Caution: if you attempt to redeem the cash value at the end of your extended warranty, they will give you the run around. I was never able to redeem it after repeated emails, calls and event walked into the dealership.

The owner claimed in his reply that my package did not include this. He/she does not state however that I walked into the dealership to discuss this exact topic, got a different response. Tammy provided me with the paperwork to redeem the cash value of my package (I have the emails). I signed and returned the documents. Only to never hear from the dealership again. 4 followups were sent.

Our first audi will be our last.what a nightmare.i wish i had read about the reliability issues beforehand (see consumer reports). I knew there'd be a premium simply because of the name, which in itself is ridiculous, but i didn't realize you'd have to pay twice as much as anywhere else for the same service.

Steve was great, worked with us to get us in our new vehicles at a price point we were comfortable with! He was super friendly and all staff we met were helpful!

Audi Durham did my 150k service, a rear brake replacement and a safety recall today. Everything was completed when they said it would be and all aspects were top notch. Great service as always.

I purchased a 2019 A8 L from Audi Durham in Whitby Ontario for a client.
It was certified and we also purchased an Audi Platinum extended warranty.

Upon bringing it to BC, it wouldn't pass the Provincial Safety Inspection as the front brakes were rusty and warped, and the air filter was filthy.
Audi Durham sent an air filter to the Kelowna dealer, but never addressed the brakes which were replaced at my client's expense.
After numerous unsuccessful calls to Audi Durham, Audi Canada was contacted and a customer service agent said they would look into it.
After contacting them a number of times, they said they were waiting for Audi Durham to respond, as it had been so long they offered a $500 gift card, which they finally sent months later after embarrassing my client at the dealership in Kelowna, their having no knowledge of it.
After arriving in Palm Desert where they spend half the year, my client was told the extended warranty doesn't work in the USA, this is after a lengthy email exchange with Audi Durham prior to purchasing the warranty extension, assuring him it was identical in every way. He was also told the transmission required service, the A/C required service and a new battery was needed to solve an existing problem with the cameras. One of the rear computer screens was also defective. My client then paid for the required service, the battery and screen was covered under warranty.

After numerous calls to Customer Service to escalate these issues which have dragged on for months, a senior person from Audi Canada called my client.
He said he didn't feel this was anything to do with Audi Canada.

My client understands their position and now wants nothing to do with Audi Canada, now or in the future.
The A8 is to be sold and replaced with an S-Class or a BMW 750.

I am very disappointed in the customer service that I did not receive at this dealership. I have driven an Audi for over 12 years and was thinking of trading in my current Q5 2019. I recently decided to look at the Q8, and stop by the show room take a look. I parked my current Audi in the driveway and entered the show room. I looked around and noticed there was some people sitting at their desks but I proceeded to check out all the vehicles in the inside show room. This entailed me walking around in the building opening car doors and trunks for about 20 minutes. I was never approached or greeted to ask if they could help or if I had any questions. There was nobody at the reception desk to even inquire if somebody would be able to help me. After 20 minutes I left the building and will not take my business back there again.

Visited Audi Durham to get a good deal on the Q5, Worked with Cameron Bugajski on getting the quotes for trade-in. He went above and beyond to find the right deal for me in a short period of time. He was friendly and helpful, and would love to get an upgrade in the future from him

I'm very happy with my new Audi. As you can imagine getting a new car in this current market is daunting and at times difficult. Cameron Bugajski made sure to answer all my concerns and continued to keep in touch once I received my car to make sure I was satisfied. That type of customer service is rare. We were between the Q5 and the new Genesis GV70. After test driving both we decided to go with the Genesis. Fast forward 6 months and increasingly frustrated by the lack of communication from Genesis, we canceled our order and went back to Audi to purchase the Q5. Cameron was very attentive and we were able to get our car in less than 5 days.
If you are in between these two, learn from my experience and stay away from Genesis. Once we paid our deposit, there was no communication or care. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. We are extremely happy to have gone back to our original choice. Absolutely no regrets. We love our Q5. Thank you Cameron for providing us with a great experience.

We recently purchased a 2022 Audi e-tron from Audi Durham and the process was smooth. Steve Kisil was very helpful when we dropped into the dealership to see and sit in an e-tron. We had done lots of on-line research, but had seen only a couple in the "wild. " We hadn't decided to deal with Audi Durham at that point, but the treatment we received convinced us to move forward with them. From that point to collecting our new car, working with Audi Durham went smoothly. Steve provided links to Audi informational videos, went through a lot of the basics when we picked the e-tron up and offered to answer questions as we discover the amazing technology in the e-tron. We even have our first check-up scheduled.late next Spring! All in all, a great experience.

We purchased an E-tron last September from Audi Durham. Khaled Samy was our contact and he was excellent to deal with! The car was scheduled to be made at the German factory during early October but then with the delays to production (due I think to supply chain issues, mostly with computer chips), the delivery date kept being pushed back. Khaled always kept us in the loop, and, in fact, when the delivery date was being pushed back even further, he and the sales team inquired and managed to get us another E-tron, with almost identical options, and when we received the car a few days before Xmas, well, we were most appreciative! Khaled and the Audi Durham team had kept their promise on the delivery date and the whole electric car buying experience was outstanding.

Had one of the best experiences buying the 2022 Audi S3. Sammy was the representative who helped through the whole process. He is definitely an exceptional and remarkable person at his job. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking to buy Audi.

I had sent an email complete with pictures of my concerns. Gessica shared the process she would follow namely coordinating with the service advisor to get me in at a time that worked with my schedule and determining if availability for a rental could be arranged. I was pleasantly surprised to find a rental to allow me to continue on with my day and the alert, convenience of the work report and I was able to pay online before I even got there so all that was needed was to thank them all and drive off!

Now if there was a way to pick up my car and leave a rental. That would be above and beyond my expectations.

For a first time Audi owner coming from Owasco VW I'm glad that the level of service provided is in keeping with the Owasco nameplate.

Got my Q5 there and I worked with Cameron. He's one of the most knowledgeable sales people I've encountered in my life and he is so helpful! He took the time to walk me through everything, accommodated every need (Even provided a meeting room for a friend of mine who was with me that had to jump into an online meeting with his company)! He kept in touch after the sales and kept checking in to see everything was OK.

This is my third time buying/leasing an Audi. Also my first time doing the whole process virtually over a few days. This was by far my best experience with a car dealership. It starts with an experienced Audi brand specialist: Steve Kisil. Steve took the time to answer all my questions without any undue pressure. When buying a car it is important that you do your homework for a flawless process. I am pretty sure Steve can adapt to any type of buyers but it was much appreciated that he got in the right spot when it was time to settle on price. At the end what matters is to close on a mutually beneficial transaction and learning something out of it. I live in Montreal but took delivery of the car at the dealership. I don't regret that for a second as I had time to meet an amazing team and elbow five Steve along the way. They made some arrangements for my way in that literally blew my expectations away.
