There are not enough stars after my experience with this dealership… again…
From the minute I dropped my car off to the minute I left everyone was unbelievable!
Especially Laurie from the service department! 5 stars simply isn’t enough after the customer service she provided.

When I purchased my car in 2019, I also bought the extended warranty package that is through a 3rd party. I had to bring my car in for a major repair as I was losing oil. I was hoping the 3rd party would cover the cost of this but I did not have all of my records that they required in order for them to cover the repair. At this point I was convinced that I would encur the massive cost of almost $15,000.00 to have this repaired. Although I was unhappy about this, Laurie told me not to worry and just wait to hear back from the company. Laurie went to bat for me with this company and started digging into my records and also into records of the car before I even owned it to prove that regular maintenance was done prior to me owning the car. The 3rd party company reviewed all of the documents that Laurie had sent to them and they approved the work on my car which came to $10,000 (warranty rate). If it was not for her I would've had to pay an exrta 30% out of my own pocket. Thanks to her hard work, dealing with the 3rd party company, I only had to pay my deductable, Thank you Laurie!

I'd also like to thank the GM Chris Lang who called me personally to explain the process that the dealership will have to go through in order to hopefully have these repais covered. I know how busy he is and it meant a lot to me knowing that he cares about his customers enough to reach out to them personally! I thought that to be extremly professional!

Lastly, I think it's important to thank the tech who did the work on my car (Mark Chodrek). This is a massive job that he performed replacing all of my pistons among many other parts. I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon and it was ready for pick up first thing Friday morning.

All around fantastic experience with this dealership once again!

So far my husband and I have had a terrible experience with this dealership. We purchased a vehicle in late 2023 and (similarly to all of the other 1 star reviews) were told we would be able to pick up the car within a week but the date continued to be pushed further and further every time we reached out. To make matters worse the first night we drove the car home, the car battery died and we have been receiving the bare minimum in answers and service ever since. Please do yourself a favour and read all of the negative reviews before you decide to purchase from Queensway Audi.

Went in today to get a key reprogrammed. Nowhere to park. Parts guy was useless. Gave me a number to call. No help at all. Terrible service.

Terrible service experience in terms of customer service of service advisor Ms Chu. From the start she made me feel like she is doing to me a favour, to every single question she would answer. I don’t know …. Brought car back home and found out that it wasn’t fixed properly even though she told me before picking up the car that all good. Send her numerous emails and almost 2 weeks later she hasn’t had a decency to reply to any of my emails! I Contacted Paul, the manager. He is also for most of time ignores my emails, I asked him why his staff so unprofessional and he also ignoring my questions pertaining to this matter. If you read reviews you can clearly see that majority of people complaining about service at this Audi. Bottom line after you purchase your car be prepared for the worst service experience.

Wanted to upgrade myself to Q7 this fall but after awful experience with my current A4 I will be ditching Audi family for good. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for whole week. I have been on hold for hours, been transferred back and forth, left numerous voicemails- silence. And my request is not complicated. I guess they no longer want my business- no problem.
If you Audi lover and not willing to change the brand that I strongly advise you to look for different branch location. This one looks like way under staffed

Our total experience at Audi Queensway buying our new (pre-owned) Q3 was simply amazing and stress free! There was never any pressure to buy but just options provided to us. Out sales rep Kris Rajah was excellent throughout the process and the rest of the staff was also so wonderful in making things so easy! Great job Audi Queensway team!

If you’ve bought your Audi from another dealership, do not go to this one for servicing. Beside David, the service concierge who was extremely helpful and very nice, my experience with Laurie was not the best (to keep it as nice as possible). Considering that they’re part of the Dilawri group I would assume it’s all under one umbrella, but I guess they’ll only take care of you if you bought the car at that dealership.

Recently had an excellent experience purchasing a new 22’ Audi S3 from Queensway. Family member previously acquired a vehicle from Queensway (after visiting a couple others) so I knew Queensway would be head and shoulders above other Audi dealers in terms of their transparency, integrity, and reasonableness.

