Take them 30 mins to make 2 veg Manchurian also the guy drop the canadian dry into the soup bucket and put it back

Daneli is good but service is the worst I have ever experienced. Had to wait for 40 minutes. After the front of the house said 25 minutes wait. I was very hungry. Repeatedly asked what's taking soo long they said they are packing the food. Could see 4-5 workers inside doing nothing. Would never go here again.

I placed an order at 12 am and got it by 1: 50 am. My Uber driver reached there at 12: 30 and canceled the trip because they asked him to wait. Second one waited until 1: 30. Longest time ever taken by a restaurant. I thought to give a try (although I read the reviews before placing order) as i assumed not everyone’s experience is same. But swear to god, it is the worst food I ever had and worst customer service. They took 2 hours just for 2 piece of naan and cheese butter masala. Trust me, you would be okay to lose money rather than spending here.

I’ve ordered manchurian it was my favourite from atithi.
But recently i got really big chunks of corn flour in the manchurian.
Which is really not okay.
Even manchurian balls were undercooked.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant, the food had fly and mosquito in it. The staff weren’t apologetic at all, worst customer experience. I would request them to provide hygienic food to people.

Bad service, untidy ambiance. For the thali they used to serve extra Dal on the rice, they stopped giving extras. Never coming back again. Brought my friends and family but highly disappointed.

It was perfect experience cheese butter masala is great i placed order on phone and raj took my order he was calm listened everything as I wanted in my order also gave me some suggestions keep it up.

Pure veg restaurant.more of a take out than a dine in.only con for this restaurant is that they serve you in a paper plate/use and throw plates. Not a pleasant experience when you dine in.

The staff is super friendly

Its a good restaurant in terms of food but it need to work on its store sign outside and improve some customers service for dinein cz the person who is dining in need to pay the bill in advance, which doesnt make sense.

Giving one star because there is no option to give zero. Ordered 6 plates Chhole bhature last night, Both chane and Bhature were uncooked and kihra siyana atta de bhature bananda maida di jagah, and customer service girl lied to us that chutney and salad was inside the package, there was nothing in there. Worst experience overall all 6 plates were thrown, wasn't even worth eating.

It USED to be a good place but now.its DISASTER.

- Person at counter is always rude and in hurry. (seems like being rude is the basic qualification for that job)
- Now a days wait time is way longer than they say. Sometimes need to wait for an hour.
-Quality of food is decreased a lot and on name of taste, they just make everything so spicy that noone can eat.
- They raised the prices too high with low quality food.
- Special instructions are always missed.

There are several restaurants nearby (Sabras) who are doing really well, if they keep doing like this.then they will loose a huge customer base.

Their wait time is very high, please do not visit if you’re in hurry. Their promised time to provide the food is never accurate, once you place the order they ask you to wait for 30 mins and serve you after one hour. Food is definitely not tasty.

I ordered Paneer Butter Masala and Butter Naan through uber from Atithi. And it was biggest mistake i did. Worst quality of food and packing was not even proper. I would give rating in negative if they have scale till -5.

I ordered dabeli from this place. I usually order every time when i m in Scarborough. But today they literally gave me burnt dabeli. Never coming back to this place. Their quality is degrading day by day.

Food taste is different everytime. Placed order everytime got different item or missing. When complained, they were rude and aggresive

I love their Chole that’s comes with bathure but bathure aren’t good really oily. I am giving 3 stars because sometimes they didn’t follow instructions and sometimes they even missed some items in your order, moreover you have to wait really longer almost 1 hour and it can be more than that, as restaurant get busy but management didn’t think about that that only 3 to 4 crew members are working back and forth.

Cashier said that they will take 30 minutes for inside restaurant and 45 minutes. He started giving me order 1 by 1 like they took 35 minutes to just heat up the precooked naan like wise and took more than 1 hour to complete the order. Thank God that I ordered only 5 items. On top of that cashier was arguing with me by saying "Sir aap sath sab kuch thodi naa khaoge".

Do we have any option to give ZERO star rating?

I'll not suggest anyone to visit there.

Requested aloo paratha for my 18mths OLD and specifically asked that this is for baby and we don't need any spices in it. We received the spicy aloo paratha and my little one started crying screaming. I call the restaurant immediately and lady on was the one who took my order said we can't change to no spice because it's a premixture already made. If you can't deliver even after instructing what we want then you should start doing something else to earn your bread. I won't stop at your restaurant here after I bet.

Worst Customer Service!

I have been there regular customer, and I frequently order using Uber Eats. I have certain restrictions for food, so when I order their thali I call them and tell them to keep sabji of my choice instead of what mentioned in Uber. They even deny for such small modification, where they just had to give me a different sabji instead of what is mentioned on their menu. It was not even gonna cost them anything. They don't respect relegious beliefs of their customer. I will never order again. All the restaurants in Toronto make minor modifications in Uber order, but this guys are really insane! In a culturally diverse city like Toronto, they should respect everyone's beliefs and make some minor changes accordingly!

