We recently purchased a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson hybrid from this dealer. We had an amazing experience with the Salesman Indervir. He provided thorough guidance/support through out the process, explained all the features and showed us how to use them. He even made follow-up calls after the delivery of the vehicle to address any issues or concerns we have with the vehicle. I am not satisfied the way they deal with customer. They should stick with their promises. Very poor client service! Sales consultant Ajeet Saini was great but the Finance manager, Gaurav Lamb was horrible- had not only one but three poor encounters. Tried to lie to upsell additional insurance through Hyundai and became defensive and condescending when he was in question. If it were up to me I would have never purchased from this location! Sensitivity training needs to be provided.

We recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe through Attrell Hyundai in Brampton. Our sales associate Alex Monsalud was wonderful! He was so welcoming and down-to-earth. Alex is very knowledgeable as he was able to answer all of the questions we had. He even managed to get us the best deal on the vehicle with all the bells and whistles we wanted! Due to the shortage of the 2021 models, we were worried Alex wouldn't be able to find us one in the color choice we selected, but within a couple of weeks, Alex came through for us and we couldn't be happier! Overall we had a very good experience when purchasing our vehicle. Our salesperson Aman was fantastic. We did have an issue though when we were sold gap insurance when the option was not something that we needed at all. It was implied that we were purchasing an extended warranty by a member of the finance department and almost ended up paying for something that was not at all what we thought it was. The team worked with us and removed the insurance though, and now we are happy campers! Most everyone at Attrell whom we dealt with was very professional and helpful.

Very bad experience from this dealership and still regretting my decision to buy from this dealership.

I was first time buyer at that time i didnt know much about buying a car and all other stuff. I bought brand new 2015 santa fe from attrell in Christmas. I realise my mistake after 2 years when one of my friend bought same car from other dealer. I paid 7000$ more then he did and when i bought this car at that time base price was 27999 and when my friend bought the car at that time base price was 28999 still i ended with paying 7000$ more and didnt get anything extra since my friend got free winter tires, push button start and keyless entry upgrade and 0% financing.

Here is the full story about what happened which i realise after 2 years. First thing is when i bought the car i was never been informed by sales person or store manager that i am getting charge 3.47% finance rate. Very bad and dishonest sales person and store manager. At that time they launched new model so promotional rate was1.99% for financing. I went to see store manager and i told him that i want only this much monthly payment and he did set that amount but didnt inform me that if he would do that the i have to pay 3.47% interest on financing. If him or finance manager would at that time with honesty then i would rather pay 10 to 20$ more on monthly payment to get finance for 1.99%. But no body inform me at that time and i was buying first time so i didnt knwo what are the details to check on the paper.

When my friend bought the same car and same model then i realise that something is wrong and i went back to all papers and i did search online and i found out that i paid 7000$ more then my friend for same car.

In total with financing on based price of 27999 i ended with paying 42000$ car loan. Yes it is true do you believe it! For basic model so i didnt get any push button start, no keyless entry, no navigation, no big screen, no blind spot detection, no rear view camera, no sunroof, no leather seats, no winter tires even it was on promotio at that time (i asked store manager about wimter tires at that time and he said you cant get everything) - so basically i didnt get anything and ended with paying 42000$ car loan for just basic model. Do you guys really believe it! This is unbelievable and even they didnt ask me that i want to get installed number plate frame or not they just did it and substrate amount from my 500$ advance deposit which i paid for booking.

Also i noticed that sales person was in a hurry to take a signs on the paper and after siging the paper i realise that Kilometers on car was not Zero.but in the paper it was showing 0 and i did intial beside that so be careful with that too because if you will return the car in 1 to 2 weeks then you will ended with paying certain cents per kilometers for returning the car and will pay more money for which you never drive.mine was 302KMs driven when i got it but i signed in paper for 0.nobody inform me about that

Another thing is their service department is no good too. They also charge you lots of money for unnecessary things and even they dont ask you before to do it. I went only first time for oil change at 6000km and then after i found my own local mechanic to do it because what happened is on second oil change i got a email reminder for service then i called to book appointment and ask for charges so they told me so many things to do it like you have to do this and that also change break pad or padel something like that so i told them are you kidding me.i bought brand new car and you are saying to change this and that.

I didnt go their and start going to my local mechanics where i get charged less for oil change also best service and main thing is honnest advice.

So i will not recommend this dealership to anyone becuase they are not giving honnest opinion and advice to customers. Please visit other dealership in the same city or go to another city dealership where you can find best customer service and honnest sales staff and store manager

One of the worst experience we had over there. The sales Rep Mr Nelson will talk everything with you but not about car. They are not clear with the customers regarding anything about the car/ policies. They can change their words anytime after you take time to decide. We definitely had to walk out from there and would not recommend anyone in my circle.