At the outset of my search for an S3 I had the misfortune to deal with Pfaff and Thornhill - the less said about these the better but talk about a farce. Fortunately, fate was on my side as a Queensway customer happened to decline their custom-order S3.

I called-up Queensway to find, to my initial dismay, that the salesperson with whom I had previously dealt, Alasdair, was on vacation. I was re-directed to another salesperson, Myles, whom I pleasantly came to discover is extremely friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Alasdair, to his credit, took time away from his vacation to speak with me shortly thereafter.

Myles charitably offered to assist with the sales process, accommodating the near-same day purchase timeline I had imposed on Alasdair. Long story short, everything could not have gone more smoothly. Myles was a real pleasure to deal with.

Alasdair returned in time to facilitate the delivery and, as before, he’s been incredible. Highly recommend Alasdair and Myles to anyone who is a serious buyer and does not wish their valuable time wasted - they will not let you down!

Very poor customer service, knowledge on product and finance was non existent. Pickup of vehicle was rushed, car was not detailed, all options on vehicle were not explained. We made an appointment to discuss the 2nd vehicle the same time we were picking up the first vehicle and we were told by Kris (the new car sales representative) that he did not have time as he had another appointment. We picked up the 2nd vehicle and the paperwork was not ready and the financing representative that was supposed to deliver the car to us left to go Golfing. Also there were charges that were on the BOS that were not supposed to be there. Not one follow up call was made by Kris about the 2 vehicles we had purchased. Very unprofessional. The new sales manager Saad Muhammad did not even acknowledge our existence that nite we purchased 2 vehicles equalling just shy of $200,000.00. The only bright light was Taylor Symons the other new car sales manager and Rohan Chrai a new car sales representative who did the best they could to salvage a little bit of dignity for the dealership.

They ordered an incorrect part for E-tron charging station and wouldn't correct without charging me more plus didn't want to take the incorrect part back. Very poorly handled. I have bought 2 cars here and spent thousands in service, the parts department seems to operate in their own world, indifferent to customer experience and wanted me to resolve the problem with the sales person. Seriously.figure it out. Will seriously reconsider any future purchases from this dealership.

Thank you Audi Queensway for helping my family get into our 4th Audi vehicle recently. I had the pleasure of working with Karin after she was very helpful during my sister's lease of her second Audi. We had a family emergency and Karin had no issues working with me on finalizing my sister's lease. She was understanding, open, and very empathetic. A couple of changes were required to my sister's vehicle but Karin was quick to accommodate and secure a vehicle. I took delivery of my sister's delivery and Karin still proceeded with the presentation and recorded it so my sister could view it later. Such a touching act that meant a lot to my sister. And given Karin's superb service, I committed to bringing my business to Karin upon the termination of my Q3 lease (end of Nov). Karin and I recently agreed to a finance deal on a new Q5. The process was straightforward, with a little back and forth from a competing dealership, but my upfront conversation with her and Saud really led me to retain my business with Audi Queensway. Looking forward to the delivery of our vehicle as I know my wife is very excited to get into her new Q5. Thank you Karin for your support, and continued service to my family.

I had leased an Audi from this dealership just over four years ago. Throughout my lease I found the dealership very hard to deal with. They failed to update contact information and to communicate important details about maintenance issues- which ended up leading to expensive out of pocket costs despite having the warranty. Every time you would bring this up you would get an apology email, a promise to do better and then nothing would change. The service actually got worse as the years went along.

Perhaps the most upsetting part was when it came to the end of my lease, I emailed and texted the dealership several times in beginning of 2022 about my options and received no response- so I came to the decision to buy out my car. Weeks before this was set to happen, the leasing specialist Nav reached out and at first seemed very sincere about having a meeting to discuss my options and look at new cars. I was starting to really consider a new lease instead. Until I was accidentally copied on an email where she disrespectfully joked about how they were not only going to get me to upgrade my car- but also sell me new products. Blatantly not caring what was best for the customer, and to top it off the email was ended with an LOL. Such a slap in the face after giving business to this dealership. My sisters and I have all bought our cars here and would NEVER do so again.

