Working with Auction houses can be very frustrating because they concentrate on Auction Lots & neglect Customer Service. I recently bid on some lots at Auction Network & due to some Meds I was taking for Spine Surgery a week ago, I twitched & accidentally ended up with a lot I didn't want. Now I'm thinking, Oh Boy, this is going to be a nightmare. However, their C S department understood, gave me credit immediately. NO HASSEL. One text and done. That is unbelievable in this business. Thank you so much. I will continue to be a customer.

I advise One and all to be careful with your purchases that have been placed up for auction that are returns through Amazon. As Amazon will deactivate these device, on there side and it is completely useless. Stating item was lost or stolen. I have contacted asking for a refund on the products and after the First email showing it was purchased from the (invoice sent). They refuse to reply even though automated email received saying we will reply in 1-3 days. It is a scam with this company, and be warmed they are out for your money only! Hence fourth they easily add an email once review is written to say they are helping you, yet somehow all previous email you have sent then are lost and you have start from zero. Once emails resent same process they disappear yes I am talking about the person running under the name AN. I work in Customer service area and must say this company is lacking in this area. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. It is not the cost of the item for me, it is the principle that are selling/auctioning items they know are deactivated. Once again reply issued is full of IT. Company never offered a refund, at any time.and just trying to make themselves looks good. I have all emails received and they are once again Auction Network are misleading you with with there replies. Unfortunately Zero rating cannot be applied as it is what you deserve! You stated correctly amount of 22.50$ is not the issue and the issue is that you knowingly auctioned off a deactivated product.and will not accept responsibility for your actions. Big thumbs down to this business

An unexpected issue with shipping was quickly and generously resolved, exceeding expectations. I would not hesitate to attend future auctions, though am an out of towner. That said, I don’t really want more competition on my bids, some great deals to be had here!

I purchased from 2 separate auctions from Auction Network. When my items did not arrive, I contacted their customer service via email. Their response was that my items must have been lost in the mail and that they will be sending a refund for total amount + a credit for a future auction. This was on 9/25. It is now 10/26, I have sent multiple emails/voicemails and the only response is that they will remind accounting or no response at all. Bad service, would not recommend.

UPDATE [Oct 26/22]: Subsequent purchases made using the generous store credit that was offered to me went off flawlessly, with items being shipped quickly and without issue.

UPDATE: As of the end of March, I have finally been refunded for the purchases that I did not receive. The auction house offered me a $250 credit towards future purchases, but I am still quite hesitant about doing business with them moving forward. I have revised my review score from a 1 to a 2. This review will stay posted, as four months with very little correspondence, all of which was initiated by myself, was unacceptable when considering the cost of the initial purchases.

I made several VERY expensive purchases from this auction house in December and January, and the items have never been shipped. I have never been billed for shipping or received any notice that the items were shipped. Of course, they were more than happy to bill me for the items immediately after the auctions ended. Any e-mails I've sent over the last few months voicing my concerns have been dismissed with empty platitudes about how, "We'll send this to our team and have them look into it, " coupled with lip service/fluffing themselves by telling me, "We have been in business for 45 years, and run auctions every day, and are very reputable. " I have given them an out several times by saying if they messed up and can't send me the items, to just refund me. They have blown me off in that regard as well, and seem happy to just sit on their hands with my money in their account. Do not take them at their word.

EDIT: The auction house reached out to me and we've been able to clear everything up. I can honestly say that once learning of the issue - the customer service has been top notch and I will be a customer again.

Out of 4 purchases here, I've only had 1 go off without a hitch. Emails go ignored and unread. Reply rate is lower than 30%. 2.5+ weeks since auction date and still did not receive my item, with multiple emails asking for a status update.

Prompt to collect payment, but disregards emails.

I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't recommend buying from them. The item that I bought was never shipped after one month and after I asked for a refund, it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my money back.

Here's a detailed statement of what happened:

On July 13, I won an auction for a silver bar on Hibid.
On August 1, I still hadn't received any communications from them regarding the shipment of my item and I sent an email for a follow-up.
On August 8, I received a response to my email a week later saying that "sometimes there is a minor delay with shipping larger bullion items".
On August 15, after one month, I still hadn't received any additional information about my order or the shipment and therefore I asked for a refund.
On August 21, again, about one week later, they replied to my email that "We have sent your preference to accounting to process. Please let us know when you see on your statement. "
We are September 2 and I still haven't received the refund or any additional information.

