Great job done by AtlasCare team, specially Kavi Dayal. He came on time and took his time to see the problem and recommended right solution. Whole process was pretty smooth and professional!

I had a great experience with AtlasCare. Samuel came into our house and spotted a carbon monoxide leak and was able to turn off the furnace before there was any risk to us indoors. He was quick and efficient, respectful, and wa sable to derive us on a Friday night before the long weekend. Highly recommend.

We had a Lennox furnace installed by Atlas last week. Their service from the initial call to the final installation was excellent. Abdel was very knowledgeable and recommended the right furnace and humidifier for our home. He explained the different kinds of furnace available and how they worked. Good reliable care of my furnace and air conditioning systems. New AC installed in March worked perfectly this summer. Service personnel polite, and give honest accurate opinions on condition of "elderly furnace". Excellent company. I would suggest outfitting trucks with snow tires. The truck's tires spun in our unplowed street in North Toronto yesterday! Given that the next delivery truck hit four parked cars, Atlas would be protecting itself.

Marcus Hans the technician was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem right away and offered solitons. He is awesome. A few years ago he was doing another job for us and he went out of his way to get it done.

Technicians was very courteous and friendly. They explained the procedures and warned us any prolong noise interferences and how long this would last.
Was overall a very pleasant experience.

UPDATE: Spoke to Kevin who was very professional and was able to help clear and clarify the miscommunication received. Deleting my previous review as my concern was handled right away and resolved. Thank you for your service.

Jeff Maund [sales] gets a 1 out of 10. He was supposed to send me a copy of the offer details and never did. I emailed him twice and later called him. He did not reply to either.

Marlene Grignano [customer service] on the other hand, did an exemplary job resolving all concerns I had. 10 0ut of 10 for Marlene Grignano.

The 2 furnace installers did a good job and as far as I have ascertained to this point, They were polite and very helpful. 10 out of 10 for these two gents.

Furnace wasn’t working. Called Atlas on a Sunday morning. They said someone could come out between 10-2. Knock in the door at 9: 55! Was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a defective thermostat. Tech was pleasant, professional and thorough.

They came in to do a free plumbing inspection which is included with our membership! Very professional, friendly and on time!
Would definitely recommend them. They also came in earlier this year to replace our plumbing stack. Very satisfied with their work!

We have used Atlascare in past and had been happy with their service, but will never use this company again. We were charged over $500.00 for a 10 minute service call. I called about this they said they wouldn't discuss their billing and made no apologies. I can't recommend using Atlascare. Look elsewhere. Maybe it's the change from being a family owned business to a corporate one.

The furnace technician who came to perform the annual maintenance was Kyle. He was on time, very polite, and very efficient. He had been at our house previously to check our a/c, and we were equally pleased with the level of service he provided.

The service provided was water main repair. The technician was very knowledgeable, he explained what had to be done and why. He was professional and followed through on the promises made to me. He arrived early, he showed me the repairs when finished. The quote given was honoured. The people I spoke with on the phone or in person were very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

AtlasCare is a great company for your HVAC needs. The technicians that do come are always helpful, friendly and professional. Their customer service line is always answered and email responses are pretty prompt.

I found Atlas staff to be down to earth, informative, friendly, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Atlas Care left us hanging. We booked an AC repair with the representative Chris who was nice but not knowledgeable enough to tell us that Atlas Care does not service the area of Binbrook (10 min from Hamilton). A Technician by the name of Gerry spoke to us an confirmed that he'd come in the morning. We waited and left a voice mail for him to see if he was still coming, but did not hear back from him. We contacted the company back and the service was not scheduled any more because the Technician had sent an email internally advising that he would not come to Binbrook and he is not even working today and was not planning to let us know that he was not coming any more. Atlas Care left us hanging, the temperature will feel like 40 degrees and my 78 yr old father and our pet will have to suffer because of thoughtless people like you. IT IS NOT OK to treat customers like that. I have left a message for Alex the Manager but would not surprise if she does not call back. Very disappointing!

Mansell arrived super quickly to help us out. We could’ve have asked for a better guy to come out so late at night. He was super friendly and got the job done quickly. We cannot thank him enough and will definitely be recommending to others. Thanks again!

The existing small drain for the AC was plugged. Mansell installed a new floor drain for the AC to drain into. Good quality work. Very neat and tidy during and after the work.

Jordan Butts was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to fixing our AC. He was very personable and a delight to have in our home. We hope to have Jordan back in the future.

My new AC unit developed a buzzing sound on startup which was quite loud and annoying. Kyle came on site and quickly diagnosed and replaced the defective part. From the time I called to request a service technician to come onsite to having my unit fixed was just 2 hours. Outstanding customer service. Thx

Rick the service technician was excellent and very helpful. Spent the time necessary to ensure our heating and air conditioning systems were working properly.

