Purchased Item shipped flawlessly & ahead of the estimated delivery time. The company that Atlas uses for shipping is awesome because updates were provided seamlessly via Email & Text messages.
I had a few issues with the item I purchased & could fix 1 issue but not the 2nd one. Atlas helped me & sent me a replacement part that I could use to fix the 2nd issue.

Placed my order for a Pack out. Had it shipped to my shop. Closed Mondays and I forgot to mention that in the order. Jay Called me upon arrival and I was able to have him drop it at the business beside. He Called me Back after the delivery to confirm. Fantastic Customer service. Will be buying more from them.

Great selection of tools with competitive prices.
However, be cautious when ordering online from them. I want to return my side pouch that a standard size tape won't fit in, they emailed me back saying there is a $10 restocking fee for returns, and items require to be untouched with tags still attached. Next time I will order from Home Depot. They'll price match, and accept returns with no issues.

Bad experience. Bought a dewalt 20v caulking gun (DCE580b) and it worked for about 1 minute then wouldn’t recognize a battery. Exchanged in store and the lady wouldn’t give me the tip nozzle or o-Rings that come with it. Not realizing that there is no oring in it when I got back to stoney creek I had to go and buy one at another store to make it functional. She also told me I’m able to buy nozzle tips after spending $279.00+tax on a brand new gun that’s supposed to come with it. Which I did because I had no other choice. All in all used to love this store and spent thousands here but that was my last time there. Won’t be going back because of the two grumpy ladies behind customer service desk

Great after sales service. The box on my item ordered was damaged during shipping. The folks in customer service were very quick to respond. They opened a case and had a solution in a matter of days. Great service and knowing that if you have an issue, it will be dealt with, is why I have been dealing with Atlas for 20+ years. Thanks again!

Atlas is one of principal reasons I can never leave Toronto. I have bought 80% of my tools there since 1991.

As a business it constantly improves.

Placed an online order because the "sale" was online only. It took over a week to ship. At that point, I no longer needed the item, so I called to cancel it. It was with the shipping company in a warehouse in Etobicoke when I called to cancel. Whomever I spoke to on the phone made no notes on my file. 27 days later, I look at my credit card statement, and still no refund? So I call in and they were surprised I never received the order. They looked at the tracking and sure enough, it stayed at that warehouse for 2 weeks. They finally received the return (took 3-4 weeks more or less for a package to go from Etobicoke to Etobicoke), but now I have to wait another week and a half for them to "process it". I mean, it's there, just give me a refund already!

Good prices and service for shipping across the country to BC. Very good at making sure factory promotions are clearly visible when making purchases.

This place is amazing! A ridiculous stock selection with outstanding customer service to go with it! Let's not forget the amazing sales they have going on too! This place seems too good to be true but it isn't and I love it!

Bought a set of knipex pliers online. Was overall pretty painless experience. Tools arrived as described and was the lowest price I could find so all in all very happy.

Only improvement I could see is that it takes them multiple days (4 in my case) to process and ship the order. If they were able to ship next day it would improve the experience. Overall I would recommend

When my husband and I are in Toronto we love shopping in store at Atlas, but when we can't make it to the city shopping online is slick! Recently I ordered a Diamondback toolbelt, shipping was quick and customer service was amazing!

Great selection of tools, accessories, replacement parts and so much more than you could imagine a store could would fit for so many different useful products. If your going, plan at least a few hours. You'll need it to look at all the cool things. Any staff will be able to help or at least bring you to someone who can if you have any questions
