2022: Bought my first car from here! Came here specifically to give a huge shout out to Rishabh (Ray) Sharma and Adeel Saquib. They were nothing short of incredible during this process and always acted in my best interest. I would recommend them 1000000 over again and again. They made this experience so easy and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of recently purchasing a vehicle from Audi Mississauga Mavis. This is my first Audi and it was a great experience all around from beginning to end but wanted to highlight Cyrus who was flawless, dedicated, friendly and pleasant throughout the process. The person delivering my vehicle outright asked me to give a 5 star rating. This is not the intent. Ask me if there is anything else you can do for me, actually deliver service that earns a 5. You can’t just ask for for a 5 - lacks integrity and seems off brand for Audi. Frankly the experience was pretty average - no real issues other than above but nothing that you would consider above average. So I am a 3 - meh!

Just bought a Ram 2500 that I was in the market for some time. Audi on Mavis was where we found it and Haseeb Rehman was amazing! This is the worst car dealership I ever dealt with; from no where they charge you ~1K admin fee when you buyout a lease, whereas they already changed you 500$ buyout fee initially in the lease agreement. Home of a bunch of cheaters who don’t honour the contract signed by their own dirty hand; stay away from this garbage place and find some decent people to do the business.

Recently purchased an Audi SQ5 from Haseeb and couldn't be more happy. Haseeb was able to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle and regular maintenance in detail. The process from choosing the right car to finalizing a deal was smooth and easy all the way through. Would highly recommend reaching out to Haseeb.

Sales people acted like they did not want our business. After about 5-10 minutes of walking through their showroom, no one approached us.

Bought a used SQ5 from Haseeb at Mississauga Audi in September. Overall experience was great. Haseeb was great to deal with the entire time. I live in Nova Scotia and dealt with him using phone, text and video to do complete walk through of the vehicle and to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend this dealership who were professional and very accommodating the entire time.

Really great experience getting my car from here. Frank did a fantastic job and made sure all my concerns were addressed. There were some hiccups in the process with the additional warranty that I purchased with the car, but when I escalated the issue it was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. An update on my initial review 2 weeks later: I'm really enjoying the car. Unfortunately it's missing 2 important items: car jack and wheel lugs key. Being far away out of province, i have reached out to the dealer to fix the issue. Very typical scenario: once the car is sold everything is over. The dealer was absolutely unwilling to help me and fix their error. Initial review is updated accordingly. Dishonest and unprofessional people out there.

It’s was a good experience with Audi and Frank kept us to update through the all process. He tried to make our experience the best possible. We are still loving the car after 2 months. Would buy again there.

I have a 2015 VW GTI which has needed a couple of pretty expensive repairs over the past year. The VW dealer where I first bought the car was giving me a huge run around so I thought I’d try out Audi Mississauga. I was confident that their technicians would know their way around my car since Golf and A3/A4 have a lot in common. The service reps that I dealt with at Audi Mississauga were very friendly and helpful and really took care of me. The service manager offered me options for a turbo replacement which VW never offered me. I also needed a repair to my sunroof which Audi Mississauga did for $150 and which was estimated by VW at over $2000. The work that Audi Mississauga has done on my VW has been top notch and the customer service has been exemplary. I will definitely be coming back to Audi Mississauga for service on my GTI and if Audi ever decides to start making A3 e-trons again I will be the first in line to buy one from this dealership!

I am a long time Audi owner and Audi Mississauga has always provided me with a great experience. For many years I have taken my vehicles here for service and after sales support and it's consistently excellent.

Their service department is particularly good, and I would like to specifically mention Ankit Dhadwal who has become a trusted advisor on how to best take care of my vehicles over the years.

My current vehicle is an RS5 which requires specialized handling and care. I never have to worry when I leave it with him as he treats customer cars like he would treat his own.

Regardless of what service or maintenance is required I can count on him to explain and guide me through the details and the processes. Most recently I took my car in for a small maintenance item to be corrected and Ankit once again was excellent in his communication and expectation setting during the entire process.

Excellent experience here at this dealership, would highly recommend.

I’ve purchased a couple vehicles from this dealership. I had to come back. Joe is great to work with as a sales professional. He really listens and wants to help you find what your perfect fit. But beyond sales, they treat you well, as you would expect from a premium dealership. I have had bad experience at some other dealerships that just treat you like a number. Audi Mississauga treats you like an individual and every person you speak with cares and tries to provide the service levels that you are ultimately paying for. Customer service is a lost art but this team could teach it!

