It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this dealership. There are 2 individuals in particular who i would like to mention because they treated me not only fairly but went above and beyond to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. Not Vicky, followed up with us after and took care of our request asap. Facing worst service ever. I booked my Toyota Rav 4 XLE in November 2022 and it’s been 10 months and still struggling to get my car. Every time I called and they have same answers, there is always delays. I have seen that some dealers giving cars in short period of time at same location. It’s really disappointing to honest customer.

We own a Corolla and a Sienna, love both vehicles and love the dealership, Our salesman Darren was very helpful with our purchase. We also bring both vehicles to this dealership for service. I can say Joe & Brock and the rest of the service team go above and beyond then what most service centers do. I had a flat tire tonight and dropped by without and appointment and Joe had it fixed within minutes and had me on my way for a very important appointment. I will highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you to everyone for your caring and hard work.

November 2021, had an issue with my tires and attrell Toyota got me in quickly and solved my problem another reason why I'm a customer, they go above and beyond. Joe, the service manager and his team are awesome and very helpful. I don't live near this dealership but it's worth the drive to know I am in good hands. Thank you to all.

Best service in town! I've been going to Joe and Nidal for 8 years and they are absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly and we're always well looked after. My husband also brings his Hyundai for service there because they always go the extra mile. They get busy on weekends so we always make sure to book an appointment to avoid unecessary wait.

It takes more than one hour just to get a tire swap from this location. Speaking from experience only, the men staff working inside the dealership is subpar. The men working outside the dealership are quite friendly. But the lady from the register was very courteous and very friendly. Anyway, I always get a free car wash from this location which is nice. I always have to ask where they parked my car or else I would go around in circles looking for it. Overall, not bad, just not excellent either.

My experience is from June or July of 2018. I was in the market to purchase a car and did not really have anything in particular in mind. The salesman came up to me and asked what I wanted to look at and I said I wasn't sure, i.e. For once in your lifetime, someone wants you to be an actual salesman and try to sell me a car. He looked annoyed and handed me a brochure and said go find out what you want and then come back.

Walked out and 2 days later financed a Honda.

I was here a few days ago with my parents who are seniors and looking for a SUV (RAV4) to purchase. We dealt with sales agent Zia K.and as we told him what we were looking for, he took us directly out to the lot. He showed us an SUV that had just come in and when asked if we could test drive, we were told that we could only drive it on the premises.

Secondly, when we asked further questions about the vehicle such as pricing, the agent was unsure and had to go in to check. This again happened when we looked at another similar vehicle. The agent had no information on him and had to keep running back and forth.

When we asked about the pricing of a new SUV, this is finally when the agent warmed up to us and took us inside to sit with him at his desk and gave proper information. We were very interested and asked him for both leasing and financing options. Again, I asked if there was a model or demo 2021 SUV we could test drive. We were told ‘No’. I asked if we could test drive a 2020 to at least get a feel for the SUV and again we were told ‘No’. Honestly, we were so ready to buy on the spot and make a deal, but after not being able to test drive and being told ‘no’ repeatedly, we left the dealership. On our way out, we saw a couple being helped by another sales agent and they were getting ready to take a test drive. So I’m still left wondering why we were repeatedly not allowed.

Just one piece of advice for the sales agent, when a customer is asking to test drive a car, it’s because they are interested to purchase and not looking to waste either their or your time! This was the first time I went to a Toyota dealership as I always go to the competitor but I think I’ll stick with the competitor!

Most places I went to prior to buying a vehicle tried to push unwanted cars onto me and were not very patient. That was not the case with this location!

Wai Lau, my sales representative, was very patient and walked through every detail on my used honda civic ex 2021. He learned all the car functions prior to showing us (this is a toyota shop, not honda) and offered a test drive without us even asking. He made sure to order missing parts such as mats and a key starter that was supposed to come with the car. After my purchase they even identified a small mark on the door and immediately notified us and offered to fix it without hesitation. He also did not hesitate to go back and forth to the manager for making deals on the car pricing.

Overall, this was an amazing experience and I had to share it. I don't do reviews, but this place deserves one! I would not hesitate to recommend Wai to anyone looking for a car; he will not disappoint you.

I bought a brand new sienna 2021 which had a issue and I was really very upset DONT wanted the car anymore but when I came to service department and met the service manager Mr. Joe and Mr. Jason who really went out to the way to fix the problems and made sure I’m happy with my car. 2nd time going to get a recalled part replaced within 2 years of financing a new car here. That itself speaks volumes in which vehicle you should not invest in.

