Great place to get laser services. Nice and clean place and always smells amazing. I got few sessions done for my brazilian and full face and have seen amazing results so far. Techician is amazing and so professional. Will definitely recommend this place.

I have completed sessions for lower legs, upper legs, bikini and under arms and have seen great results. The laser helps so much with bumps and darks spots and with shaving the bikini

I have been coming here for many years and seeing great results. The technician is very nice. She explained me the whole process patiently and I’m seeing great results for my Lazer therapy.

Taking my sessions here and its pretty effective. Its been 3 sessions so far and the results are good. The technician is very kind and accommodating.

Scam company, they advertise you can laser one extra large area which includes upper leg then you arrive to learn it only includes 1 leg, the other leg is an extra $150, the woman was rude and unapologetic, no refunds were given for the false advertisement. The clinic was dirty and equipment was old I did not feel safe to use it. I chose to leave instead of laser my one leg.

Worst costumer service ever. The secretary who is also a technician is very rude an unprofessional! Do not recommend at al!

Only three stars for now, but may change at the end of my contract - as this review is my first experience with technician Marie at the Mississauga location. I was very satisfied with Marie’s work ethic and professionalism. She was very thorough with her work. I was impressed how she regulated the machines intensity level to accommodate me. I’ve had laser experience in the past, but Marie so far has proven to me she was the best yet. I look forward to my next session with her.

Mari is an amazing technician, she did such a great job, and I'm seeing results right away! She always asks if the temperature is okay and makes sure that I am not feeling any discomfort. Thank you! Also, it was so nice, she dressed up for Halloween.

Came to this clinic after a referral from a friend that purchased a Groupon deal for laser hair removal. The price quoted was quite high initially but we were able to agree to a reasonable amount and I have had 2 appointments so far with the technician Mari. She is very thorough and made me feel comfortable during the process. I would recommend that you ask to book with her.

Marie is excellent! She really listens to your needs and understands what you need and does a good job. She has an eye for detail and left me feeling very happy with my service. She is great and I highly recommend her!

I booked my laser appointment with them and after 2 appointments covid happened and everything was shut down. When I called them again to see if I can get refund or resume my services but their staff was so RUDE AND ARROGANT they disconnected my phone 4 times and told me to send email. I told them that I want to resolve this over phone but every time I called they just hung up and and after that they never picked up my call (I tried at least 25 times).

None of them has manners I talk to 3 different people (1 guy and 2 ladies) NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

Even the laser results were so bad. After 2 appointments I did not see any difference.

I would like to get my REFUND for the services I did not receive and you are not helping at all.please someone take an action about this.

I got my full legs lasered at the Eglington location and my laser technician, Mari, was absolutely delightful! I've had some not so great experiences in my past by other technicians where the treatment felt rushed and sloppy but not this time. I hope to have Mari as my technician for my next appointment. She was very efficient, careful and took her time to do a great job. She would often check if the laser heat was comfortable with me and even played relaxing music, Thanks Mari!

Mariam is really friendly and welcoming. Very informative and helpful. I was very comfortable with the services and I loved that I had no problems with booking my next sessions according to my schedule. Can’t wait to see her again.

DO NOT COME HERE! Save your money, trust me. The manger is the absolute worst person to deal with, so rude. You can find much better places for these services.

The management of this location is horrendous. Avoiding calls, ignoring customer requests (realistic asks). They are treating loyal customers completely unfairly and it feels like the management is in the business for the sole reason of profiting off customers. Would not recommend this guys to anyone.

DO NOT come here as their customer service is abysmal. The manager is very rude. I understand everyone is going through hard times with covid but I prepaid 500$ last year March for services and never received those services yet so I called this month to ask for a refund and the manger refused and he was not easy to deal with. I told him that I won’t even be in the city anymore to receive those treatments once things eventually open up but he refused. They also never call you to confirm an appointment and they don’t inform you when the clinic is opened after a closure due to covid restrictions. Absolutely horrible experience. And now I’ve emailed them more than three times to book an appointment and they have not responded to my emails- if I could give them negative stars, I would. Save your money for another place.