Following this email I received an extremely strange crying phone. I realized this dealership did not have the level of professionalism from the staff you would be looking for when considering where to give your business. I have bought out the car since and will trade it in and work with a more professional dealership moving forward.

He explained all of my options and went through everything from beginning to end…making sure I got everything on my wish list.

I recently took my older model A4 in for a scheduled check up and a seasonal tire swap. The service advisor pushed for replacing four tires when only two needed to be replaced. My specific request to have the AC looked at was just ignored or forgotten. The service advisor didn't communicate for days and this whole process took over two weeks. Lastly the vehicle came back with a heavy rattle coming from the underbody, I returned it to have this checked out, was told it was taken care of, just picked it up today and the and the rattle is still there. Would not recommend going here for service.

This is re- review, after a fairly lengthy back and forth with the GM, regarding the delivered condition of re-owned S5, The dealer did agree the car failed to meet is own standards.but- did correct, and compensate for the issues. I do agree it should have been correctly delivered at the time of pick up in MARCH 2022.however. I cannot fault the dealer any longer as the matter was resolved satisfactorily.

Purchased a used VW GTI from Audi Queensway Feb 2020. From start to finish the staff were fantastic. I pre-booked the vehicle viewing with Bogdan from sales who had the vehicle ready to go upon my arrival. Bogdan was knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and the background details involved in the purchase. I felt no pressure to go ahead after test driving the vehicle.

They were upfront with me regarding pricing and had an ear for reasonable negotiations. As part of my purchase price, I had negotiated all four rims to be refinished as they were badly damaged with curb rash. I was assured the rims would be immaculate and I was blown away by the results.

They had a few of the typical dealer "add-ons" on the initial itemized invoice (anti theft etching and other non essential fees) which they removed upon request.

I live an hour away from this dealer, with many other AUDI options littered along the way but I would without hesitation make the trek down to these guys for another purchase when the time comes.

EDIT: Two years later - go to sell this vehicle, I find that it had been previously involved in an accident which was unreported at the time of my purchase but does now show up on Carfax as "previously unreported" - upon inspection I found evidence of a front end collision behind the bumper. According to staff this car belonged to a family member of the owners at this Dealer so i'd say they probably knew the car status. Within 1 year and 30,000km the car engine blew up, related? Some shadyness here.

This is a dealership with very strange and poor communication practices. People will reach out to you via text and email during a lease and will then disappear off the face of the earth when responded to. My initial experience getting a lease here was not great either, poor customer service and mild attitude from sales rep. Would not go to this audi dealer again.

I got my Q8 from Audi Queensway, it is still under warranty. MMI function turned off and I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. The upper screen turned off and the on/off button on the lower screen was disabled. When I took it to the Audi Queensway showroom they had no idea how to turn it on. They pushed me to book an appointment and come back again. After my multiple requests a young gentleman tried to look at the buttons. By chance he hited the volume knob and the top screen turned on. I am surprised that no one in the showroom has knowledge about Q8 or they just ignore you after sale. This is not a good place to shop. I am buying an Audi Q7 from Audi at Dixi/401.
Bye bye Audi Queensway. After sale service is very bad at this location.

I have had a very good experience at Audi Queensway. Since the beginning, finding the car we were looking for was easy and enjoyable. Rob was very helpful and made himself available, really going above and beyond to help us with the choice of our car. He also made sure we were happy with the car, answering our questions and keeping in touch even after the deal was done.

BRIAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I HAVE TO MENTION OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE I WOULD GET THE EXACT CAR I WANTED. I met Brian at Toyota Bolton and after a few days of changing my mind of what car I wanted. Brian was in contact with the general manager Chris at Audi Queensway and together they got me the White Audi S5 with the red interior and with many extras. He helped me get the price that i wanted and told me about the how process of picking up my new Audi S5 is going to be.

