While deciding between the Audi Q4 e-tron and the Q5, Pravin’s thorough explanation of the differences between the two and factoring in my daily commute made my decision making process a breeze. Pravin's straightforward and transparent assistance truly stood out, making me feel confident in my choice. I recently purchased an Audi Q3 from Audi Midtown, Toronto. I was amazed by the showroom, definitely the best showroom I have visited. I had an equally amazing experience with Phil Gordon, the Audi Brand specialist. His customer service was superb. He very enthusiastically explained all the features of the Q3 and answered all my questions. He was also very accommodating when, after choosing a color, I decided, a few days later, to changed to a different color! During my first visit with Phil, the General Manager, Alex Loureiro came over to introduce himself. I felt special!

Taking delivery was a breeze. At this point, Robyn Winter, a Product & Delivery Specialist explained all the relevant features. Both Phil and Robyn followed up a few days later to inquire how I was faring with the car. Later Phil helped me with buying a Winter Tire package. Recently I went back to the dealership to buy a cargo liner. Phil helped me again with this purchase and even came to the car to install it. The Parts Specialist, KJ was also extremely helpful during these purchases. At this time I had a few questions to ask Robyn, who, without an appointment, graciously came to the car to answer my questions.

All in all, I was tremendously impressed by Phil, Robyn and KJ, and would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends

Extremely Disappointed: A Disheartening Experience at Audi Midtown Dealership

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing Audi Midtown dealership, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service and professionalism I encountered. My excitement for purchasing a new car quickly turned into frustration and regret due to a series of miscommunications and delays.

I was initially provided with an estimated arrival date for my new car at the end of June. Based on this information, I made the decision to sell my previous vehicle two weeks prior to the anticipated delivery. Little did I know that this decision would result in a month-long ordeal of waiting for a car that seemed to be indefinitely delayed.

To make matters worse, my attempts to seek updates on the status of my new car were met with unhelpful responses. I spoke with Karson Kwok, a representative at the dealership, who casually informed me that I would need to wait for at least another week. By this point, I had already endured four weeks of waiting, which required me to rent a car at an average cost of $600-700 per week. In total, I have already spent approximately $2500 on rentals that could have been allocated towards my down payment had I been given accurate information from the beginning.

What truly disappointed me, even more, was the dismissive attitude I encountered from Karson Kwok. Despite acknowledging the considerable inconvenience I had faced, he appeared uninterested in resolving the issue promptly or offering any form of compensation. His tone and choice of words during our conversation conveyed a lack of empathy and accountability. It seemed as though he felt there is no need for client satisfaction since the deal had already been finalized.

The lack of transparency and professionalism exhibited by the dealership is simply unacceptable. Honesty about the arrival date of the new car would have allowed me to make an informed decision about selling my previous vehicle and avoided the exorbitant costs of renting a car for an extended period. Instead, I find myself in a frustrating situation, grappling with the consequences of their false promises and poor communication.

Overall, my experience with this Audi car dealership has been deeply disappointing. Their inability to deliver, coupled with the dismissive and unprofessional behavior of their representative, Karson Kwok, has left me feeling frustrated, disheartened, and regretful. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options that prioritize honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my first Service at Midtown Audi. I appreciated the reminders and even got a call the day before asking if I’d like to come in even earlier. And I took advantage of that and was in early and out quickly and efficiently. My Advisor (Jakub) promised the vehicle would be ready in about an hour - hour and a half, and lo and behold, it sure was! Car was washed to boot.
I waited in the comfortable and clean lounge and logged in to the free WiFi and made the most tod the time. In fact, I was getting so productive I wasn’t ready to pack up and leave when my Allroad was ready!

As a long-time loyal Audi customer (who had a RARE one-off non-ideal service experience a couple months ago), I am glad to say that, after consulting the service manager Mr. Angelo Christopoulos, I have since had the outstanding problems properly taken care of with excellent quality. My Q5 is now driving very smoothly, as expected from an SUV that is still under warranty. Thank you Angelo and the team for a job well done!