I definitely recommend technician Ruby (Oshawa). She is very friendly, well-experienced, patient to her clients.

Today I had an amazing experience at this clinic. The technician, Ruby was professional, friendly and so good at what she does. The service was fast and thorough and painless! I had 3 areas of concern. I felt totally satisfied with my service and fully appreciated her calm approach. I look forward to my next appointment.

I've been coming to Atlantis for 3.5 years (Mississauga Location) Today was the first time, I had the most thorough laser experience with Ruby (Oshawa). She was so sweet and friendly. She took her time and did not miss a single spot. She checked in with me often to make sure I was okay with the Laser setting. I am so Thankful I met her and I wish I get to see more of her. I wouldn't mind driving from Brampton to Oshawa just for Ruby. She is my absolute new favorite Laser Tech. Amazing Customer Service. I hope my next Laser Tech can match Ruby's quality of service. *fingers crossed*

DO NOT GO HERE. This is the worst experience I have had in my life. I didn't get my last session because when I followed their protocol they told me I would not lose my session and now that I try and rebook it they keep telling me to call the next day. That is if someone even answers the phone. There phone system is terrible and hangs up on you automatically quite frequently. You have to call multiple times for some reason to get through and the people are not nice nor helpful. The regular girl who did my laser had very bad customer service skills and hurt me when doing the laser.it felt like she was burning me.she consistently tried to sell me more sessions then would roll her eyes when I wouldn't agree. There was no privacy, every single session I had to ask her to close the door. They do not provide towels or anything to cover. She gives you one peice of paper towel afterwards. Terrible experience I am very disappointed. All you beautiful people save your money and go somewhere else

Mahtab, the head technician, is EXTREMELY thorough and knowledgeable. I can trust her to do a great job every time and I always try to book with her. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is up to par. I'm 7 sessions in and very happy with the results. Mahtab is also so sweet and to me it's important to have a good relationship with a person who is doing an intimate service like laser removal.

Mahtab is an amazing and knowledgeable aesthetician (Phd in microbio btw), who truly cares about customers and literally becomes your friend and makes the laser session pretty comfortable! You never get bored trust me. She is simply the best! The results are spectacular!

It’s the worst shop I have ever been to! When I came the first time, they told me to pay the tax of coupon I bought from wagjag. And then they never call me or email me schedule the next appointment or remind me my booked appointment. And when I asked them to buy another website “wagjag” coupon for me in the shop, the employee bought me an unrefundable n more expensive coupon in their website n not allow to get the same body part to do as the wagjag website said. After that, not until I requested to refund n called their main office, they resisted not letting me change the body parts. And the point is every time, the thing they said never count next time you came again! Before this time, they told me I can get a discount because I didn’t use some part of my coupon I bought before. Then they broke their words again. This really made me mad! And remember that day really clearly, it’s almost the end of their business hours, the employee said because I asked for return, she is super mean n rude to put the responsibility on me! She said because discussed with me, make the other one client wait for her, but it’s because I came earlier that day, and she hold me there and went to do her client on their original schedule time. Super bad attitude! The service is super bad here too, not even a cup of water to drink, even no washroom to use n took me 10mins to walk to the gas station n came back! And when I was back and she did mine 10mins late n without an apology. Look at the pictures, located among a lot of factories n super small shop, I wish I have never come to here n get my money back, totally break my good impression of Canada!

I wouldn’t recommend this laser clinic to any of my family or friends. They only cared to gain my business the first day I walked in, after that they did nothing to make me feel like a valued customer.
Two different technicians burned my tattoo. The owner promised a reimbursement for the damage but I never received it.

I just want to say that Mahtab from the Mississauga Atlantis Laser Clinic was fantastic. I purchased a Brazilian and Bikini and was laughing the whole time. She was professional and pleasant and I look forward to going back because of her. I purchased a package for my legs as well because the results I got from one session was really impressive.