Be very careful here. I have strong reasons to believe that this dealership is crooked.

On november 20th, 2018, I went in for a routine oil change and to get my winter tires install, ended up being charged ~ $1600 for a bunch of non essential services they claimed were safety related. To make matters worse, they returned the vehicle to me without tackling the 2 recall notices currently out on Hyundai Sonata vehicles - seat belt Recall 71CA10 (R0128) and air bag Recall 61C023.

Update: Nov 22nd 2018 - I am now 100% convinced Manny in the service department lied to me. He claimed my steering made a noise whilst reparking it during drop it off on Tuesday November 20th and that it was a major safety issue. This accounted for $800 in the total $1600 paid. As of today, the steering is still making the same noise. This has definitely soiled my impression of Attrell Hyundai Dealership in Brampton and I won’t be surprised if such an approach to business/service leads to their downfall.

Very bad experience! It took them over an hour to provide shuttle service.

Bought a car 3 years old and it’s been more than 2 months since the issue was reported and finally got the appointment.

My order was “accidentally” closed when it was first opened at 92KMs and there was no apology. Also went in for an appointment which was then told that I don’t have any appointment which they don’t seem to understand as people take time off from work to show up for appointments.

No sense of customer service from this dealer. No sense of urgency from the people that work here from the reception ladies to mechanics.

Now I will be paying extra amount for rental car to cover for a week to two weeks time. All at my own cost.

AFTER PURCHASING 3 CARS IN 10 YEARS AT ATTRELL, I WILL NOT BE CONDUCTING ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. MY SANTA FE RECENTLY HAD TO HAVE THE ENGINE REPLACED-DUE TO THE "METAL DEBRIS/SHAVINGS FROM A BLOCKED CONNECTING ROD OIL PASSAGE TO THE MAIN BEARING" RECALL AND WAS LEFT WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS-WHICH CAUSED ME GREAT INCONVENIENCE! THEY FINALLY GAVE ME A RENTAL WHEN THE NEW ENGINE ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP, AS THEY WERE ONLY AUTHORIZED FROM HYUNDAI CANADA FOR 5 DAYS OF RENTAL VEHICLE! THEN, AFTER PICKING UP MY SANTA FE, I FOUND A COOLANT LEAK-WHICH WAS REPAIRED, BUT THEN DRIVING HOME FOUND THE A/C WASN'T WORKING. SERVICE ADVISOR WOULDN'T ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS ISSUE, SAYING THEY HAD TO INVESTIGATE AND I MIGHT BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF REPAIR. I TOLD HIM I WOULD NOT BE PAYING A DIME SINCE THEY JUST PERFORMED A MAJOR REPAIR AND THEY MUST HAVE TAMPARED WITH THE A/C SYSTEM DURING THE ENGINE REPLACEMENT. AFTER SPEAKING TO HYUNDAI CANADA, THE SERVICE ADVISOR CALLED BACK TO SAY THAT NOW; MIRACULOUSLY, THEY COULD LOOK AT IT RIGHT AWAY AND THEY NOW THEY HAD A LOANER FOR ME. SPOKE WITH THE MECHANIC AND HE SAID THEY FORGOT TO FILL THE A/C SYSTEM WITH R-134A FREON AND THAT THE A/C LINES WERE REMOVED DURING THE ENGINE REPLACEMENT PROCESS. THE MECHANIC FIXED THE A/C SYSTEM BUT THE SERVICE ADVISOR NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE WAY HE TREATED ME, EVENTHOUGH THEY WERE COMPLETELY IN THE WRONG. WAS NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING IN THE WAY OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS WHOLE DEBACLE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ATTRELL! THEY WILL NOT TREAT YOU AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER, NOR AS ANY CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED.

History: I have been a Hyundai customer and had service with your dealership since I purchased my first vehicle in 2010.
I have purchased three vehicles in that time, two with Attrell, one with Team Hyundai, all three serviced at your dealership.

In this eight year period, the level of service has declined since the departure of certain individuals.
I can now say that the level has gotten to an all-time low.

Recent experience:
On Saturday July 7th, I came in for service and mentioned that I had been having a problem with my rear driver’s side door, in that that when I engage the key fob, the door lock would not engage or disengage. The service team investigated and indicated that part had to be ordered.
I was told that once the part arrived, I would be notified of same, so that an appointment could be made to service.