On top of that I came in today to simply get a recalled part replaced after specifically getting a call the day before to schedule an appointment due to the fact that he have my part on *hold*

After waiting almost 2 hours of the car to get serviced and part replaced (mind you I was forced to pay 120 not the regular 79 for the service) I was told my brakes needed to be maintained or else due to damage I would need new ones all while informing me this and the price very fast, I was already tired of waiting and agreed to the change not realizing the specific price and litterally no written proof of any of the changes that were going to be made prior. It was all verbal and very fast communication (because it's easier to swindle people when you talk faster). After almost 3 hours I came to the desk to ask for the exact price since I was never Informed. The total was $400 - 120 in service, 180 in brake cleaning, and $30 in plugging a tire puncture which I agreed to. BUT they didnt even have the part that was needed to be replaced for the recall! You know for my safety! Instead they TRIED to make me come again and TRIED charging me that $400 bill. After I complained they somehow got the manager to magically find the part that needed to be replaced. So after another 1 and a half of waiting, I refused to pay the whole amount the guy at the desk said he would put back the old filters and reverse the brake cleaning? (how does that even make sense) the limit he went to tell me that all services that were fixed were now being reversed because I refused to pay the amount, which was fine because I was ready to report the incident. Just to find out the guy at the desk spoke to the manager (after letting him know I'm keeping my foot down) to lower the price to $159. Which I agreed to pay. I would never advise anyone to buy or service a vehicle here. They lie so much, they cannot inform you òn paper of prices and coverage. They are just a bunch of scammers and I learned my lesson not to deal with them. But this will be reported to head office. Please be cautious when spending money here.

Tried this dealership out for service as it's local. Arrived at 11: 15am for an oil change and alignment. The service advisor was great. Just after 1pm I noticed my car was no longer on the hoist and at around 1: 35pm I watched as my car whipped into the parking spot. I had my stereo upgraded and noticed that my stereo settings were adjusted I guess to the preference of the tech driving it. Not sure what happened here but the last time I had a post service test drive without a car wash it was about 5mins and my stereo was off.

Pro tip: If the client isn't asking for anything the easiest solution is to acknowledge and just say "I'm sorry you had that experience, we'll ensure the next time you come in you won't have those concerns".

If you don't want to own it just yet "I'm sorry you had that experience, can I look into what happened and circle back with you? "

All good. These experiences help shape future buying decisions. For me the post sale experiences are the ones that make return buyers and it doesn't have to come from a premium brand. For example, there is a dealership in Oakville that prides on themselves on being a 5 star dealership. When I sold my last car I went right back to them first based on my experience which proves you can be a high volume dealer and have great after sale service.

I have 3 Toyota products on my driveway, the cars are great and as long as you have the right people taking care of you and your car you will love them for a lifetime.

For me, service is key. Everyone loves you when you're about to buy. But it's the consistency of every experience after that is what I look for. Sometimes you need these experiences to realize what you do have, I've had someone look after me and my cars since I was 16 and it's a bit of a drive but It's a consistent positive experience every time.

I had been to a previous dealership which was Hyundai Newmarket and I was treated with rude and disrespectful customer service due to my age.

However Nayab Khan at Toyota was the best sales person who took his time and gave me options on that I could do to benefit me in everyway. We finalized on a 2021 Corolla SE and I could not be happier. I was also an hour and a half late for picking the vehicle and he waited patiently for us. He went above and beyond in making sure I understood the car and was comfortable with the vehicle before I left the lot. I would 100% recommend him.

After years of neglect I brought my 2015 Jetta to Atrell Toyota to get detailed, my car looked like a bad episode of hoarders, I live on a dirt road and had a dog in the car a lot, got to a point where I didn't care and it got out of hand. Off of a recommendation I brought it in for a detail, and let me tell you, Ron, Seamus and the team at Atrell Toyota transformed my car, it looks better then the day I picked it up off the lot, I couldn't believe they got all of the salt stains, dog hair and actual dirt out! I actually enjoy driving it again. This is the only place I would bring my cars to get detailed and will defiantly be back in the future

Recently bought a car from Toyota Attrell. The service is great. They gave extra attention to every person who walks in. I walked out with a brand new Toyota Corolla at a great price. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and always ready to answer any questions.

Zakir Hussain was a great help. As it was my first deal ever, Mr. Hussain was very professional and did everything to explain the whole process to me and made it very simple. He even ran and made coffees for the whole family! He made sure we were handed over the car as soon as possible and offered the best deal at the best rates. He handled everything from step 1 to handover, and even dealt with my insurance broker and finalized all documents while I was away at work.

In 3 days my family was back to Mr. Hussain to look for another car. Great work! Well done, Zakir Hussain and Attrell Toyota!

Went there to buy Toyota Prius, but came back disappointed as the sales agent (Vishal) seemed rude and had no idea about the car. Anyways, I still tried my best communicate with him but he was frustrated as I was asking questions. For eg
Me: Is this hybrid works fine in winters? Have you heard any complaints?
V: Well I don't know, for this question I have to go to headquarters and ask engineers.

