Au Naturel Spa

They ran out of bathrobes, coffee mugs for the lounge and my massage started 5 minutes late. The lost time was not made up at the end either. Other than that, staff were pleasant and the massage was good. I've been here few times, it's generally not like this.

Au Naturel is an amazing spa! Lots of RMT offerings and more. The bonus access to fitness centre and pools is a nice touch (pools are beautiful, hot tub in the women’s change room is such a treat). I will continue to go here and recommend.

Fiona & Mathew are great RMTs! Fiona is thoughtful and considerate and makes sure I am comfortable, amazing at what she does! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Have been a long term client and was frustrated to get a call while on my way to my 12: 45 appointment (which was confirmed in writing by email) that I was late for a 12: 30 appointment.

When I challenged this fact I was told they would quickly check to see if they could make arrangements. I got a call moments later telling me this was impossible so I turned around and drove back home.

After some debate the receptionist said I could still come for the 12: 45 appointment and they would wave the missed 15 min. Which was infuriating as 1. I never booked that time. 2. I had already turned around when I was told the therapist calendar could not accomadate.

The receptionist continued (smirkingly) that I would be charged for the miss appointment if I didn't now show up on time! GRRR!

Would like to speak to a manager please!

I had a massage with Karen and a facial with Nadia. AAAAmazing. I was stressed to the max and just needed some needed wind down time. They both took the time and just knew that I needed it. Thank you to both!

I had the Au Natural Facial and it was amazing! Karen did an excellent job. I felt relaxed and refreshed.

Unpleasant overall experience for my wife. Employee Kaitlin was the only exception, treated my wife with much care. Booked an appointment online with an RMT, to be called the next day and offered an irrelevant replacement appointment 3 weeks from our scheduled date. When such unplanned events occur at a place of service, priority should be set on ensuring a positive customer experience is still achieved.

Fatima was exceptional. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. What you do comes highly recommended. Well done.

Brought my mom for her very first pedicure here and the experience was amazing! Fatima and Fadiya took such excellent care of us and made us feel super relaxed and truly pampered. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Karen did a facial wax for me and was so incredibly thorough, precise and never rushes. She is a perfectionist and takes great care to listen carefully to her clients and offers great advise. Her room is always highly organized and very clean, which puts me at ease especially with Covid still circulating. Karen is also very punctual. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone!

My massage was amazing. I have finally had 2 good nights of sleep after suffering whiplash from a car accident. The massage was very healing!

I just had probably had the worst treatment experience there so far and I’ve been going there for some time. I got the tranquility scrub treatment and honestly felt like a slab of meat being rubbed and prodded, followed by what felt like a chiropractic treatment. It was anything but tranquil. There was no finesse. The technician was very rough and was also rushing through the entire treatment using the time to do the final cleanup which also made very loud noise. Horrible experience. I’m glad it was a discounted rate with the deal they have on. I won’t be back.

Everything was great. Many thanks to Kyra who take care of massage session today, and she is one of the best no doubt. I'd like to add one simple request; Please re-adjust shower water which is not good enough currently and surprising after all good service. One more suggestion is the temperature of hot tub and sauna could be bit higher.

The room was cold and the body scrub process was rushed. I was 10 minutes early jic. I purchased a body scrub treatment but definitely didn't feel I got the scrub. The post massage was okay.

My spa experience was fantastic! Kyra provided a fantastic massage and focused in on my problem area with great care and excellent results. Mary Ann is a top-notch professional who gave me an excellent manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend au naturel spa at Brookstreet hôtel.

The staff was wonderful. My facial was excellent. My face still feels really smooth. The body scrub was also excellent. I’ll definitely return!

I have had many rmt massages over my lifetime but this had to be ranked the lowest ever. Sorry to say i would not recommend a visit here.

Went there for a Couple Massage by RMTs. Had a great experience. The staff was very good & trained.
On top of it you get complimentary access to fitness centre & swimming pool.
Even the indoor parking is free.
Definitely going back there again.

I went for a pedicure today and I was impressed right from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My nail technician was awesome, so careful and detailed. I could tell she really takes pride in her work. I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had massages (I had Nick who did a hot stone and my hubby had a deep tissue massage. Nick was a very profession person and did an amazing hot stone massage. I had Fatima for my mani & pedi and I have to say it was the best mani & peri I have ever had. I did not feel that she was rushed at all. The foot massage and hand massages were wonderful. Gary’s pedi was done by a lovely young lady (can’t spell her name) she was very professional and paid great attention to detail. All in all the spa was extremely enjoyable and would highly recommend it thank you. Maureen Ulias