I just find it disappointing that they are selling items they do not have in inventory. I find it disappointing that it takes a week before they get back to me. And I find it disappointing that I have to send multiple emails for things to be resolved.

To be fair, I also purchased another smaller item from them on July 20, that I received within normal delays.

UPDATE September 6: I received a response on September 6 that the full amount would be refunded. I also received a notice from their system that the refund had been made. I should see the refund in my account in the next few days.

Setting up shipping took a little longer than expected, but that’s understandable considering Im in another country. When I reached out to Auction Network for clarification they were kind enough to cover shipping for the inconvenience. Response times may be a little slow but also understandable because of the volume that this company does. Overall, a good experience and I would bid with them again,

This is company they are professional thieves
when I could pick up the auctions in the warehouse
It was better, there were problems but not so much.

but now that they started working with this system it's terrible.
they send you what they want, they offer you a free delivery "but no, they charge you"
And the worst thing is that they don't send you everything and after complaining so much for them to answer me, they will send me the rest but they charged me again for delivery.
It happened to me twice
I hope I can help so they don't take their money like that
because they take it directly from your credit card.

Changed it back to 1 star as now I cannot register for any of their auctions. I cannot register since I posted a negative review for them. They must not be happy about me telling the truth about their auctions

I will still bid on their coins and paper money but hard to win as 1 person will bid on the items 2 minutes before auction ends to increase bid amount. I have watch 4 or 5 auctions and this person wins 99% of the items for that auction. Then the same item is for sale in another auction of theirs. 100.00 bills have been for sale in 4 auction in the last month. Same serial numbers on them, so they are not selling them to highest bidder.
Changed to 4 stars as they refunded for food box and other items that were not sent after posting review here.

Ordered silver Bullion from these guys on April 12th. They were quite happy to take my money immediately but can't return my numerous emails and phone calls about when my order will be delivered. After reading the other reports here, I can now expect this to drag on for even several months before a reply is given to me. Needless to say, I don't like the direction things are going in and will NEVER recommend them to others for the poor customer service alone! Other auction houses have proven to be far more responsive and faster with shipping, so best to look elsewhere.

UPDATED:

They did reply one business day after my emails and calls (maps says they are closed on Friday, so that's on me for not noticing that). Item was received but not in the condition that I hoped for. However, at least my item was delivered 13 days after they had received payment on April 12th (10 days delay before it was shipped and 3 days to deliver). I removed one star for the 10 day delay (other auction houses are much more prompt with delivery) and another star for the condition of the item which was different than the picture on their website.

It’s total scam they are running.i am new to biding i try it today what i have observed is an name starting with h**** in all biding.what they are doing is with one there own regeneration id keep minimum biding if we bid more than that we can win if not we lose. Please observe before biding by clicking on bids. If one person in every single biding better to avoid this one. We need raise a complete against this. This completely illegal. Wow.what a selection! So many choices! My items were detailed promptly, my invoice and packages of purchases have been sent reasonably quickly, and the items were as described or pictured. Response times for emails sent are very good too. Definitely worth checking out! Can't wait for my next items to arrive.

I'm giving Auction Network one star. I have participated in many different auctions and have never had any issues with other Auctions. My reason for giving this Auction house one star is for the following reasons: the customer service is not very great, It takes forever to get feedback. Shipping took almost three weeks, and the biggest reason why they are getting 1 Star is because after excitedly waiting, weeks for my winnings to arrive. The one item I was really looking forward to receiving, turned out to be pretty much an empty box. I feel taken advantage of as I only ended up receiving two out of the five pieces that the item should have had. I feel this item should have been advertised and sold completely as parts. The item is completely useless to me and I feel so silly for even bidding on it. This experience has pushed me away from doing auctions. Update: Auction Network has reached out to me to make things right. They have apologized and have offered me a refund for the Fire Maple Stove, as there was significant discrepancy with this item. As for shipping they have stated they are using another company, so they'll be able to serve their customers better.