Reggie & Jason were both amazing! And I had a really great experience! Went from a TSI Golf to my dream car JAGUAR XF! They made the experience very comfortable and always kept me informed within the finance process - when I picked up my Jaguar - Reggie personally showed me all the features of the vehicle and was very supportive and happy that I got what I really wanted! Arriving at Audi Qway, I was impressed by the architecture of the building. Inside an array of vehicles awaited you. Reggie was ready to greet me in the bright and spacious office area, all properly distanced. After my test drive, we negotiated a win/win deal that was stress less and left me in very good spirits. In future I will search for another vehicle at Audi Qway and thank Reggie for his excellent customer service and professional manner.

Recently purchased an SQ5 from Bogdan who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Between him and Justin in finance, it felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from childhood friends. The two of them went above and beyond every step of the way and were by far the friendliest team out of all German dealerships in the GTA. I also highly recommend the SQ5 and this is coming from a long term Mercedes fan ‍️

EDIT: severely downgraded due to service team. Ross is gone elsewhere and was talked down to, upsold extremely expensive service/solutions for an engine issue. Call backs were days late, not hours. Won't be back.

By far the best experience I have had buying a car, servicing a car and having an automotive partner. My wife and I leased an Audi Q5 two Decembers ago. All of the staff at Queensway have been super helpful. We were rear ended in the summer by a person not paying attention and Ross was great at walking us through the process for repair. All of our scheduled maintenance has been perfect and have never been "upsold" to. I could not recommend this dealership more.

I wanted to purchase a car from Audi so I came in without an appointment with my brother. We spoke to the secretary and arranged an appointment with a specialist. We waited about 10 mins before we met with the specialist. We ended up with the rudest man I ever have met. He advised me to go home to look online for cars and there was not slot of inventory in the dealership. I was hoping to be given information about the A6 and compare prices and models. My brother was so upset at the service and walked out. I had to stay and complain to the manager to let him know his staff was beyond rude and very unprofessional. The manager was polite but the staff are too busy to help clients which lead to me purchasing my car elsewhere. It was an upsetting and horrible experience in a luxury dealership

This is the first Audi we got, and it must be the last. Brought the car in for winter tires change in the morning, the front desk asked me when do I need my car. I went easy for them and told them I wasn’t in a rush, could be anytime near end of day. By 4: 50, I hear nothing from them. So I called them, they said maybe 5: 30, if I make it there by 6, it would be ready. Got there by 6, I was told that the tires had a nail, this and that. Well ok, so quite possibly, throughout the whole day, they did not work on my car until I called them. So I had to wait one more hour there till 7 in there, the car was finally ready. I wonder if I had not called them by 4: 50, if they will still have my car ready on the same day. I guess I was being too nice with them for saying “not in a rush”, whenever they ask the questions, just to make our lives easier, tell them you need it as soon as possible regardless if you actually need it that urgent. Do yourself some good.

Recently needed a new vehicle and randomly walked into this dealership and was blown away with the immediate attention I received. From receptionist to all sales on the floor, I was then greeted by Natalia Oleynikov, a Audi brand specialist who knew everything about all the models I was looking at. I must say that in my career, I’ve never been more impressed with how quick, efficient and well received this process was. I was quite surprised when I simply filled out an online inquiry form about a RS7 how patient, detailed and dedicated her effort around the clock in answering my questions, and drafting an offer to me after business hours.

I was not expecting to visit the dealership so soon as I was still "thinking about it", but the level of knowledge, the positive attitude and willingness to work with me around my budget made me feel literally no sales pressure at all, Aubrey built this solid relationship of trust and transparency, to the point where I had messaged her I wanted to come in the same day.

This is what a positive customer experience is all about: listening, understanding, and providing options that are very competitive. I must say, having dealt with many other sales before, this is my first positive review. I hope this helps future clients of Audi Queensway if it is their first time here.

My personal experience with Audi Queensway was excellent. Sales associate Natalia Oleynikov was very curtious from beginning to end. I never for one moment felt any sales pressure like you do in many dealerships.
Friendly, knowledgeable and she even went out of her way to get me an unscheduled test drive. A wonderful experience at Queensway.

