The best physiotherapy place! I can’t say enough good things about Disha. She is an absolute professional who goes above and beyond to ensure personalized and effective care. I’ve been doing pelvic and other regular physiotherapy sessions with her and I’ve seen huge progress in my conditions. Highly recommended for ladies with pelvic issues. Also the ladies at the reception and very kind and helpful and you feel welcomed as soon as you step in.

I've been receiving physiotherapy treatment from Disha for several months now, and I can't recommend her enough. She is very knowledgeable and kind, and she gets results!

I have been working with Disha Naik for almost a year now to help me with chronic muscle tension and pain, as well as work-related repetitive strain issues. Disha is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled - she has helped me feel much much better. Not only does she offer exercises, but she works closely on stretching and massaging sore muscles. She's also very warm and kind. The staff at the front line are also fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Manpreet for two months now for severe nerve/muscle pain in my back/shoulders. 8 weeks ago, I could barely walk. I’m progressing nicely thanks to Manpreet’s expertise. Wasn’t sure what to expect here since I’ve had good and bad experiences with different physio places, but Athlete’s Care came highly recommended. I’m doing physio at the Mississauga location with Manpreet. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has definitely helped my injuries considerably. I have no complaints and look forward to continuing my physiotherapy there.

Has been a great experience receiving treatment here. The staff are friendly and professional and always going the extra mile to accommodate your schedule. Manpreet is my physiotherapist and she always make you feel comfortable and utilizes different methods so you achieve maximum results. I have benefited from her advice and highly recommend it.

Disha is amazing! Started with frozen shoulder a few months ago and was just able to do a tough Mudder without any shoulder pain at all. Could not have done that without Disha.

Disha did an amazing job for my knees during our sessions. I had worked with a few physiotherapists before her but none had helped my knee pain until I started working with her. 100% recommended.

I am very grateful for Athlete's Care for assisting in relieving pain from sciatica. Back in March 2023 I started to get pain in my lower back which ultimately radiated down to my left leg. I recognized it as sciatica and went to my family physician who gave me anti-inflammatories which did nothing, Within a week I was in complete agony, not being able to stand, sit or lie down with any relief. I went back to my doctor, who shall remain nameless, and asked her for further assistance including an MRI. She stated: "that won't show much". When I asked her for some assistance with pain management, she prescribed 7 Tylenol 3 with codeine to help me sleep. I was absolutely ragged by this point (end of March). Luckily a friend recommended Athletes Care and I was fortunate to get an appointment the next day. I saw Dr. Aheer who prescribed a medication which I am still taking (August) and scheduled me for an MRI. This ultimately revealed, bulging discs, arthritis and spinal stenosis of the lumbar region, severe in some places. So much for the MRI not revealing anything. My family physician did send me for x-rays which revealed a little arthritis. No follow-up or alternative care. I am virtually pain free although there is stiffness and continued numbness in my leg. Dr. Aheer has since referred me to a neurosurgeon for further assessment. As a result of Athletes Care I am able to function, which I could not for the entire month of March. I am very grateful to Dr. Aheer and the lovely Samantha at reception.she is a gem. I was also able to ge a new physician who seems to actually care. Many thanks again!

Athlete's Care Mississauga was a total lifesaver. In 2022, I sustained a shoulder injury which started out as a nagging recurrent pinch, but soon evolved into a debilitating pain which limited my range of motion and even hindered my sleep. My physiotherapist, Disha assessed the problem in no time at all and put me on a quick path to recovery. She was able to customize a program for me which suited both my needs and active lifestyle and got me back in business within months. She has a stellar personality which made every visit a delight. During some of my visits, I was on Daddy duty and had to bring my 2 year old with me to my sessions. Disha is great with kids and was super accommodating, often finding ways to keep my hyperactive son occupied and distracted, whilst working on me. Her knowledge of human anatomy and therapeutic exercises is quite remarkable. I would highly recommend both this clinic and this physiotherapist professional to anyone. 5 stars is not enough to sum up my experience. Give AC Mississauga and Disha a shout if you are seeking help for your muscular ailments. They can fix you!

Highly recommend Mikaela for chiropractor sessions. I first saw her 3 years ago for backpain issue that she helped to resolve. She also suggested me exercises to avoid recurrence. During my pregnancy, I started having backpain issue again. So much that I had trouble walking. Mikaela, with her magical hands, once again helped me. I saw her regularly througout my pregnancy to manage my backpain and felt so much better. I did try other chiropractors before but no one was able to manage my backpain as Mikaela did! Very highly recommended!

I've been seeing Mikaela for 4 years now and would highly recommend her for any chiro, acupuncture and general maintenance. She has a great easy-going nature that makes the appointments enjoyable. She keeps detailed notes on file and always ensures treatment is personalized rather than the same treatment every time you go in, which I have experienced from chiros outside of Athlete's Care. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Mikaela. She really helped me with ongoing issues I had in my neck and upper back. She is easy to talk to, always has a smile on her face, and really listens to her patients.

Perhaps the best physio place. I have been going to Joseph and he has helped me a lot. Def a strong recommendation for me

Have been receiving weekly physio for pelvic floor health with Disha and she is amazing. It’s such an important part of women’s overall health & wellbeing and I’m so glad I found out about it. Booking appointments is easy, parking is great and the staff are all really friendly. Great locations too with gyms on site etc. Definitely recommend.

Disha is an excellent physiotherapist. I have been treated by her on two occasions in the past year. She listens to your problem, asks questions to better understand your issue and then figures out the best treatment. She is a happy and very pleasant person. Disha takes the time to explain how to do the stretching and strengthening exercises and follows up with videos to help you do the exercises at home. I would definitely recommend Disha to anyone with aches and injuries. Oh, and just recently my wife went to see her with a knee problem and she concurs with my assessment!

Absolutely amazing! The facilty is clean, spacious and plenty of parking. The front desk is friendly, polity, and just displayed great customer service and I can't rave enough about the PT Disha! I know my body workers from years of athleticism and just injuries in general. I had such an great experience and felt so much relief. This place is a MUST!

I have availed mostly Physio treatment from Puru to treat my Lower back and elbow! Right from the onset, Puru has been truly professional, diligent and accurate in his assessment of the issue! He hears me out patiently and asks relevant questions to understand the issues in greater detail. He is creative in his approach and focuses on results! Mr. Purro, had treated a pinch nerve on my shoulder. I was in severe pain and experiencing numbness on my hand due to that. He immediately knew how to alleviate the pressure. He used so many different techniques. He gave me advice on preventing such situations in the future. His experience and knowledge is always growing. Most importantly he is so patient and listens to all your details. And he asks the right questions to figure out the best path for you. I recommend this individual anytime and every time.

I’ve been to see Ryan a few times for different issues, he’s an excellent physiotherapist, knows his stuff, takes time to explain things, definitely helped me out a lot! Also had massages from Steve, he’s one of the best!

If you are looking for a professional, caring and effective physiotherapist, then I would highly recommend Puru. He is excellent and very knowledgeable. He quickly identifies the root cause of our issue, develops and implements a customized treatment plan for the successful recovery of our health.

Have been to this place recently for some physiotherapeutic treatments. Highly satisfied with their service and interactions. Staffs are highly professional. I received care from Mr Puru. He had been very thorough to explain the issue and plan out the right treatments. Mr Puru took his time to understand all of my movement issues and has been able to diagnose correctly, I started getting benefit right after a few sessions. Disha is amazing! I went in for rehab after shoulder surgery and Disha has worked with me through every step of the process.