I usually don’t write a negative review unless I have completely disappointed. Tried their bhel puri over the first time and most probably the last time. It was so soggy and there was no flavour. People who came after me got their food first, maybe they forgot about my order.

My friend suggested this place for lots of vegan options. When I went there it did seem that they had many vegan options on the menu. However when I asked the person on the counter he denied and even claimed that they had no vegan food. It seemed like he had no interest in cooperating or finding out the ingredients. Indian food typically has a lot of vegan options and I know of so many places nearby now with vegan options. So happy to skip this place forever. Adding this review so that other vegans also can decide.

Unprofessional staff and team leader. We placed an order for paneer tikka Masala, Naan and roti. Paneer tikka masala quality was no good and unhygienic. We called and complained about the issue after 10 mins of discussing they issued us credit note for Sabji. After 2 days we called to placed order. They were like we don’t have any credit note here. They started giving baseless reasons like our staff are new. They were not aware of policy we don’t give any credit note. I recommend try another place who serves with quality and loyalty.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I would give 0 rating if I was able to. I ordered from DoorDash, prepaid and they forgot to add the item into my order. That was an incomplete order. KALPIT was the one I was talking to, I don’t know if he is the manager or the owner, but he got no communication skills, while I was talking he just hung up on me. Is this the way you serve people? We pay to get the service, it’s not for free. If you cannot handle people and don’t know how to talk to them, then please don’t run such business where you have to deal with people on daily basis.

Too too spicy, Ordered food for us and children way too spicy food.taste ok but when requested mild they don't care.again spicy. I am an Indian i can eat spicy but Canadian born can't it that spicy they don't understand

If you are craving for Maggi and other Indian dishes like wada paw, sandwiches and samosa chat. Atithi is one stop destination in Scarborough. Make sure while ordering you are telling them what is your spice (taste) bud level.

This place is unsanitary and resembles public bathrooms.the floors are dirty and the tables aren’t wiped down, still cluttered with food left over from the last customers and service is extremely slow. Their card machine doesn’t always work and they don’t project their voices so you have to ask them to repeat what they said multiple times.

I wish I had an option not to provide any star. Extremely disappointed with the wait time for dine inn, food was not provided for an hour of placing the order. Taste was not great and customer service was too bad.
**They make customers sit on unclean tables**

Pathetic experience I ever had in Toronto. Ordered my food well in advance (more than a hour ago) over a phone and upon reaching, I was asked to wait for another 15 mins just to hear that the food is not available and all we can do is give a refund. The staff was extremely rude and non responsive. Very unprofessional.

I didn’t order any food from them, but when I was browsing I noticed that in their menu the price for a dish (daal baati) is 7.99 while on a food delivery app Facedrive, it’s 9.49. That’s just outrageous! Won’t order ever and will ensure to recommend the same to others as well.

I ordered today cheese masala vada pav, pizza sandwiches, manchurian dry & samosa chat.

All the food items were over spicy. It was too much.
I never tested this much spicy & this much bad taste from Atithi.
Its time to notice the quality of your food.

This place is getting worst for 1 order they said 40-45 minutes. I went there after an hour and they said they haven’t even started making it in a very rude tone. They are expecting us to wait to 2 hours just for one order which was given over phone. If you guys cant manage to give order in an hour you should close your restaurant.

Never wanted to post negative comments but seriously their food is stale. It smells as it is kept for long time in frozen. I honestly garbaged their food. Ordered chana bhatura.bhatura was over fried chana was uncooked. Pav bhaji was pungent and pav were too small.doesn’t taste like indian food. And samosas were completely off. Money wastage and it’s zero star not 1 star

I've only ever done take out from here. We love their Vada Paav and chai combo. Food is fast, cheap and tasty! Staff are courteous, quick and also make great recommendations if you go there for the first time! Highly recommend!

Simple and nice Gujurat-style food that would definitely make you feel nostalgic! Loved Undhiyu, Kadhi and Chapatis. They also have $5 Thali for students which is really amazing thing that they do for student community. And yes, their Samosa is really different from what you get in GTA and is very close to the one you get in India (Mumbai).

Decent place to have light snacks in Scarborough. Must try Samosa pav, Bhel and Vadapav. Rest dishes are not up to the mark, also quantity and quantity both needs to be improvised. Staff is not so welcoming and also needs to be professional and show some nice customer service. Overall good place to have instant food.

I went to this restaurant on someone's recommendation, the order took 30 mins for preparation, after waiting for so long the food i got was cold, tea i ordered was lacking milk, it was like water with tea masala. It was a disappointing visit as i went specially from Mississauga to Scarborough
