I have never experienced being in an accident until recently when I got rear-ended. My car was significantly damaged and I didn’t know what to expect. After reading some reviews, I went to Atlas Auto Collision and Marco put me totally at ease. After a short discussion, he quickly arranged a rental right there and then and he promised me that my car would look like nothing ever happened. After I arranged with my insurance, Marco began ordering parts right away. Some parts were on back order but he went out of his way to make sure the parts I needed came in as quickly as possible. When my car was ready he called me and told me I would be blown away. It was exactly as he promised and more. It looked more than nothing had ever happened, my car looked brand new and it sparkled inside and out. Thanks so much Marco and Atlas Auto Collision - the only place I would ever go to!

I've been to this shop on a few occasions and I come to them from Mississauga. Also sent them many happy customers. Marco is a very generous guy providing top notch service and adding value to the transaction. He knows how to deal with insurance, and get you the best outcome. They can get your car fixed, detailed and provide a rental all in a one stop shop!

Amazing auto shop. We brought our Tiguan here after it had some damage and Marco took care of us like family. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and come back! Service was very fast. He was also able to give us a quote on the spot. Repairs were done very quickly too.

Beware of MARKO! Big promises and minimal delivery. He will overcharge your insurance and fit cheap similar looking parts.

This business went above and beyond. Had rust removed from my SUV, they cleaned the car inside out and even made the tires shiny. Had a couple of scratches here and there, they also removed those.
VERY fair, very professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this place; already have other family members planning to take their cars there soon.

These guys just finished with my mother in-law's ford Escape. It had rust in the wheel wells. These guys gave us the lowest quote of 3 places so we were sceptical but they did an unbelievable job on the vehicle. Rust was removed and it looks new again! They also removed a bunch of scratches from around the vehicle that were not in the quote and they didn't charge extra. They went above and beyond. They even cleaned the tires and rims as well as a full interior cleaning. 100% would recommend and go back. Actually my girlfriend is bringing her car there in 2 weeks. Awesome job and great service. Everyone was polite and easy to work with as a cherry on top.

Excellent customer service. Yolanda explained the options available for replacing my windshield and we agreed on a course of action. She handled the insurance claim and my truck was ready on time. Thanks also to Scott who did the repair.

I am appalled by how someone can lie to you and make there job looks like a favor. He lied about almost everything. Very intimidating make you feel like you just came to Canada and he is your rescue agent. As for Marco I don't know what was his job position probably to make false impression to scare people for giving into his services.

I would say that this is by far the most awesome service I have received in past few years.

MARCO is the point of contact for all your concerns. Marco and Team did great work to fix my car. After fixing my car, I had some issues which were discussed with Marco and he fixed it. Awesome work done and I also received free detailing as a gesture. Do not look for any other body shop if you are involved in an accident or for any other body shop work.

He went above and beyond for me. He arranged a rental for me. They are very helpful and they go above and beyond to help fix my car up and make it brand new again. I was very happy to see my car in excellent condition. Excellent customer service in town.

5 star service! I highly recommend Atlas Auto Collision! I brought my car in to repair some damage to my car and am so pleased with the results. Not only does my car look brand new again, they repaired an extra dent, replaced the air cabin filter, and even detailed it, all at no additional cost. Marco was so kind, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.

Worst place ever i have visit, call them today to get the estimate for fixing sunroof rubber (outer side). But they are way unprofessional. No one is there to assist us, in-fact there was a guy who was supposed to assist us, but he was too busy in his personal talking with some random guy, waited almost 30 minutes but he never came back to us. So i just left. Poor management and unprofessional people they are.
Wish there was a option for negative rating, would like to give that.

Had some body work that needed to be done on a mustang. They did an AMAZING job, went above and beyond to get it done with a super high attention to detail. Car looks brand new after the amazing work the folks put in. I've had minor work from other shops in the past, but this was by far the best work I've seen.

Also extremely timely, car was ready for me earlier than when we discussed.

My front left bumper was open from left side, clip was slipped. Technician fixed in no time. Really good service. Thank you for your help!

WATCH OUT! This place is why Insurance rates are insane in Brampton.
A ‘no fault’ (written quoted) $2500bumper repair to my Jeep was then charged an INSANE: $7500 to my insurance and that does not do me any good for my trucks insurance history now I am trying to resell!
I guess since they having the insurance adjusters as friends or just paid off, helps them out.
Should be investigated

They did a good job fixing the dent on my brand new Sorrento & even fixed the reflector light at no extra charge

I've used them before, but this latest time was an awful experience.

I had to chase them for about a month to get my truck back.

Once back, there were still issues with the work.

I had to argue for them to actually finish the work.

I had asked for a specific tonneau cover and was promised multiple times I'd get it.

I went to pick it up and it was not the cover promised.

I was then promised again to drive with the current cover and they will order the one I was promised.

I chased them on the phone again and was told the company won't return the cover.

They then stopped answering my calls.

Thx for all the broken promises and shotty work.

Beware of Marco and all his promises, they will charge ur insurance full price and put on the cheapest parts they can find.

I came here after my collision last year in August and tried to pay for a repair out of pocket. The owner told me my transmission was broken and total repairs for my car was going to be $7,000+.

I repaired it at a different shop later, the transmission was fine ($4,000 - $5,000 repair according to the owner). Nice try.

I have to leave this for anyone else coming to try and pay cash here. They don't repair, they replace (even if it works), and then bill you as much as they can.

I had my B. M. W 328 i brought to Atlas on referral, after an accident in which I was hit with extensive front end damage. From the moment I walked in the shop Frank and Marco were incredibly helpful in explaining the whole process with insurance and such, as I have never been in this situation before. After a short period of time I received my car back absoulutely immaculate inside and out. Great service with Great guys at Atlas. I would recommend this shop to anyone, true gentlemen they are.

Windshield on my Camry needed replacement. Called the team at Atlas and Yolanda was extremely helpful. They also offered the best price after weeks of shopping around. They replaced the windshield within the hour and I was on my way. Will highly recommend them for all glass needs!

I spoke to my CEO and she approved the quick windshield fix on her 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Hatchback. She said people were nice there.

Friendliness is a bonus.

I was involved in an accident about 100 FT away from Atlas Auto Collision. Naturally it was the closest place to be towed to so that is where I went which turned out to be a blessing in disguise and I would have my car sent back there no matter what the distance if I am ever in another accident. Marco was there to advise me right after the accident and throughout the entire process. My insurance company tried to cut corners and even pay off Marco if he would cut corners as well which he refused. He is very knowledgeable of vehicles and the entire process and ensured me right from the beginning that he was working for me. Marco kept all his promises and was proven very trustworthy and courteous. I had a chance to speak with the mechanics as well and they were also very knowledgeable and courteous. I would strongly recommend Atlas Auto Collision. Thank you Marco and Thank you Atlas.
