Au Lit Fine Linens

After sleeping at a relative's country home, I just had to find out who made the crisp, cool cotton sheets. To my delight it was Au Lit Fine Linens right here in Canada.
After buying a set, I received an email containing a $25 welcome code. When I reached out to have the coupon applied to my purchase, Lauren immediately and cheerfully replied, saying that it was already done and an email followed with the receipt of the refund-including the GST! I so appreciate this excellent customer service!
I've had the sheets a short while, and after washing them a couple of time, they're still as crisp as they were when purchased. I'm so pleased with the quality, I am going to treat myself to their soft and cozy flannel bundle, which currently is 20% off!

Purchased an Italian linen duvet and shams, paid $475 lasted, 4 winters with proper care. Even though the website says "lasts a long time", store says 4 winters is a lifespan? Don't recommend, will not purchase here again.

I love it here! When you walk in it's so beautiful and smells so good! The salesperson recommended some sheets when I told her what type of sleeper I was. The ones they suggested are so great! I love the sheets. They are so soft and get better with each wash. They also have tons of pajamas and lounge wear now! I picked up a few housewarming gifts to have on hand. Gorgeous store!

I purchased new bed linens, including a duvet cover, for my guest room. The quality of the linens is exceptional. The colour was exactly as described on the Au Lit Linen website. The linens arrived in a timely manner (before my guest arrived). I aIways launder my bed linens prior to using. The bedding and duvet washed well and are reportedly very comfortable to sleep on. I would definitely recommend Au Lit Linens as a reliably exceptional business that provides high quality products.

I received a set of sheets as a gift - I’d never pay this amount for bedding myself - but my MIL raves about them. I don’t want to insult her, but rave is not the word I would use, nor do I use these over-priced sheets. They wash HORRIBLY and always a wrinkled mess on my bed, stains DO NOT lift out no matter what I’ve used to treat it with and they are NOT soft and luxurious as marketed, more like paper and they’re paper thin! I’ll stick with my regular Gluckstein or Ralph Lauren sets - for considerably cheaper and much more long lasting and enjoyable.

Have shopped in store and online. The people are knowledgeable and let you take your time making decisions.
I used to buy all my sheets from an US outlet for an Italian brand and originally switched because of the service, price and to avoid customs. Have since bought 2 more sets, all are awesome.
Wash well feel smooth and just get better with age.

My apologies for my tardiness in writing a review! My husband and I have been enjoying the new bath sheets. We are showering more often as the towels are so scrumptious! They give a full body dry and they are so soft!

I love Au Lit for everyday bedding … the quality is wonderful … wash and use and wash and use and wash and use for years and years.their sheets and pillowcases stay crisp and white for years.

I purchased the Easy Living Washed Linen Sheets that I have been using for the last year and a half.
I have been disappointed that they didn’t really soften over time and haven’t had the longevity that I expected. The fitted sheet has slowly become thinner to the point that a few holes have formed.
I have followed the care instructions and wash them every 2 weeks.
For the inconvenience of hanging sheets to dry and the fact that they aren’t that soft or durable, I will not purchase linen again.

The order form on their website had me clearly enter shipping details. The confirmation email clearly stated "Shipping address". Then I get an email a day later that "my order is ready for pickup in their store". Apparently my order did not meet free shipping threshold. Then fix your website, and don't have it accept shipping details and confirm shipping address, and 100% lead customers to believe the order is being shipped.only to not ship it. Sketchy website for sure.

If store pickup is accidentally selected.then don't send an email that clearly states a shipping address. The whole point of the confirmation email is to confirm the details of the order, and the confirmation email clearly indicated a shipping address as my home.

Update: My Bamboo / cotton blend sheets arrived. The were described as being "extremely soft'. These sheets are not soft at all. Not sort of soft, not kinda soft, definitely not 'extremely' soft. Very disappointed. My $50 Amazon sheets are better.

I was reluctent at first to spend this much on bedding but it was the best money ever spent. Ziegler duvet is amazing. Au Lit really does change the way you sleep.my sleep is now priceless.

I want to recommend this business to anyone who wants fine linens. The online service is easy to use, the personnel who actually answer the phones are gracious and courteous. A special shout out to Susan Conquest who makes the process so easy. The sheets and duvet covers I have purchased are just as advertised. And to top it off the shipping is so quick. Thanks to all the staff at Au Lit.

Amazing service! I am blown away! I ordered a couple of things on Saturday afternoon, I was a bit short from free delivery, but I went ahead. On Sunday, I call, talk to Vivian and she adds another item to my order so delivery will be free. On Monday early in the morning, after finding out that I got the sizes wrong, I send an email to cancel the order. Lauren D.cancels my order immediately, so I finally ordered the right stuff. Where else do you find this kind of service? Thank you both so much!
