Viewing apartments can turn into a hassle pretty quickly, with the help of Lexi Dodic it was the the complete opposite! My boyfriend and I were on our fourth showing of the day at Auburn park and were greeted with a big smile as we arrived. Lexi is extremely professional and made sure the experience wasn’t awkward, while offering extended knowledge of the property. Once we entered the unit Lexi made us feel at home in our potential new home! Nothing was left unanswered and we were given the time to walk around ourselves. At the end of the tour she took her time to explain how the rental process works, making it more clear by filling out a card breaking down all monthly payments. Every apartment showing should be as seamless and easy as Lexi made the experience! Very quickly this apartment was at the front of our list! Unfortunately as students each penny counts so at this point and time we had to consider another option (due to price ONLY). Respectfully, Lexi gave us time to make a decision, she had checked in a few days later asking if we had any luck finding a place! Considering all the factors Lexi’s professionalism and character are what pushed the property over the edge! We appreciate her time and highly suggest booking a viewing with Lexi if you’re looking for your next potential home in London!

In the time that my mom and I have known Alycia she has been and will always be the sweetest, most awesome person. She’s absolutely amazing at her job and she’s also very helpful

We have had very pleasant experience living at Auburn Park apartments so far. Charley -Jane O Brien our leasing agent was very thorough and helpful to us during our moving. We really appreciate her efforts. She’s the best and highly recommended.

Charley was amazing to me and my wife any questions we had she was more than happy to answer didn't matter the time some people say “anything you need anytime” but this was my first encounter with someone that said that and meant it. All of our demands were met she was amazing for whoever is reading this I PROMISE you will not be disappointed with her she is AMAZING! If there was a possibility to give her 10 stars i would thank you so much charley!

Auburn Park is a great place for families to settle in, with an on-site gym, a park (with a playground for the kids), tennis and basketball courts, and a pool in the summer! Shopping centers to the north and south are conveniently close by, while these onsite park and amenities are surrounded by four apartments, so it feels relatively private and safe. Most residents are affable and many have children.

Charley, the agent assigned to me, is very friendly and helpful. The first time I went to see the apartment, she gave me a bottle of water after I had cycled a long distance. When my iPhone ran out of charge, she kindly let me use her charger. I was very impressed with her kindness even though I was only a potential customer! She also explained everything about the suite to me very carefully (although I later realized she was wrong about the direction of the window, but not a big deal) and her spoken English was clear and easy for me, a non-native speaker, to understand. She was sometimes slow to reply to my e-mails, or only responded to some of my multiple questions, that could be room for her to improve.

CLV's web page is tidy and easy to read, but the way they name the plans and the prices can be confusing. Prices seem to vary depending on something (building or floors etc?), even for the same floor plan. I don't know exactly how it works.
I recommend that you make sure you know which type of unit you want and at which price, which is listed on the web page, before you go for a viewing.
In my case, I was shown a unit with a different condition than the one shown on the web page, but I did not realize this until I went back home, and it took several days to resolve the confusion when I inquired later. As it turns out, my unit was supposed to be Plan B but was actually a Plan E layout, but the rent was actually the same price as the one listed on the web as Plan B.
Some companies have partnered with them for tenant insurance and internet service (including Wi-Fi), so I recommend asking them as early as possible.

I have been living comfortably since moving in! If you have any trouble with the appliances in your room, clogged toilet, etc, you can ask the resident portal or other contacts to help you.

Your fast responses was amazingly helpful with the questions we had and we were never disappointed. You made our move in process as first time renters super easy. We are super happy with our decision to move into Auburn Park and we couldn’t have done it without you Charley. Thank you for everything!

From month one to more than two years of tenancy complete in my first ever apartment in Canada! I am grateful and delighted to have found Auburn Park after weeks of searching around for the right place. Being a new immigrant, the whole home hunt process was very daunting. I decided to give Auburn Park a try purely based on reviews and I am glad I did. These apartments are so conveniently situated with FreshCo and Dollar Store being just a short walk away - this definitely saves a new immigrant like me the hassle of getting a car anytime soon. This is also a pet friendly society which is just what I wanted. The next attraction is the bus stop just outside the apartment making public transport so accessible! This is a heavenly place when you consider the ease of access to amenities (Shoppers Drug Mart, Dentist's clinic, Family clinic, Vet's clinic, Tim's, McD, Subway, KFC to name just a few). Lastly, all this would not have come true had it not been for my CLV agent Brittany Holmes - she has been my point of contact throughout the application process and still continues to be approachable, friendly and quick to respond to my concerns. She even got me a great deal for Bell Fiber home internet. The entire staff of supervisors at 961 Wonderland have been very friendly. Thanks also to the ever-cheerful Narci Morales and his team who takes care of day to day maintenance of the common areas - always a delight to speak to him:)

I had the most wonderful experience dealing with Charley. She went above and beyond to make everything as quick and easy as possible and really helped me with a unique situation. I can't thank her enough. She deserves higher than a 5 star.

Charley was my leasing agent and she's been really wonderful from the start. She is very knowledgeable and very accommodating! She toured us through several suites till she found the perfect one for us. Charley has made our decision to move so enjoyable and stress free. She is a keeper for sure! My daughter and I can't wait to move in!

UPDATE:
CLV has done as much as they can on their part to solve my issue of stolen laundry supplies and offered to discuss other complaints.

People living here will steal your laundry supplies and clothes from the laundry room if left unattended at any point.
The water is randomly cold for hours on end and no explanation why.
The deadlines placed for when things will be fixed (example: laundry chute) is never correct.
The police are constantly here.
The halls are loud at night and I’ve gotten noise complaints on ME when I’m not even home.
The people below us bang on their ceiling when we walk, as if we’re meant to float around.
Majority of people living within your building you cannot trust. Hide your things and always keep your doors locked.
The main part that gives this review is the other residents within the building. People can be horrible.
I have had no problem with the front desk, or the cleaners. It’s the other people living within this building that makes you not want to be here.

JENE is the best worker you can ask for. She makes you feel comfortable Makes you feel warm inside. Always happy and on time helps to keep the building clean and organized