Trust me I was very close to cancelling my new car purchase if they did not change my representative to Candice.

No joke- I would advise all customers to go directly to her for support.

There is a lack of service at this location. I waited about 30 minutes just to buy parts only to find out they closed at 1pm (Which is when I came). I understand that if the salesmen and staff are busy selling cars but it's pathetic when the walk past me numerous times without batting an eye. All I wanted was an oil filter and spark plugs for my Q5. I don't recommend this location for anyone who wants their Audi serviced or to buy parts.

My experience with leasing was great, but when it came to buy out, it was a nightmare. It is so hard to get an appointment, or even an email reply to get a total for pay out. Audi mississauga mades me feel extremely unwelcome of my decision to buy out my car, everyone I dealt with was asking me if I want to lease another car instead. Lastly, when I emailed and followed up with my security deposit and it has been more than 3 weeks, yet the financial manager who helped with my pay out did not even email me back. I will not recommend this location to any friends or family, especially with you trying to buy out your own car.

This Audi dealership is absolutely the best place to buy your new or new pre-owned vehicle. The staff is not just smiling to make a sale, they follow through with what they promised. Even when it wasn't written on paper. They were proactive with their communication with us before and after the sale. Even their sister Brampton location was very helpful to us, even though, the vehicle was not purchased from there. My wife and I truly recommend Audi as a brand and this specific dealership as the place to buy your new vehicle if you want truly exceptional service!

Picked up my first Audi last week at Audi of Mississauga. I received nothing but fantastic service from the moment I entered the dealership. Special thanks to Adeel, Kaileigh, and Melissa, for making this excellent experience even better than I could have asked for. I’ll be back!

Well first off I brought my 2012 Audi A4 160k car to replace the valve cover gasket as I noticed my spark plugs had oil (mind you, my car was running smooth). Audi explained that they actually do not have a gasket but they have some sort of seal to solve the leaking cover. To only find out other issues, and major ones from a stretched timing chain, a timing tensioner, a bad cylinder head, a turbo charger, a pulley that was apparently put on the wrong way. I changed all of those parts, and I still see a check engine light on my car. I was told that it's another part connected to the crankshaft that is causing this check engine. I am at a loss as to how a vehicle go in with no check engine light then have basically everything changed and have so much problems even starting my car in the morning. Something I have never experience Pre Audi. It's strange how fixing a car actually made my car worse. I just wanted to change the valve cover that's all. I'm at a loss right now

Mississauga refused to perform the coolant pump safety recall because my car is tuned and they didn't even wash it or anything for me. I took it to K-W location instead and they performed it, no problems.

I went in today to test drive the A-5 Sedan and my experience was excellent. Govind is a very knowledgeable individual, who knows the ins and outs of each line of Audi. I really liked the Customer service, and the location is really good swell.

Disappointing experience.
On my second Audi and everytime I bring it to this location for service I am disappointed. In my opinion Audi of Oakville is much better.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian Ayala to lease my new vehicle and throughout the process he was extremely helpful. Given I had never leased a vehicle he walked me through the various options and ensured I had the time to digest and understand the details. I would recommend Audi Mississauga and more specifically Brian as a sales rep to anyone looking for fair and detailed information on their new vehicle.

This is a nice showroom with friendly staff.

But if you are in market looking for any Audi vehicle, this is not the best place from price standpoint. Midtown Audi or Uptown Audi can offer you better pricing.

Also looks like Sales Manager of this showroom does not like you bargaining with them which is very natural when you are negotiating for a typical $65,000 vehicle.

He will remind you that these are upscale cars for upscale market.

Otherwise I had very good experience with their service department.

Name of that manager is Anthony Morrison. He is a nice guy but I feel he was discriminating against me thinking that I might not have money to buy Audi vehicle, maybe by looking at my attire.

Their customer service was good at the reception desk. They don't have any demos available to try for their RS7 and refused to give us a test drive and asked for a 500 dollar non refundable deposit before the test drive.

The service department is fantastic. Andrea is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions you might have. This will definitely be my dealer of choice for the service of my wife's Audi Q3.

After 13 years I bought my first new car. Nervousness and trepidation aside and being overwhelmed by all the various cars and options in the car industry I was beyond frustrated. Then I had the fortune of walking into the Audi Mississauga dealership and meeting Candice Gowans. Candice was warm, welcoming, informed and provided simple direct information and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car to pay Candice a visit.