Couldn’t have been happier with the end-to-end Audi Midtown experience! Big shout outs to Shehan and David for taking care of us as we transitioned out of our current lease to a new one. Shehan, who is an Audi Sports expert, provided care as he walked through all our options and patiently designed the right Audi for our needs. He was thorough and professional, patient and easy to talk to. David, who is the sales manager, also went the extra mile to make sure we had the best deal, that important details were explained properly, and that the team took care of us. The car is what we expected, but the customer care was above and beyond our expectations!

Audi Midtown always provides great customer service whenever I bring my vehicle in for servicing. Most recently, I brought my car in for detailing and had a very pleasant experience interacting with Gus. He was even kind enough to throw in a gecko air freshener. The valet driver, Sean did an amazing job delivering my vehicle as scheduled and was extremely kind throughout the process. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location even though it is not the closest dealership to my home in Markham.

Parvin and Andrew the sales guys were very accommodating and professional.cBrook Osborne was a great help when it came to mechanical issues.
George the foreman showed extraordinary and deep knowledge about the car and all it's systems.
And we always leave happy and get a complementary Car Wash.

Took our Audi Q7 for our schedule maintenance had several hiccups with the service advisor, 1) waited over 1 hour for our Uber driver who never arrived, 2) drop off service was not available, everything was just a no with this service advisor. So my wife called and spoke to Angelo Christopoulos, the Service Manager and everything became a YES, he solve our problems instantly and delivered our car to our home. We have a baby and the baby car seat was in the car being service and had plans for the day. So, thank you Angelo Christopoulos!

We recently got ourselves a red sporty new Q3. We are extremely happy with the car and the way Pravin dealt with us. Very knowledgeable, not pushing you too hard for a sale but yet having the soft connect. He literally sold us the car with his communication skills. Lol!

Nevertheless we are extremely happy with the car, a wonderful Audi experience.

$400 oil change called "service". They charged me $200 for 45 mins labor for the oil change, $4.25 to top off my washer fluid, and a random, unexplainable $9 charge. Not even free coffee for my $400 oil change. Oh wait.service. That was their explanation.the word service. They didn't know where my car was when they handed me my keys. Get your car oil changed on a regular basis according to your cars needs but don't do it here unless they start charging standard rates.

Recently had the pleasure of taking possession of a 2021 Audi Q3 Technik. My first experience here and staff were all friendly and welcoming on all our visits. Discussions with Marti from start to finish were detailed, informative and engaging. Very fair during discussions and up-front with terms, which is something I greatly value. Sales manager Larry was also extremely helpful in getting the financing put together. Delivery tour with Peter was exceptional as I've never had such an in-depth vehicle tour in my previous deliveries. Overall extremely happy with the experience! We recently purchased a 2021 Audi A4 Tecknik 45 TFSI, in beautiful Quantum Grey. Our Audi brand specialist, Marti, was transparent, detailed, and made the process of purchasing a vehicle seamless and easy.

Marti was present from the beginning of the process, all the way to the end when we took delivery. He made the experience extra special. When we are ready to purchase another vehicle, we will most definitely be back at Audi Midtown, purchasing through Marti Sison.

This is by far the worst, most dishonest and greedy dealer I have ever worked with. I have used them for oil changes and other services for years. (Too trust worth, unwise on my part, its way too over priced spend thousands of $$$$) They have lots of up-sale schemes. I have 1 nail in my tire they told me its “unfixable” so I have to replace the whole tire which cost more than $600 (after a discount they said). I went to an independent store they fixed it up for $40 said no problem at all. Its an older car doesnt make anything senses to replace it for now. Never ever use their service department unless its free. The sales/service person Juris can lie to you in a straight face. They work on commission too. Go to an reputable auto shop, you would be much happier.

