THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, AND NOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT TOOK 5 MONTHS TO JUST REMOVE A COUPLE ACCOUNTS. AND AFTER THAT THEY EXISTING DID NOT WORK, AND THE STIIL CHARGED TO GET THEM BACK UP AND RUNNING. HORRIBLE

Audcomp has declined in quality of service in the past month.
Obviously our company will be going to the competitors,
Soon as our ridiculous contract is up. Crazy how when we call our contacts we're always informed they moved onto better opportunities. Every other month it's some new guy. We got an email blast recently from the company stating they changed their entire antivirus system, and then right after another one stating the whole team got replaced "due to covid". Does anybody working there know how anything works now? My coworkers can't work half the time. Repeated messages and phone calls to management have been met with "we apologize and are actively changing policies to ensure this doesn't happen again, feel free to reach out if you want to talk about anything else". I see the same nearly copy/pasted response on other reviews here. Shame, I guess the "4 pillars of Audcomp" have crumbled.
Would rate 0 stars but Google's minimum is 1/5.

If you're looking for an MSP that's genuine and provides quality service, keep looking because you won't find that at Audcomp.
Their business model is to grab as much cash as possible, add on a 600% markup on re-sale items and tons of labour hours not covered by your already expensive contract. They charge a fee to email your pdf invoice. Anything that goes wrong is at the client's expense.
They don't really listen to your concerns or try to problem solve, they have their sales agenda and that's all.
Ownership never realized their biggest asset was the skills and knowledge of the service techs, but they've all quit. Turnover has always been an issue here but the last few months have been spectacular. Check the reviews on indeed if you want to see how badly they treat their employees and then check your email for another email blast from management for this month's excuse. They seem to think a not-at-all-panicked sounding emails is enough to reassure customers. You might win a toaster.
Everything about them is disappointing, they can't even fix things or provide solutions anymore. I no longer trust them with my IT.
Would not recommend.

Do not know what they are doing. Flaw full hiring process. Takes ages for hiring manager to respond and and you have to email them just to know status about the application and worst IT services.
