Hello everyone. I don't write reviews however this is enough now. Happening with me and my other colleagues every time. Don't know if the higher authority at this location knows what's happening here. Wasting 5-6 hours every visit when I reached the scheduled appointment time.
No improvements at all.
This time I reached at 4: 30pm half an hour before the scheduled appointment on friday. Checked in. An employee at the checking/shipping station asked me to park and wait for the shipper. The shipper arrived at 5: 45pm and told me to enter gate 31. He had no etiquette, sounded like if someone is forcing him to work. Took 45 mins just to load 25% load. Asked me to move forward to the next warehouse inside the same gate and then he left at 6: 30pm without saying anything. There wasn't anyone for half an hour. At 7pm a new shipper arrived. Got to know that shift got changed at 7pm.
So overall I waited an hour and half for someone to take me for the loading. Took more than 3 hours to load and then tarp and paperworks.
Overall more than 6 hours. Very common here.
So unprofessional.
Overall ratings of this location is 2.8 stars on Google. Definitely indicates that something is happening wrong in process.
I don't expect anyone to speak nicely however please respect the time. We are human too.

Strict with appointment timings, inbetween wait is bit long but loading is fast. Security guys seems fedup from job. Loaders are helpful. Minimum 3-5hrs here. Overnight parking available.

Guess this place hasn't changed in 25 years we called it the camp ground get out the barbecue and beers you'll be there a while.

Staff really nice and polite. Loading time is little long but ok if we compare with other steel distributors. Need attention for tarping bays because to much muddy. Thnx

Truck entrance through gate no. 4, overnight parking by gate no. 1, quick to load/unload, full PPE required hard hat/steel toe/safety glasses/ hi vis.oh and they have scale, they will weigh you out.

One of the worst place I have ever been. My appointment was at 13: 00. It took 20 minutes to get in the place. I parked in front of the office at 13: 30. They said I was late. It took 5 hours to load. There was an issue regarding one bundles. It took 4 hours to remove it. Finally I left the place at 22: 30. Wasted 9 hours.

Long detention time for drivers. Loadings of 5 hours and more. Disorganized plant. Nothing has changed over the years.

Its the worst place to get loaded.people are super cool. But it takes for ever to get a truck loaded