Bought a 2021 S5 Sportback a month ago. Not only is the car all around perfect, but so was the customer service and special treatment in this dealership. (Hard to find great, patient salespeople in car dealerships nowadays.)
Manli Xu sold me this beautiful car. She was so kind, professional and patient! -and same to Karson Kwok that assisted me to her!
Loved the environment in audi midtown and can’t wait to continue purchasing from them.

Marti Sison at Audi Midtown was such a pleasure to deal with. I was involved in a pretty serious accident and my vehicle was written off. I needed a new vehicle quickly. Marti quickly connected me with my new car. They made me feel so special even putting a huge red bow on the car. Simon Foo carefully explained all the features and answered any technical questions I had. Ildiko Futo was very efficient with handling all the paperwork. This is definitely the dealership you should be going to if you’re in the market for a new Audi and you would be in very capable hands with Marti!

We had a fantastic car buying experience through Simon Wai. We had already test drove and negotiated with another dealership that seemed a little shady while I had been emailing with Simon about what they had at his dealership. He was always on top of emails and returned any phone calls promptly. While negotiating he was able to get the same car for less than the shady dealership while being very upfront in telling us that they didn't have exactly what we wanted in stock. With that said he did everything he could to get as close to the Q5 we wanted considering the time of year most 2018's are sold out. (not what the other dealership told us.were just trying to get a commitment from us argh!) Once the car was purchased Simon went out of his way to be sure that we could pick up the car before we went out of the county that week. He met us on pick up day with a few cute Audi gifts and sent us on our way. All around a great experience! Thank you Simon!

Really liked the service provided by Simon at Midtown Audi. He was friendly, knowledgeable and personable, and most importantly, didn't behave like a typical pushy car salesman. He took the time to explain various models/trims and also elaborated various available financing options to ensure that we had the best deal possible. Overall, we felt very valued and it helped us walk out with a great car for a decent price! I would strongly recommend going to this dealership, especially to have a chat with Simon, if you are seriously contemplating buying an Audi.

We recently bought an Audi Q5 from Audi Midtown. Our experience with the dealership was incredible. This wouldn't have been possible without the right guidance and help from Karson Kwok. He walked us through the entire process, listened to our needs and tried to work out a deal which suits both our needs and budget. He also followed with us after the purchase to ensure everything is fine with the car. We were quite impressed with his professionalism and the manners with which he handles his clients.

Audi Midtown is a great showroom with lot of options to choose from. The facility is very spacious and clean and the staff in this showroom are warm and friendly. Simon Wai was very patient and helpful in explaining the features of the different models available and helped us choose the right one for our use and we made our first Audi purchase here!

From the very start, Jimmy went above and beyond our expectations as he was incredibly kind and helpful. I mistakenly missed my scheduled service appointment and Audi found a way to somehow squeeze me in the following day. Very thankful and appreciative of that. Amber was wonderful in acknowledging my urgency and Henry was equally great in addressing my points of interest regarding the appointment and further educating me with respect to continued maintenance and follow-up. In short, the level of service was excellent! Dave (service) and Karson (sales) are awesome, too! I am very happy that I chose to purchase my Audi (which I love, btw) from Midtown Audi.

Audi Midtown's service was inefficient.
When I reserved to get winter tires installed a week ago, I was told that it would take "about an hour or more. " But when I arrived at the dealership at 10 am on a weekday, I was told that the installation would be finished early afternoon because there were so many installations to be done today (Then maybe you should not have taken so many reservations today!). When I returned around 1: 30 pm and asked when the installation would be complete, I was told that "soon, because the car is currently in the shop now. " (Two people who have told me this all seemed nice, but apparently, they did not want to go through the trouble of actually calling or visiting the shop to check the progress) So I waited at the waiting area hoping that the installation would be finished soon. However, an hour and a half passed, and no one bothered to update me. I requested a specific time frame, and only then did they went to the shop to check the progress. It was around 5 pm when I was finally told that the installation was complete.
Winter tire installation should not take 7 hours, especially when you made a reservation a week prior, and was told that it would be finished much earlier. I am still unsure why it took so long.