I had registered for an auction and somehow a bid was placed on a Diamond necklace. I started panicking as I did not intend to bid, only register for the auction. The total charge was over $600. I immediately called and left a voicemail and sent an email to their customer service.

It took a few days, but without question, they understood that these things can happen and gave me a full refund immediately!

Very good customer service. I bought a number of items that were all in great working order. One box unfortunately had major parts missing. We had a very polite, honest email exchange and I received great treatment and a resolution. Good company to deal with.

The minimum bid for the item I bought was $125. They entice you by titling. 999 pure gold bar. The gold I got was worth 1/2 grain and can't be worth more than $5. The linens in the box I got have price tags and are collectively worth less than $50 RETAIL. I'm not sure how they can place a minimum bid at $125 and not have at least $125 of merchandise in the box. And when I went to pick this up, the box had SOMEONE else's name and invoice number on it. When I asked about this the guy peeled it off and said don't worry about it.

Edit: The Auctioneer reached out to me in less than 12 hours volunteering a full refund and apologizing for the mix-up as it is clear that I received the wrong box. I was informed these are not the goods that would be included into a box with a minimum $125 bid. I have updated my review from 1 star to 4 based on the expediency of the refund. I can't in good consciousness give the review 5 stars because A) This happened in the first place. B) I am still of the opinion that these goods shouldn't be in any box regardless of the minimum bid. C) The advertisement of the Gold Bar is still an unethical practice as it is the main title for the product and relatively speaking is worth practically nothing.

The process of bidding on the auction was very easy. Although there were issues with the product once received, the customer service when dealing with the issue was fantastic and was resolved to my satisfaction quite quickly.

Almost every time I come to pick up an invoice, they either don't have it ready or come up with an excuse why it's my fault that it's not ready. They are extremely unorganized. You can book an appointment, but when you arrive it's basically first come first serve. So I usually try to arrive 45 min earlier because there is always a line up. Customer service takes forever to respond back to you. After chasing after them for a missing invoice over a month, they finally agreed to ship it to my house. Well it's been almost 2 weeks since they promised to ship it and I still haven't received it. I asked for a shipping confirmation or a tracking number and have not received a response from them. I've given them plenty of opportunity to fix the issue before having to come online to leave a bad review. I hate leaving bad reviews, it's my last resort.

Auction Network is a well run organization and it is a lot of fun to join in their auctions, always quality items. Recently I was at one of their auctions and I unknowingly overpaid on an invoice. Auction Network honest employees immediately contacted me to refund the over payment through an Interact e-transfer so I would have the funds immediately! Not like other large Auction Houses who may recognize the over payment and either do noting or they send you the refund in a cheque that arrives 3-5 weeks later.

Auction Network's honesty made my day! And the items I won they are on their way! So go have some fun and check out their Auctions they might have something you have been looking for!

UPDATE: It has been two weeks since this incident took place, and just a few minutes ago received an email from you stating you have credited my card back for the amount of the initial purchase. I will check with the credit card company in a couple of days to confirm. What you don't seem to understand is that communication is everything, and there is no one at your company to pick up phones, and no one returns emails within an acceptable period of time. It was 10 days before I got any response to my emails!). The concept of customer service is entirely lost on you! INITIAL REVIEW: When I went to pick up my item staff couldn't find it. They said they would deliver it free of charge and would call me shortly to arrange. No one called! I left two voice mails, and three emails, and STILL no response from owner after 10 days! I'm out well over $100. Had to call my credit card company to reverse the charge. What does it take these days for a company to behave in an honorable fashion? ! NOT recommended!

I was the winning bidder of a foldable bike a few weeks ago, but after putting it all together I realized I had received the man's white version of this bike instead of the ladies black version I had won. I would not have minded, even though I am a very fit 70 year old, but the bar to get my leg over was just too high for me. I decided to donate it to a Charity Auction. I sent an email to Auction Network telling them what I had done, mainly because I was still interested in purchasing the ladies bike. I never expected a phone call from Ryan advising they are shipping me my ladies bike at no cost. It totally took me by surprise and never in my wildest dreams expected this. Thank you Auction Network for your generosity and your outstanding customer service. VERY WELL DONE AND KUDOS TO ALL OF YOU.

