friendly and helpful. And most importantly my back issue was treated. This was with massage therapy as well as an exercise program on my own time. Would recommend.

Best place to get your physiotherapy. Caroline is great with people, has deep knowledge of your muscles, joints, etc.she is quick in pinpointing the root of your problem and will get you going.
You do have to do the exercises she tells you to.

I had a very good experience here. Prateek was amazing and I was able to get back to playing tennis as I suffered from a forearm issue. Stefanie at the reception is great.

I've been going to this location specifically to be treated by Romy who is a RMT. Over years of weightlifting and playing sports, my joints and ligaments have been put through a lot of stress and I've started to notice a lot tightness and pain in areas of my body that end up needing work. Romy brings forward a functional approach to his massage therapy and really helped me not only be relieved of pain, feel looser but actually perform better in my lifts in the gym as well as in the physical activities that I partake in. He really knows how the body works and functions and caters the massage to your exact needs. Highly recommend Romy for anyone who is active.

Began here first doing physiotherapy with Caroline Thong, she was amazing and helped me a lot with some back and knee pains and I noticed a difference in the pain after only the first session with her. I also saw Romy Bellosillo for some massages. I had been having some shoulder pains and he was immediately able to look at me and point out exactly where my pain was, without me even telling him, and what might be causing the pain. They were both extremely kind and immediately made me feel comfortable being there. This facility is is very well kept and I felt very cared for by everyone there, they were all ready to help me feel better. It’s a beautiful place and I will 100% continue to go there.

My massage therapist Romy does a great job. He always does a proper assessment before starting a treatment and gives you an explanation for the reasoning along the way. I was never much of a believer in massaging but he change my perspective on things. Also he’s great person to talk to.

Romy and the Oakville Athlete's Care Team are wonderful! Romy was able to help me get back into my regular monthly massage routine after months of skipping it and working from home long hours during quarantine. There are clear COVID measures which means I can focus on relaxing during my sessions. Romy is also a great listener and adjusts the massage and music to my needs. Omg Aara is the BEST! I came in for a WSIB injury in my back, and Aara was SO GOOD at pinpointing my problem, using her methods to help me but also for giving me home-workout types of exercises to do to help improve my back. She completely flipped what I thought I had to do to heal my back, and really was able to go deep into exactly what was happening. I am forever grateful for this sweet, kind and intelligent young lady, she’s just the best! I even referred my mother to her for her slight arm injury. GO SEE AARA! Your body will thank you in the long run!

Aara who is one of the physiotherapists here was so amazing to work with! She helped me so much in my recovery after my back injury and was so kind and patient through the entire process.

I have been seeing Caroline for the past few months and she has been great! I had assessments done for my shoulder from a few different physiotherapists in Oakville, and Caroline was the only one who genuinely seemed to care about my long term betterment. She quickly diagnosed my shoulder issues and uses a combination of manipulative therapy and acupuncture that has allowed me to gain more range of motion than I have ever had before. I also appreciate that there are only a few clients in Athlete's Care Oakville at any one time, thus avoiding the assembly line feeling that I got at other places. Finally, Nicole has made billing insurance and booking future appointments stress free. Would highly recommend Athlete's Care Oakville!

I already have reviewed below that Athlete's Care has been the go to spot for any nagging injuries, minor pains or just a maintenance check up for us. We are extremely active and inevitably need the occasional appointment to stay active. Caroline in particular is incredible at ensuring that we not only recover fast, but are able to prevent any reoccurring injuries. Her overall knowledge and ability to make fast and accurate diagnoses make this the place to go for any issues. Romy is my go to for RMT. Not only does he give you a full assessment prior to your massage therapy, but he actually shows you how your body has not become more mobile, flexible, etc after he is finished. He too goes the extra mile to ensure he informs you of measures you can take on your own to maintain the results he has helped provide. If you are in pain, feel stiff or simply want to improve your overall functionality/mobility I wouldn't recommend going anywhere until you book an appointment with Caroline and Romy here!

I've been going there since May2019 and I see Dr. Ida Cavaliere she is probably the best Doctor that I have gone to over 12 years about my Knee's. She now given me 2 sets of needle's in my knee's the last one in Oct 2019 and in my past I've had needle's from different doctors and surgery but must say that she gives completely pain free needles which I have never had by any Doctor in the past she also takes the time explain everything that she is doing and also answers any question that you may have. Just over all wonderful Doctor!

Romy was absolutely excellent. Took an entirely different approach to an issue that has dogged me years with immediate results. Amazing attention to detail and fantastic client service, including taking the extra time to set me up for long term success. If I lived in Oakville I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Started my treatment with Katie Au recently and I can already see the benefits if her treatment. She took her time to explain everything to ke, making me more comfortable. 100% recommend.

I was struggling terribly with TMJ (jaw issues), I asked my girlfriend who is an RMT for help and she told me that there are few RMT's that specialize in this area of the body.

My friend did her research and informed me that Romy @ Athlete's Care is a specialist with TMJ issues. I immediately booked an appt and have been 6 times since. I am absolutely thrilled with the continued care and results that Romy has provided to me not only for my jaw but for guiding me through massage techniques to muscles in my neck and shoulders that are contributing to my issues.

Super professional and well educated, I was so impressed that my husband has been going for regular massages on his back as well.

Place is clean and punctual. Had massage therapy with Romy a few times. Extremely attentive to areas that need improvement, and shares plenty of knowledge about the source of the pain, excercises to help, and employs the use of effective techniques (cupping also) to target specific areas. I know for sure he offers relaxation massages if that's what's needed. Would definitely go there again.
