Staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor was knowledgeable and patient. I am happy to have found this walk-in close to my house.

The worst clinic I have ever been. Very rude reception, no patience, not organized. Appointment at 12: 15pm but still waited more than one hour to see the doctor. What is the point of making appointment?

Appointment at 10. See doctor at 11.1 hour wait. Do not see doctor Hina btw. She promised recommend a specialist for me but ended up the clinic she referred said they don’t have such specialist. She had no idea what she is doing.

The receptionists here never answer the phone, it does not matter how many times you call or how long you wait.

This has to be the worst clinic of all time. They are hungry for money and don’t care about the patients at all. I had a report faxed over to them TWICE and they have no idea what happened with it both times despite multiple call backs to check. The place that faxed over the report to this clinic was even frustrated and said they will not send it to them anymore. On the 3rd call to this clinic they insisted booking an appointment despite not having the report handy. How would this help at all? You want an appointment booked but do not have the report that needs to be discussed. Why trust this place to help when they are careless and are just looking for opportunities to make money. Terrible experience.

Dr. Bahar is amazing Today me & my husband met them very first time. She is great listener. She quickly getting our point & explained everything very nicely. She take care of everything about us. I also want to say something about receptionist & Pharmacist. They are doing great. Staff is very polite & professional. They guide everything perfectly. I respect each & everyone of you

When my mom visited the clinic today, the receptionist took care of her quickly and efficiently, ensuring that she didn't have to wait long before being seen by the doctor. It was evident that the receptionist valued her time, and this was a significant relief for both of us.

They don't book appointments, they don't answer their phones and if you walk in they will deny you wort service clinic ever. Don't come here

If I could give this medical clinic a rating I would give them a zero star they do not handle emergencies very good. It takes them 2 3 days to call you back. You can't just go in like you could before when you have a emergency and then you don't even get to see your family Doctor some other doctor bad service from this clinic

This is very good neat and clean clinic. The staff have always been polite and prompt.i can only speak for my own experience.

Messy management, they don't even let you know when your appointment will be absolutely running behind the preset time. (Doctors are not going to call you on time. If they call you only 2 hours late, you're lucky because you will find some patients did not receive a phone call at all).

And they wouldn't pick up your phone call for sure (even though I left a voicemail and kept calling for two hours. Lol)

Pathetic Canadian health care system.

Dr Wang is the best family doctor I ever have, the reason I wrote this review is to let people know he is dedicated to his patient and he really care about us. I have phone consultations with him today but he recognized sth is not right with me so he asked me to come in to the clinic before closing as he feel in person might be more effective and he collected few swap samples from my throat and provide short term and long term solutions. Unfortunately he doesn’t accept any new patient since 5 years ago, but I still want people to know that it really take a lot effort to be a good doctor!

I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I originally went to this clinic to check if anything is wrong my with my finger due to an accident. I paid full consultation fee since I don’t have OHIP at the moment. Next step the doctor referred me to get X-ray done and I paid full amount for this as well. The next day, they called me tell me that they'll call me tomorrow to let me know the Xray results and they charged me another full consultation fee (90$) WITHOUT any warnings for a 2 minute phone call!
I recommend people to go to another clinic if you don’t have insurance coverage.

This clinic is unreal. Very professional staff. Very quick in and out. Pharmacy dispensing was also super quick. This is now my alpha prime clinic

The only walk in clinic I’ll go to! The staff are incredibly nice. I like how they have a digital booking system now where you can schedule a walk in appointment the day before!

I arrived and signed in on a tablet and didn’t have to wait. This is a huge upgrade since I didn’t have to wait over an hour to see a doctor anymore.

Very bad. I came with my son to this clinic for check why my son has a high temperature. The doctor said I can check your son by phone. This is not a doctor who diagnoses over the phone!

Should not say you are a walk in Clinic as it is not a walk in when a phone consultation is needed to determine if you need to come in to be seen by a doctor.