The Amazon mystery boxes gave me a laugh but three of them that contained authentic silver in each box well all you get is one grain. Hey assure you I will not be buying mystery boxes again would not be surprised if every box contains the smallest possible amount of silver or gold or platinum I’m just thankful that I did not spend huge amount of money on the ones that contain gold or platinum

Poor Service, bought a couple of items from a 3 day sale, Oct 30,2021 got one email saying invoice was paid and ship was indicated on the invoice, I got the second email the next day Nov 1,2021. Having received no further corrispodince from Auction network I sent them an email Nov 4th asking them when I could expect confirmation of shipping and received no response. I sent the next email Nov 8th again asking for a response inregards to shipping, no response, so I called them and left a message that I was getting worried about the items I already paid for (they charged my credit card on Oct 31st for the first purchase and Nov 1st for the second purchase) again no response from Auction network. So on Nov 9th I entered a dispute on the transactions with my credit card company, in response on the 10th of Nov I received an email giving me a tracking number for one of the items and said they would send me the next tracking info shortly, I never received anything from them about the second purchase until Nov 14th they resent the tracking number for the first purchase but no info on the second purchase. On Nov 16th they resent the tracking number for the first purchase again and said that I should have received info about the second purchase but did not. I received the first package on Nov 16th, and removed the dispute on the transactions for the purchases on my credit card. On Nov 22nd I sent them another email asking about shipping info for the second purchase because I saw another charge from Auction Network on my credit card statement, but had not heard about shipping info yet. On Nov 28th I received an email saying that I should have gotten the second package, but still no tracking info. A month later and still no tracking info. POOR SERVICE or as I told them NO SERVICE from Auction network.

Your response is totally incorrect, I never did receive tracking info on the second package, CHECK YOUR EMAILS.and if all my emails were answered why did you not respond until I posted a review.

I would have preferred to give -stars if it had option. I played some bids on. 999 bullion Gold, Silver and Platinum BARs because as per my knowledge worldwide there is min weight of gold BAR to call it a BAR. When I reached for pick up, totally surprised because it wasn't BAR its JUST TINY STRIP WEIGHT 1/2 GRAINS AND 1/4 GRAINS which you can buy online on Amazon lesser than I won in this auction.
I realized that these guys are not mentioning weight of gold INTENTIONALLY so we (people) can play bids and increase it to max. Just imagine the GOLD BAR (not even falling in Bar catagory) plus some other junk items (hardly 6 to 10 in box ranging form $3 to $15) you won for $255+premium+tax+drive to pickup from Kitchener and you can get it only for approx less than $50. Totally scam!

I don't have experience with other stuff on this auction network but I WOULD RECOMMEND DON'T PLAY BIDS ON GOLD, SILVER AND PLATINUM BARs UNTILL THEY ARE ARE MENTIONING WEIGHT OF BAR (WHICH IS NOT ACTUALLY A BAR).

See all my pictures and decide yourself if it's a BAR or some junk to spend your hundreds of $$ on.

I spent my $2000 on getting this JUNK! Total weight is even not 1 gram and I could have spent it to buy good amount of GOLD from market.

DECIDE YOURSELF IF IT WORTH FOR YOU AND SPEND YOUR MONEY CAREFULLY ON THIS AUCTION!

One of the items I purchased was not as described because it was a boxed return item and the returner had put something different in the box when they returned it. As soon as I pointed it out to Auction Network personnel, they refunded the entire amount with no questions. I have total trust in purchasing from this company.

Purchased the Amazon return boxes of general items. Got 6 boxes. Most boxes had the identical stuff. Toilet seat cover, dollar store lipstick, a pillow that filled the box etc. I don't think most of the items were returns from amazon. Looked like overstock unsold items from stores that closed down. Very disappointed. This will be the last time I use this auction house.

Very Happy with service and resolving problems. Will continue to buy from here, definitely recommend them and their service. One of the few 5 stars I have ever given and the only 5 star I have ever given for a non food business.