We have used Atlas for our HVAC system for a few years now and do feel it is in good hands. Recently we had our AC unit go down, and the diagnosis was that the unit was broken. The two installers (Jake and Paul) showed up on the hottest day of the year, spending over 6 hours installing, and were professional, clean and communicative. Frustratingly, the brand new AC unit would not work because it turned out the issue was a broken fan in the furnace itself, and our old unit was actually fine. What a bummer! This caused a lot of stress, as we actually did not need the new unit at all. Another tech, Jamie, came back with Paul and Jake and spent more time checking every nook of our HVAC (even missing the France game, sorry Paul!). Everyone I spoke to at Atlas were kind and courteous and actually listened, which was very much welcome. Eventually manager Nemo and I spoke and he was able to honour our request, which was to pay for the broken fan itself and not the AC unit, as he agreed it was not necessary. He was polite, friendly and willing to hear me out. How often does a company do this? My spouse and I are beyond impressed, and realize mistakes happen and equipment can do the darndest things. We will continue to work with this company and recommend them to others. Thank you Atlas! Our house is no longer over 30 degrees in this heatwave, hooray!

The team who installed both the air con and furnace were excellent. Explained stuff, did a good job, tested system, cleaned up and were good to the dog. All good.

My parents have used Atlas for all their HVAC needs for over 30 years. Simply put, they provide excellent service. Last week, we had them in to quote on adding a HEPA filter to their system, because of some health challenges my Mom is having. Our technician Nasir was fantastic. He even offered to do it the same day! (Which wasn't necessary) As always, they were on time, respectful, cleaned up the work area, and took care of all the little details.

I had highly rated Atlas Care from a previous semiannual maintenance visit, but wanted to edit this review to rate our most recent maintenance visit technician Sean Fagen. An excellent representative of the company, job well done - I hope he returns here for future maintenance appts.

I’d recommend AltasCare to everyone! Every visit have been a pleasant experiences with professional recommendations and expertise. We scheduled an AC tune-up with Del as lead and Steve observing in the background. Thank you Del for the professional HVAC and AC inspection and installing a flow switch for the AC unit. Sean Fagen from AtlasCare came to my home and helped me tune the blower for my air conditioner. It had been installed incorrectly and was super noisy and not cooling the air in my home as much as it should. Sean quickly identified the issue and changed the fan speed setting. The difference was like night and day. The fan was no longer as loud and disruptive. It cooled the air more effectively. Sean was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions professionally and with enough technical detail to help me understand his recommendations. If I have any more issues with my HVAC then I would be happy to work with Sean again.

Nasir was extremely polite, informative, and very personable. He was a pleasure to have in our home and am hoping he will return to do the servicing.

Our tech guy Kyle was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier and more professional guy. Would highly recommend his services!

My experience with the ATLAS technician, Del, was excellent. I requested ATLAS Care’s services to diagnose an AC/cooling issue. The technician who came to run diagnostics was friendly, professional, meticulous, and educational too - I really appreciated him explaining what he was doing, and why he was doing it. I would very much recommend Del, and ATLAS for the quality of their service staff.

Had a new tankless system that was not producing hot water as it should. Technician located a switch that was not turned on during installation. Hot water tank problem solved! Fantastic service from the attending service technician! Thank you Del, you solved my problem quickly, hope you will continue to be my service technician

James from AtlasCare installed a new outdoor tap at our house. It was a difficult process due to the prior tap being incorrectly installed. James put in extra effort and time for correctly install a new tap for us!

Jerry is thorough, knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. He had taken extra time to ensure work is done and done right when installing our humidifier and did a thorough analysis of our thermostat when we had concerns. Would highly recommend Atlascare just because of our experience with him.

The technician, Gurmeet is excellent. He has served our furnace and air conditioner for many years. Too bad I could not say the same about Customer Service- not following up, not ordering the right parts and not listening when I asked them to minimize visits, especially furong the pandemic! Worst of all, the Customer Service Supervisor did not call back as promised. I have been a customer for many years and it has never been this bad. Most disappointing.

Alexander did an amazing job and was so knowledgeable and efficient! He was very friendly and professional. Our A/C was leaking and he saved the day!

The technician was very courteous and business-like. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and the repair was also made quickly, once parts were obtained.

The level of service preformed by the technician Marcus, was amazing. Marcus was informative, answered all my questions, provide me tips to help avoid the plumbing issue in my home. He didn’t rush the work he was doing he took the time to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it. I required service “after hours” within minutes I received a phone call from Marcus (tech) that he would be right over! Again amazed! Thank you so much. I will be recommending Bosco Home services to my friends and family!

Lyndan arrived on time, was polite and considerate of my home. He kept me informed and was clear and did not use language that I would find too technical. He did a great job and I highly recommend this company if he is an example of their staff. Ten out of ten experience. Also liked the updates sent to my e mail of his travel progress.

Micky mouse service. What worked before (ductless heating & cooling sysytem) doesn't work any longer. 7 hours have been spent on a basic maintance call and we have no resolution. A big FAIL! You broke it's yours. Replace or govern yourself accordingly.

Sean and Nick installed a new thermostat at our house. They were polite, professional and efficient. They took time to explain and answer all my questions. They did not leave until we practiced all the settings on the ap, as well as, on the thermostat. They did a five star service call!

My husband and I were recommended to use AtlasCare for our furnace maintenance and installation of a humidifier by my father who is a contractor who only deals with companies that provide the best and most honest service. Our technician, Anthony, was professional, thorough and explained everything to my husband and answered the many questions that he had with a smile on his face.
