Torey, Campbell and Jacquie were great. As a whole this is an amazing dealership. I would like to specify on Torey as he was my Brand specialist.

I called Audi Barrie on a whim and told him what I was looking for. Right off the bat Torey was honest and genuine and I could read it through our phone call. I was honest and upfront with Torey for what I was looking for and what went wrong with my previous dealership and Brand specialist. He was reassuring and because of that I made the hour drive Saturday afternoon. Torey delivered and kept his promise with no sales tactics. Everything was completed to a tee with professionalism in a couple of hours with no games.

Torey is the definition of what you expect out of your Audi experience. Torey works for his clients and delivers on his words. He is an entrepreneur at heart and not a salesman; customer relationship before a sale. Torey and Audi Barrie are exceptional and I wouldn't work with another Brand specialist or dealership moving forward.

Even after the sale they look out for you, which wasn't my experience with my previous Audi dealer. It was worth the drive to Barrie to work with them. Audi Barrie and Torey regained my trust in the Audi brand after my past dealership experience.

I take my vehicle to many Audi dealerships depending on which town or city I am in that day however I prefer Audi Barrie because I feel their front end staff are better than other audi dealerships and their RS techs are quicker than other dealerships. Just a wonderful experience! Patrick went above and beyond to acknowledge my birthday on the day that I picked up my new Audi Q3. The car was covered in a bow, with a welcome sign and gift bag. I contacted Audi Barrie for pricing on a set of winter rims and tires for my Audi Q5 on Thursday 24th November 2022. By Saturday the 26th November I had not received a reply, so I contacted them again. I spoke with a Jimmy in parts who apologized for me not getting a response, and said he would have someone get me a quote shortly and I asked for the quote to be email to me. It is now Friday 2nd December 2022 and I still haven’t received a quote. I know that I am only looking to purchase a set of winter rims and tires, not a new R8, but I would expect the representatives of a quality brand like Audi to have more respect for their customers. I bought the car from Audi London and have always received exceptional service from them. I was looking to make the purchase as quick as possible, and they had nothing in stock, so I tried to source them from another dealer.

If booked for a tire change at 9 o’clock, one shouldn’t expect to wait two hours the average wait in other dealerships is about an hour, otherwise service was courteous

This review is regarding our negative experience with a particular salesperson at Audi Barrie.

maps took us here as it had an Assured Collision shop labelled to the Audi dealership. Earlier during the day my insurance had booked an appointment for this address at 2484 Doral Dr.so I had the intention that there was a collision shop here.

So we walk into the dealership and we politely asked if there was an Assured shop at this location. Two salespersons approached us, one younger and another older. The younger salesperson was polite and understanding and told us that he can make a call to find out the where the Assured shop might have been.
However the older gentlemen (we didn’t get his name) basically verbally discarded us as if we were only a waste of time for him: “Assured? This is the AUDI dealership”. Well, Audi 5000 did we ever leave quickly.

I understand your job is to sell cars and we might have not been there to buy that day. However in terms of customer service this guy completely failed the first impression. I don’t care how fancy your suit looked or how pristine and clean the dealership was kept. If you show up to work with that kind of attitude to sell me a car I’m walking straight out the door. Good luck selling through the next two interest hikes. Sorry to say but you’ll need it.

Spent an afternoon at the Audi barrie location getting an emergency repair from Neil and Gerard in the garage.the car was fixed extremely quickly and professionally in under 1 hr on a Saturday with no appointment! So impressive, especially in this economy.

However, I would be remiss not to mention the superstar sales rep, Santiago. He forfeited his pizza lunch to get to know us and ensure that we felt comfortable and taken care of, including providing us with snacks and water to keep us going.he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly-I will be getting all my cars from Santiago from now on! After 2 years of service I'm a very disappointed with the service dept.at Audi Barrie. Went in for a regular oil change and came out with the Air Conditioner not working. Service has cleaned their hands and wants to charge to review and fix issue. Please do not service your Audi at Barrie they are not trust Worthy.

The worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Salesperson Zach and pre-owned manager Paul are unprofessional and are filled with empty promises. I highly recommend NOT buying your car from this dealership.

I am not the type of person to leave reviews but I couldn't let this one go. My wife and I have been car shopping for a few months now and were specifically in the market for a acura MDX. I phoned the dealer to make a appointment and was directed to a sales representative named Zach. At first, as usual, Zach was very helpful and pleasant and had the car sitting out front waiting for us.my wife and I liked the car and wanted to see it again the next day and after thinking about it left a deposit with Zach to secure the car. The car was taken to a body shop for detailing and if the car met our expectations after detailing we would proceed with the purchase. Seems as soon as the deposit was left, that was enough for Zach to lose interest in the deal. We communicated over text until he felt he no longer needed to respond and went days with out updating us on the status of the vehicle.with our deposit on the vehicle and no communication, my wife was forced to speak with the manager and ask for a update on the car. Paul updated us and said he will call when the car comes back from the body shop. 5 days later, Zach decides to reach out to me about the status of the vehicle at his convince even though I had asked him to contact me sooner as I had other questions about the vehicle. We scheduled a visit to see the car and firmed up the deal. If it wasn't for the condition of the car and the exact car we were looking for, we would have walked away a long time ago as the staff seem like they could care less if they sold the vehicle or not. As Zach could see our frustration with the process, he proceeded to say "ill take care of you guys" on car delivery date, and on that day, there was nothing.although my wife and I are very happy with the vehicle, we feel as if customer service and customer satisfaction means absolutely nothing to our salesman and the used car manager. Seeing the Instagram pictures of happy, smiling customers is the experience we hoped for with a big red bow on the hood.instead it seems they couldn't get rid of us fast enough. All I can say is I'm very grateful it isn't a audi vehicle and we do not have to have any part or communication with this dealership or its staff ever again.

Picked up a brand new 2021 Q7 Progressive this past spring.

Upon pickup with the new vehicle there was significant swirl mark damage to the clear coat as a result of Audi Barrie washing the vehicle by hand after it arrived from a dealer to the south.

This was post my inspection of the vehicle after it arrived on the lot in Barrie covered in road grit and film from wet roads.

I took the burden on myself to have the vehicle cut and polished and put a ceramic coating on the car.

During a recent service visit and with a note on file indicating “do not wash vehicle” my vehicle was hand washed and once again badly damaged.

I went back to a paint correction specialist and had them strip and correct the car and re apply my ceramic gold package.

The owner their indicated to me that they had received several vehicles from Audi Barrie with severe clear coat wash damage. Damaged as a result of Audi Barrie’s mishandling and gross negligence/ lack of proper training with vehicle washing.

The total cost for both jobs is in excess of $6000.00

The service manager, Ryan Dermont told me to have the car fixed and that he would have it covered. That he “did not have a leg to stand on”.

I’ve been going back and forth with Audi Barrie and they have decided that they will only cover $700 of a $3300 mistake that was made on their end a second time as a direct result of gross negligence, lack of training and mishandling of my vehicle.

I was strongly advised by various third party paint correction specialists to not have Audi Barrie attempt to perform any paint correction via their contacts.

I’ve found Audi Barrie to be incredibly poor with respect to this situation and have even emailed managers that won’t respond to an email.

I currently own two Audi’s and will not allow Audi Barrie to handle a vehicle of mine again in the future.

** if you've had a white vehicle washed here and are not the type of person who hand washes and looks after the clear coat on your vehicle you may not notice the swirl damage from an improper wash.in my case with a brand new black vehicle in the sun the damage was very apparent and incredibly disappointing to see on a vehicle that cost $107k after making and upside-down trade on my 2017 A7 Competition.

As a remote buyer from Ottawa I needed extra photos and discussion before buying a certified used vehicle. Campbell and Aaron were great and addressed all my concerns!