I had not heard anything from Attrell for weeks so finally followed up on August 15th. I was told that the part was on back order. This after I was asked when I ordered the part.
I explained that I had nothing to do with this order, and that it was service who was coordinating on my behalf. This indicted to me that there was a lack of communication between the teams, also, why could I have not been notified of the back order? Not even an email? {Customer Service}.
I received a call on August 22nd indicated that the part came in
Ok great, now what, as the individual had no clue about what this was about?
I asked to be transferred to service. In explaining my situation to the service assistant manager. I was told that:
• there are many customers, a lot of volume
• parts are supposed to notify service, and that’s the only way they can call customers
• the system was not working properly…etc, etc.
Not much empathy to be honest, more of excuses was my perception.
Appointment arranged for Sept 8th to resolve.

After being told that this would be a 2-3 hour job, I arrived for my appointment only to be told that its a full day job and I should have been told this. Had to arrange a new appointment.
Issue fixed on September 18th. FINALLY.

Poor customer service, poor inter department communication, poor experience overall. Definitely taking my business elsewhere

Service issue- dropped off saying must have car by end of day. Please park off lot with key in glove box. Tried to pay said wait till done not sure the cost they will call. I was at a concert never got a call.no voice message. Went by around 11 pm car is locked on lot. Call at 9am next morning already gonna be 2+ hours late for work. Reception says service agent not in till 10: 30 am. Very upset ask for manager and his response is I can have the bill ready when u get here no apology. Get my car by 10 am and late for work by 3.5 hours.brutal.

My Hyundai Elantra 2013 started making weird engine noise. I took it to them and they took my car in for repairs after a month. Now it’s been more than 2 months and it is still not fixed. I called them today and they said they can’t do anything about it as, the required parts are being manufactured in Korea and i’ll not get my car back until December. What a JOKE.

Although, they provided another car but, I need my car back desperately so, I can drive it without any stress that I am driving someone else’s car.

I’ll never go to this place again to buy any vehicle.

Good bye Attrell Hyundai.

I have been coming to this place since last seven years, and my last experience is the worst I ever had anywhere in the world. The only time my wife took her car, instead of me taking it, for a simple oil change, they sold her other services which were neither needed nor advised in the manufacturer maintenance schedule, shady. Total cost at $614.for a Hundai santa Fe oil change.sneaky place.they pry on women it appears. I called and left voicr message with "service manager" to give them a chance to explain but received no call back. I guess they know what they did therefore didn't bother explaining.for few hundred $ they cheated on and pocketed, they lost a 7 yr client forever. My advise is to take your vehicle somewhere else for service and save your $ and stay away from experience (s) such as mine. What a shame.

Going to Attrell Hyundai is really great for me. The customer service I get is always amazing, warm, and friendly. I'm not that knowledgeable about vehicles but the people there always walk me through the process step by step ensuring I understand what is happening. That is something I really, truly am grateful for! Apryl, Farrah, Faryl, Alefiya and especially Melanie make me feel so welcomed and take such good care of me which is why I never go anywhere else. I will always come back. Today my battery died completely just gave out on me and my car was in and out within 3 hours the fact that they made me a priority was honestly the best feeling in the world. Thanks for all you do guys Tia:)

Aarman ane Raheel took good care of me I was referred by a friend who has referred a lot of people to Aarman and Raheel. Raheel took Excellent care of me getting my Approval done! If you have no credit, bad Credit or new credit go see Raheel. Aarman customer service was super from paperwork to showing all the features of my Sonata Limited!

Keep it up guys I will send more people your way!

9 days, $3000 later.my car is still not fixed. I want answers! More details to follow.but I need people to know that his is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I wasn't able to post without selecting at least 1 star.not by choice! Stay tuned.

No Ratings Phatetic service. Kept me waiting for 3 hrs and my car wasn't attended. When ask they checked for 2 mins and said that they don't carry parts they have to order it.

Had given my cousin's Hyundai sonata for servicing and had asked them to replace the speaker and check the driver's seat side air flow. The car was parked in the same spot where we left 3 days back. None of the things were done. When asked, they gave vague answer. Pathetic service. Will never buy Hyundai. Never. Ever.

I was referred by freinds to buy a new car from Attrell Hyundai. Lots of my friends have got financing approved from here. But I had a very bad experience with Finace manager Raheel and sales person aarman. While taking to these people prices I was told for approval I need to buy secure loan as I am 9 sin.
And $500 cash for approval. I was so disappointed and I bought Toyota Camry from Mississauga. Had no problems. Never going to suggest new comers to buy from them.

I had an amazing experience at Attrell hyundia while buying my new Sonata.
Gaurav the finance manager was very knowledgeable and handled my case very nicely making sure there are no repetitive paper work to be done.
Nelson assisted me in explaining the various options i could opt for suiting my needs and assisted me in a smooth buying experience from start to end.