Dr Salamat is amazing. Great clean clinic but there's a big flaw Ive been going there for years and they have a problem with the answering the phone. Not once they've picked up. I always have to leave a voicemail and I get busy with life and my job and they call me and I miss it and then we have to repeat this cycle for a few days to be able to talk. This makes no sense to me. So much time is wasted to book an appointment.

The front desk lady is rude and inpatient during the call. Don’t have any patience to listen and answer. Definitely unhappy experience

Have been going to this clinic for a while now. Dr. Bahar is my family doctor and she is just so wonderful, knowledgeable and patient. So grateful to have her as my doctor! The pharmacy and admin staff are just as knowledgeable and kind. It is also very convenient to book appts online and the admin staff is always fast at replying emails. I have also seen the other doctors prior to being assigned to Dr. Bahar, and they are all amazing.

One of the best walk in clinics that I have ever been to!

The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Bahar Khojaste was very tentative and took time to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed (unlike other clinics that I've been to). I highly recommend Atlas Medical Clinic!

Dr Bahar is a amazing Doctor and pays great attention to her clients problems and provides solutions. Dr Bahar timings are accommodating according to people working schedule as she works late on certain days.

This is hands down the best clinic I've ever been to. I was able to get into the clinic the same day I called and was in and out of there with a prescription in probably 20 minutes. The doctor was super easy to talk to and went over and beyond with providing me help. The pharmacists were super friendly and compassionate. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I came here yesterday, they told me that it was fully booked, and they only accepted same day appointment. They asked me to called them at 10: 00am this morning. So this morning, I called them at 10: 00am and I tried three hours, but no one picked the call. So I drive 30minutes to the clinic and they tell me that they are fully booked for the whole Christmas! How could this happen?
Why you guys only accepted same day appointment but is fully booked for the future days? Also staff in the front desk is lazy, they refused to pick phones but they are not busy.
Never never come to this clinic.

I receive excellent care at this clinic. The doctors and the receptionists are always friendly and courteous. I see the staff working very hard to help all the patients even through this crazy pandemic. Keep up the good work Atlas!

Since moving to Ontario, I have tried multiple clinics to find a family Dr until I stumbled upon Atlas Medical Clinic and met to Dr. Bahar. She has now been my family Dr for about 2 years now. I have tried multiple Dr in the past, and all have kinda always just brushed off my concerns when I come in. They always just seem to be in a rush to get you out. Dr. Bahar has always been so kind, and outgoing. She always rules out all possibilities and sends you for tests and such when you come in with concerns. With Dr. Bahar, I feel like she cares and is passionate about her job. I highly recommend her to everyone. She now also looks after my husband and my newborn.

The plus with going to Atlas is that they also have a pharmacy there as well so you can grab your medication all in one stop. The plaza also have a lot of parking.

I had a great experience with this clinic - I saw Dr. Bahar Khojasteh and she was understanding, thorough in trying to diagnose my symptoms, and explained everything properly to me. Need to call a few times for them to pick up but the receptionist is friendly and efficient. I went to another clinic before for the same issues and the doctor there was impatient and didn't explain anything.

Great experience! Super nice staffs, no long line up. It’s my first time visiting this clinic, I just walked in, staff said there is no doctor available, after I explained the urgency, they let me see Dr George, he gave me stitches right away.

I found this clinic after feeling frustrated with dealing with my GP whose clinic name I won't mention. I'm so glad I found them. I mainly see Dr. Boutrous but if I can't wait, I see Dr. Wang or Dr. Bahar. They are all excellent.

I am not a patient, but I will say my opinion has been truly colored based on my interaction, or lack there of with the staff here today. I was sent over to deliver food, i arrived and stood in the middle of the waiting room with zero acknowledgment. There were two women at the front desk and one to my right in the pharmacy. I stood for atleast 3 minutes. There was no eye contact, no acknowledgment, nobody said "hi", nobody said "how can i help you". Nothing, as if i were a ghost. The app you use to order, allows you to track my progress and it sends you a notification advising you that I have arrived. So im confused why i had to stand there like i dont exist. And then when one of the girls finally decides to look up, they confused my food delivery bag for someone dropping off i presume medical samples and began to ask me questions that is not about your lunch order. The only thought I had was, " these people work in a doctors office" Any service, anyone coming in and or out of your business, whether for a purchase at your pharmacy, for an appointment with the doctor, a service like food delivery or janitorial, or any repair like plumbing, or electrical, it should not matter what class of person walks in, everyone deserves to be greeted. I can appreciate the services you provide and the good you do for the patients, and understandably the state of this province is deep in peril, and everyone is busy, but so is everyone else, were all stressed, we all have anxiety, we are all hard working people, so please dont ignore people.its not nice!