Best car buying experience of my almost 50 years of life! A no pressure showroom complimented by knowledgeable, professional staff. Every option is presented with no pressure at all and a willingness to assist. My sales person was Daniel Carnales and he was exceptional from the first greeting to the moment I drove my car off the lot. Daniel listens to what I wanted, the budget I was working with and worked with me to get the deal I wanted (including improving the initial trade-in offer). I was buying a 2017 off brand, pre-owned vehicle but Daniel makes you feel like you're buying a $100k showroom car. I wholeheartedly recommend Audi Barrie!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We walked in to book a service, on the day of our service we got there and they didn’t have us booked in the system so we left and called later and booked it again, they booked us for a service at a different Audi location in Toronto. We finally got it sorted and when we picked up the car after the service the alignment was still off. We then had an issue come up with our car and brought it in and they didn’t have a loaner car for us which isn’t a problem but they did nothing to try and assist us further, they told us it wasn’t their problem. They told us they couldn’t pull our lease up since we got it at a different location which is not only a lie but additionally they could have had better customer service and contacted the dealership we got the car from to get them to provide the lease and this was told to us by their general manager which is blatantly unacceptable. They have the worst customer service, they are not helpful and clearly need to be trained better to do their job. They don’t treat you as a paying customer and I was absolutely unimpressed. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would.

Had a wonderful experience buying a car from Audie Barrie. Cant say enough about Jeffrey, we are from Ottawa and did everything online with his help, he was extremely flexible and patient with all my demands and not pushy. I was a bit on edge buying a car without seeing it, but he went beyond, produced extra pics and i felt reassured to proceed with the transaction. Thanks to Jacquie too who made the financial aspect seems like a breeze. When came the time to pick up the car, it was as described, even better as it had winter mats we were not expecting. Unbelievable that you can’t get a loaner vehicle really you pay $230 for an oil change and they can’t provide you with a vehicle not to mention this place is in the middle of no where! A little dissatisfied for sure not the Audi service you would expect! Also found out on my invoice that I declined services. Aka 115km service they didn’t even explain what that was!

I love my new Q3 - so safe and efficient. Salesperson Jeff H.was amazing - knowledgeable, responsive and really knows the product. I would highly recommend Jeff and this dealership to anyone interested in driving an Audi.

Zach was amazing. He was able to make my experience wonderful. It was a difficult start as an online representative insulted me and made me feel like I was not the type of person who was in line to buy an Audi. He told me to go to a rental car agency if I wanted a joy ride.

Zach on the other hand was overly apologetic even though it was not his fault. He made me feel special and I ended up purchasing a Q8 and love it. We had an amazing experience purchasing our car from Audi Barrie. Jeff called us back within minutes of us sending an email query about a vehicle of interest. He arrange for us to drive the vehicle later that day. He also gave us the opportunity to test out other vehicles so we could figure out which one would best suit our needs. There was never any pressure of any kind an his straightforward and friendly approach couldn't have been better. Audi obviously makes wonderful vehicles but the service we received was what separated Audi Barrie from the other dealerships we went to. Jeff will be the first person we turn to when we are looking for our next vehicle.

We bought a Q8 in 2019, and at the time we were advised that all routine service would be included as part of our Audi Care. On our latest visit, we were advised that any future oil changes/service would no longer be covered. GM offered a free tire change. Since 2019 we have recommended 2 friends to them who both purchased vehicles. We will no longer do business with this dealership as they haven't followed through with what was promised.

I cannot say enough about this dealership. I bought an SQ8 and the process was absolutely top notch from the test drive to the final pickup. This is my second Audi purchase from this dealership and they are by far the best dealership I have dealt with after buying 7 new cars in my life.

I live in downtown Toronto and had subpar experiences at the Downtown and Uptown dealerships. They were quite resistant to me test drive the SQ8, saying that, "people just buy these cars without driving them! " I travel the extra 100 km to Audi Barrie for the quality and personal touches. First of all Patrick Murphy was simply exceptional as a sales person. He knows his cars and the competition better than any. There is nothing worse than when someone in sales says they only know their brand. Secondly, the service at this dealership (Jordan and Richard) are the best there is. Even when my previous car was well beyond warrantee they treated me like I had a new car with service perks and a loaner car every time.

I would recommend the extra drive if you live in GTA just for the quality of the experience from this dealership.
