Washrooms absolutely horrific refrain from going into that filthy disgusting room! Shop and leave quickly you'd be better off going outside!

They throw your deli meat together like they serve dogs.and for whatever reason the meat spoils fast, probably due to how the throw it together instead of seperatung like it should be done. Never again

Not that crowded and there’s always pastry deals. There are also lots of Asian and Filipino/Southeast Asian products like instant noodles and seasoning cubes here which I think are priced reasonably.

They also have a coin depositing machine but I haven’t tried that yet.

The Starbucks located in the main entrance is a pain in the butt, not very good planning for safety during and emergency.

Purchased some tomatoes and went through the long self check out line up because there was only one cashier on. Total price came up wrong so I said to the attendant "you are over charging me on the tomatoes". Her respond is "she is not charging me anything". Ok well dud you represent the Superstore who are overcharging me for tomatoes Went to the service desk who told me no I was not being over charged it was just because the item was coded wrong. Well dud again, you just gave me a refund so why give me a refund if I wasn't over charged. I am a visitor to the area and I truly hope this is not the way people in Bridgewater behave: Insolent and discourteous.

Used to be the best store in town, can't say that now. Getting more expensive each week and products getting smaller or less than before. And I won't mention the pharmacy nightmare! So long not so super store.

Nice clean store. Customer service was good. One more person on check out would have helped.

Out of control (Drugstore), been trying to call in a prescription for 2 days, all day long. Either a busy signal or no one answers. Had to call doctor and switch pharmacy, I suggest you do too.

On the morning of July 20th, I visit the Superstore Pharmacy after driving some 30 km from our cottage. I was accompanied by my nearly 90 year old father. We attempted to have an antibiotic med filled, the perception being previously filled in Halifax Superstore. We were told it would be about 5pm before it could be filled. When my father explained the circumstances and urgency he was rudely told that was not there problem we could try elsewhere. While I understand this procedure can take time, the lady behind the counter was rude and disrespectful to my father, a senior and from the evidence of the empty bottle a Superstore customer. He further told her to no effect that if they called the Halifax pharmacy they would be quite familiar with him. The pharmacist or clerk continued to be rude, uncaring and dismissive. The interaction was witnessed by two other senior customers who both expressed similar encounters.

We subsequently went to Shoppers Drugmart across the street where he was treated with respect understanding and dignity. While still faced with the same procedure the clerk was helpful kind and respectful did what she could to help us. We had confirmation within hours.

As a Senior and long time Superstore Customer I would have hoped my father would have received better more courteous service. We will likely be availing our selves of the service of your Pharmacy in future and hope to be met with better service.

Good selection and friendly, helpful staff. Most of the checkouts are self-self, so be prepared to work for Galen Weston when you leave.

This is regarding to pick service. Think I heading to Sobeys from now on. Have had numerous issues, from getting an email and text that order ready, to the end having to wait 25 mins because. " we hadd people leave so we will get groceries for you now". Seriously.
Then another time it was raining, I got out to open trunk, I had other errands. And he stood there.rambling in the rain while I put in car! Wth. I said. Do you guys not do trunk service. I said well could you help put groceries I the car. I have to go. Tht was after waiting 16 mins. Argh

We go here for all of our meal needs except they dint have catelli meat sauce which is a spaghetti sauce me and my fiancé gree up on and love ️ also Kraft deluxe is becoming scarce anywhere however Walmart still has it all! Hehe I have to say on the bright side the meat has been such good prices and great pork loin chops and t- bone bbq steak, baby back ribs, and all of our other faves!

Nice grocery store with wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, fresh fish, prepared meals, deli counter & household gadgets.

They do not accept the American Express Card!

Produce was good for the most part, the red pepper was a rad on the soft side. Good seafood selection and seems to have mostly everything I needed.

Ok mixed review, it's great that they do the online order thing, wife sent me to get them, I asked what the time was to get she said between 630 and 7, I get there at 658, call in and no answer tried twice, then I called the wife to ask if they close earlier then the store, turns out they do, they close at 7, why would they allow a pick up between 630 and 7 if they are gonna be closed at 7, sounds very stupid to me

Nice big store. Worst express ever! Constantly wait up to 30 mins for my order in the express parking spots. Terrible service.