I was scheduled to meet Dr. Bahar at the clinic yesterday and did not had to wait at all. Everything was well managed and staff was very polite. Dr. Bahar is very kind and polite and listens to your problems patiently. Would highly recommend this place.

Dr. Sean Wang is very responsbile, professional and caring, best family doctors I met in the past 25 years. I cannot thank him enough for taking care my family memebers, particularly my father who has multiple diseases. His staff are friendly. Also the phymarcy is convenient. The pharmacists are very professional and reliable. Thank you!

Dr. Bahar Khojasteh is a great Dr she asks the right questions and is extremely thorough in her assessments. The Receptionists are extremely polite and very friendly.

This isn’t a walk-in clinic - it’s a family doctors office that also takes walk-ins. That’s a major difference and it shows.

At the time of writing this is a new office/facility with a small pharmacy counter built-in. The facilities are clean and well maintained and I hope as the building ages they keep it up.

But the most important part is the doctors and the physicians who staff this clinic are fantastic. Open and direct communication; taking the time to listen and diagnose and (in my case) a proven effort to set up specialist referrals and follow up with patient care.

If you can’t get to your own doctor, come here.
If you live in the neighbourhood and don’t have a primary care physician, check them out.

Wait times are good; even when it gets busy the staff move through patients efficiently.

Negatives: the clinic doesn’t have the longest hours and the actual waiting room is small so during flu season etc. I can see there being issues with people piling up. Still, not enough to take a star.

Also, get your prescriptions filled here rather than at shoppers - besides the helpful (and cute!) pharmacy team themselves, they have a deal worked out with the McDonald’s next door for a free coffee while you wait for your medicine! What’s not to like.

Tl;dr: I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to this clinic when I need to see someone ASAP.

Garbage clinic. Wanted to get an appointment with cardiologist. They told me to wait for two weeks. Even after 3 weeks nobody called me. When I called them back, they said we will give you a call.

Dr Botrous is my primary physician. I've been with him for a couple of years now I believe, and have always had an amazing service by him and this clinic. Keep up the great work and service!

The clinic phone number always forward to Voice mail.today is July 9 2020, it's heat warning. I just could walk in because i couldn't make appointment through the phone.the receptionist asked me wait in my car. I felt sick and waited in my car half hour.the outdoor temperature was 41C.

My experience with Atlas clinic was very positive. From the secretary to the doctor, I have no concerns, only compliments. Doctor Sean was very attentive, polite and helpful. Excellent service!

Dr. Bahar was my family doctor and I absolutely love her. I dont know much about the other doctors though.

Amazing services from both front desk and doctors. Transfer of medical info was smooth and fast. Phone calls about medical records were immediate! Never had such good walk-in clinic before! Thank you so much!

Dr. Botrous and Dr. Wang are both excellent doctors. The receptionists are friendly and the Pharmacist is superb and conveniently located inside the facility. The comped coffee while you're waiting for a prescription is a nice touch.

NOTE: the front desk was short staffed so it has been difficult to get through. I had left voice mail and it took 24 hours for someone to call back so patience is required given the current environment.

Going to Atlas was a lifesaver! I went for shots before a travel trip and the pharmacist had the medication prepped and ready once I got there. The doctor was very friendly and helpful as well and answered my concerns. I was very concerned that I was cutting it close before my travels and they wouldn’t be able to take me in. But it was such an easy process calling them beforehand and setting up a time to come in. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for the total patient experience!