One last thing, when I got into my car, I found that the radio was on some kind of "Laughter" channel, which was apparently some sort of a comedy network (I have Sirius XM radio). I never listen to the comedy channel so I am guessing it was one of the staffs at the shop who changed the channel and listened to my radio (The volume setting was also different). This is unprofessional and not what you expect from a luxury car brand.

The reception is friendly and the place is clean.service was not the best. I recently purchased a pre-owned A4 at this place, ordered a set of winter tires. The sales quoted me Michelin Alpin, went to pick up the vehicle yesterday, without telling me about the miscommunication or wrong quote, I notice they put a set of Xice on instead of the Alpin and the year made on the tires were 2016. At first, I feel like the sales was trying to brush me off by telling me that he can't do anything about the price, but in the end, he manage to reduce $200 on the tire package. There's alot of dealerships around, and honestly, it's not a small money we paying for our vehicle. We don't want to give anyone a hard time, but we want to leave the dealership happy.

Amazing Customer Service!

From my experiences, Audi Midtown has always provided better customer service than any other Audi dealerships in Toronto. This time, Simon Wai, an Audi Brand Specialist, helped me with my new car. Simon was extremely helpful, informative, detail-oriented, trusting and patient. His service went beyond my expectations as I was quite indecisive and made a lot of changes before settling on a car.

I highly recommend Simon Wai to anyone thinking of getting an Audi, you won’t regret it. Thank you Simon for the excellent customer service!

Kelvin Leung is fantastic! Kelvin is extremely helpful, knowledgable, and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Kelvin. The customer service Kelvin provides in unbeatable, the turn around time, attention to detail, assistance, and overall experience with Kelvin is something you will appreciate and it goes a long way! I can't say enough great things about Kelvin and the Manager, Andrew Lepage, at Audi Midtown. What a wonderful experience. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Extremely satisfied you will not be dissapointed. Thank you Kelvin and Andrew for such a great experience! I should also mention that I live right around the corner from an Audi dealership however I will ALWAYS chose Kelvin Leung at Audi Midtown he is a wonderful person who cares and is so extremely helpful, such great customer service from Kelvin!

Absolutely terrible service. Made an appointment for 1: 30PM TWO WEEKS in advance to get snow tires put on the car. Arrived early, when I ask for a time estimate the sales associate says 4PM which is already ridiculous considering 1) I made an appointment, and 2) putting snow tires on a car does not take 2.5 hours. At 3PM I checked in with the clerk, letting him know that I needed to be out by 4PM to drive 2 hours to London Ontario (this is why I made the appointment at 1: 30 to avoid rush hour to begin with). Clerk says it will be done at 4PM no problem. At 3: 50 I go to check in, they say it will be another 40 minutes. Moral of the story, if you want to wait 3+ hours for a snow tire installation with an appointment, this is place for you!

My experience buying my recent Audi
A5 sport back sportline 2018 at Midtown Adi showroom, was fabulous. The auto brand specialist, Simon Wai made life easy with his extensive product knowledge, intent and enthusiasm to best meet my needs and honesty around all communications and correspondences throughout.
From a scale of 0 - 10, I rate him a 10 in every aspect of his role and would recommend him time and again.

Just bought a new Audi from Bill Yuan. He tried all he can to help negotiating a good deal with the manager for me, we spent around a week since the beginning of the process and he has been fabulous in term of professionalism. He communicates with customer with respect and put into a lot of efforts on making things easy and straightforward, the best part I like throughout the whole process is that he never delays on answering phone calls or text messages! He is always responsive even on Sunday or his day off. What a brilliant experience it was.thanks Audi midtown and thanks Bill! What’s more important, I love my new car!