Me: I like SUVs too, do you have any option in used Rav 4?
V: You need to decide what you want and then come here. I tell you always in life narrow down your search and then decide.

Obviously, I cant generalize and say all the other sales agents are like that or don't go to this location as it will be unfair to other good guys. Anyways, this was my experience. Since I like the car I might go to some other dealership.

Took my 2009 venza for oil change. Young new technician who was being trained, worked on my car stripped threads on the oil pan. They did not fix the pan and try to put over size self tapping bolt, but forgot to put gasket on that bolt, it was leaking, I asked them to put the gasket, they said this the best they can do. Let me drive out with leaking oil pan. In 1 hour car lost 1 litres oil. Took my car to the local shop paid $20 to put gasket and redo the oil change. Never ever going back to attrell toyota they act like mafias.

Checked reviews a day before visiting and noticed that everyone liked an employee named Muhammad and they seem to like the service. After visiting I can say that everyone was right. Muhammad was the bet sales rep I’ve had in Toyota. My girlfriend and I already have a Toyota86 but wanted another one for her. He showed her all her options, let her test drive them, and allowed her to negotiate all her possible options. The overall customer service was great. As soon as we walked in people are attentive and want to make you feel comfortable even if you’re just looking around. If you’re looking for excellent service from a sales rep who had good business ethics and can be transparent and honest with you Muhammad is your guy. Only down size to our experience was when we made an offer and he took it away to his boss, manager came and said he’d agree with the price but did not realize an accessory that we had requested was included in the pricing and unfortunately we had to pay for the accessory ourselves at the end. After the purchase was made Muhammad was very attentive and even texted us from his personal phone number to make sure we were happy with our purchase. This dealership is 100% recommended. We went from really far based on the reviews and we do not regret it.

I brought in my car to get the seat fixed. They diagnosed my car and ordered a part. Second visit 2 hour job brought in night before for 9am booked appt. No call no update NO COMMUNICATION from anyone in service. They did not bring in my car on time and held it until 330pm and then LIED about what happened. THE CAR NOT FIXED. 3rd visit after they now ordered pretty much a new sear. Car brought in at 920am. DONA BOULOS the service advisor is passive aggressive LIAR told 3 different stories and then LIED about book allowance on the job, which is against the law they have to tell you what the time allows for each job Considering what had happened at that point any person that is customer relations should have called me as a 5 year long client. NO CALL. THEY HELD MY CAR HOSTAGE UNTIL 8PM.
When you deal with people that are like this at counter then it is obvious how management leads (or doesn't in Attrell's case)
I will never bring my car back here.

FYI READERS: NORTHWEST TOYOTA Brampton or Milton Toyota actually offer customer service They communicate throughout the process and THEY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
EVERY SINGLE ONE COUNTS.

Me and my family decided to buy an 2018 brand new Camry and upon delivery, Brand new car had scratches all over the front bumper and micro starches all over the car. Car was not inspected or detailed/not even washed upon delivery. When i brought the issues to the salesman, he told us he would buff out the car and scratches will disappear. If a customer is paying for a new car, there should be a reason to buff a car. We finalized the deal on Tuesday and delivery was expected on Friday. I was explained that car cannot be delivered due to car detailing but obviously the car was not even washed and there was dirt inside the car as well. Dealership did not even wipe the interior or vacuum. Manager basically told me he would replace the bumper which i do not understand why would someone buy a brand new car when the parts are being replaced before the car is even delivered. I asked if they could give me a different car, I was basically told they will not be able to. Management tried to blame us for not being a happy customer with the scratched car. Management did not offer any discount or any other incentives on the product and wanted us to pay for brand new car. If you are going to buy a brand new car from this dealership, please inspect your car thoroughly before leaving the dealership. I would not be surprised if they don't blame the issues back on the customer for their fault. We were not happy with the service provided to us and would not buy another Toyota from this dealership. We proudly own 6 Toyota cars and loyal to the company and expected better service from this dealership.

First time I ever bought a car and same day got to drive it out off the show room! Had an amazing experience at Attrell Toyota! Staff are very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I witnessed most of the team working on my new buy and making sure my waiting time was comfortable (coffee, tea and water) specifically VICKY BANGA (who worked out an awesome deal for me) and ROUF ABDUR (who got all the details sorted out in quick order) and special shout out to another Sales Rep, RICKY JAMES, who was patient with me and took his time explaining how the car works and little tips to make my driving experience fun! We recently bought a camry from this location, and we received great customer service from this dealership - Muhammad Ahmad, our sales representative, was very professional right from the beginning. He answered all of our questions, and was very eager in meeting our needs. Every time we had a question for him, and we called him, he would respond to us within the first bell! Definitely would recommend others to come to this dealership location.

Bought a Corolla from Ryan Pinkerton after 3 months of deliberating, test drives and back and forth. Great experience! Ryan is very easy to deal with and cares for his customers.