Very much unlike any other clinic that you typically go to, this clinic has a warm interior design, friendly staff, good service and not too busy!

I called and they said no wait and when I arrived after 5 minutes, 5 people were ahead. Could be 4 but they let in a guy after me. Don't know how that works

This clinic is very professional and efficient. The front desk was excellent and informative. Dr. Bahar is fantastic. She hears out all the symptoms and explains and assures all after effects of the issue. Fantastic doctor!

Not super long wait times. I walked in looking for a female doctor and got Dr Ngo. Very nice. Receptionists were also super kind.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the Atlas Medical clinic. The front staff is always cordial and the physicians and pharmacists are extremely professional and personable. Not to mention that the facility is bright, spacious and clean! I have never waited for more than a couple of minutes for scheduled appointments and even when I don't have an appointment, the staff is very gracious about accommodating me. I don't live in the area, but don't mind the 30 minute drive to the Atlas Medical Clinic as I know I will have a smooth experience and a free coffee for my ride back home.:)

Highly recommend coming to this pharmacy and clinic! The staff are very friend and wait times are very short. Although I live far from their location, my preference is always to go to them for a doctor visit or prescription.

I have seen different doctors here over several visits now and while the wait time is relatively reasonable, the trade-off is that the doctors only plan on seeing you for 5 minutes at maximum, so if you have several conditions that require attention, they will likely ask you to come back another time for issues that don't seem as urgent.

This clinic/pharmacy went way above and beyond my expectations! The aesthetic is so warm and inviting, which helps when you're sick and waiting for a doctor, instead of most cold and dreary clinics.

The wait times are next to nothing, as the clinic is well staffed, with an excellent reception staff to guide you on your way. All of the doctor's I have dealt with are top-notch and have an ability to diagnose quickly and with a certain level of empathy!

Finally, the pharmacy itself - just beyond belief! The head pharmacist is the most humble medical professional I have ever interacted with - she is super efficient and very friendly - never allowing any situation to get her flustered - I recommend this clinic and pharmacy to everyone in the Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham and Stouffville areas!

I've been going to the same walk-in clinic for almost all my life and was hesitate to try another location. But, I was working around the area and needed to seek medical attention for a bad cough. A Co-Worker suggested this place to me and I was incredibly satisfied with the cleanliness, environment and amazing customer service from all the staff. Thank you so much - I would highly recommend this walk-in clinic to anyone who works around the area.

I am having bad experience on Wednesdays going to this clinic. Receptionist, who is there on Wednesdays denies to accept me when ever I get there with random reasons. Another time I called before I go there & receptionist said they will only accept till 7pm so we get there by there by 6: 55pm & she couldn’t tell any reason not take me in. On the same day while I wait, noticed receptionist taking patients till 7: 35pm while other patients are waiting. When ever we go before 7: 30pm she always tell oh we are full blah blah some random reason not to take us in. Next week we called & ask (Wednesday), receptionist said we accept till 7: 30pm. We arrived 7: 20pm receptionist said sorry we can’t accept as we are full. I then indicated that we called & you indicated will take patients till 7: 30pm. We went there from far, why there is no consistency? Why can’t you keep a specific time on when last patient accepted? We even called the doctor office prior to going there to ensure we will be accepted when we get there. Always the same receptionist doing this on Wednesdays. We go there other days & we don’t experience same way as Wednesdays. This is terrible experience feel like discrimination & favouritism on who to accept. How can you operate a doctor place without consistency on when the last patient accepted?

I just visited this clinic for the first time and it is by far the best experience I have had with a walk in clinic in Canada. The staff were fantastic, the doctors were willing to spend some extra time discussing any medical issues and the process of using the on-site pharmacy made my visit entirely seamless. Will be going to this clinic exclusively in the future.

The main reason I keep coming back to this clinic is because of the excellent service I receive at the pharmacy. Sonam, in particular, is astoundingly consistent in being efficient and friendly. Whenever I had questions, Sonam would provide me with an answer that left me feeling at ease. Free McDonald's coffee is an extra bonus!