Purchased my first Audi, from the most enthusiastic, and passionate sales person, I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Natalia was knowledgeable, but super fun, and warm! Best part for me, was how she handled so many of the details for me. I am so happy to be part of the Audi family.

It was to my fortune to have been welcomed by Natalia Oleynikov upon my visit to Audi Queensway. I absolutely love when a brand specialist is passionate and knowledgeable about what they sell! Natalia was courteous and diligent in addressing all my inquiries. She genuinely cares about getting you in exactly what you want without the sales pressure, I totally understand why this location has the best reviews.

The first thing I would say is to never opt for the maintenance package. It’s their way of obligating you to keep coming back and not getting second opinions. We have a 2015 Q7 with a maintenance package. After about 6 months, our Q7 started producing an inordinate amount of brake dust on the front rims. They explained it away as normal. Your rims being black a week after washing is not normal, but oh well. At around 50k, they said we needed new front brakes and rotors and new tires. About 2200 dollars. And still heavy brake dust. OK. At 70k, they said that the rear tires need to be done. And a new battery! By now, I don’t trust them. I take the Q7 to a reputable mechanic. Guess what? Battery is fine. Front brakes at 50% and rear at 30-40%? Another thing to add is that out of the 3 years we have had it, the brakes have squeaked for half that time. This is a luxury vehicle! Their reasoning? Perfectly normal for high performance brakes. The other mechanic said that they used the lowest quality available. Last time I buy from them.

Note: I received a detailed response to my email after they posted the response below. Among the explanations: "While I understand the frustration regarding the brake squeal and brake dust accumulation on the rims, I want to assure you that these are just part of the normal operation of the vehicle. " I don't recall seeing that in their marketing materials for their 70K Q7.

I used to take my A4 and Q5 to Queensway (bought the Q5 TDI from Queensway). The purchase of the Q5 was good and salesman helpful.

Service used to be good, but it seemed like their processes were more set up to accomodate them than me, the customer. Final straw was they were advising us to do work that was not required. This was verified by an independent garage and the fact the parts (battery and brakes) continued to function for several years. Trust is important. Found a local garage that can do all the work that is really required, and at a lower cost.

Called to book a service appointment for my Audi and was very disappointed. The receptionist didn’t have time to listen to what I was asking her, and she transferred my call while I was still talking. Secondly, the lady in service who answered my call, transferred me to a voicemail “service booking line”, once again not even pausing for me to say a word. If this was my business I’d be displeased with the way my clients were being treated. Poor customer service! I called Pfaff and received amazing customer service. I’m also looking to trade in my A6, which would most likely have been at Queensway, but because of this experience that is now off the table. I recommend another dealer.

Outstanding sales service!

When the Ford government cancelled the electric/hybrid vehicle rebate, Joseph Bronzovic, the Audi Queensway sales management team (Chris Lang, Phil Steadman, Taylor Symons) and regional management pushed the plant in Germany hard to have my vehicle delivered weeks ahead of the promised delivery date so I could still qualify for the rebate. I am forever grateful to them for saving me thousands of dollars. In addition, Joseph Bronzovic provided stellar customer service on so many levels - he was enthusiastic, passionate, attentive and treated us like VIP's throughout the process. He anticipated all of our needs and even very kindly threw in some extras at no charge. He truly cares about people. We got the red carpet treatment when picking up the vehicle - this was such an amazing, unforgettable experience! I was also impressed by Adam Colacitti and Taylor Symons. They were warm, friendly and very knowledgeable and made the financial aspect of the purchase feel painless. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. Best sales experience ever!

I recently purchased by new 2018 Q5. I met with Aubrey and Gustavo at the dealership to discuss the details. Both the gentlemen were very professional, thorough and provided a pleasent buying experience. Aubrey has been really instumental in every aspect of the buying experience and was there from inception to delivery of the vehicle even when he was on vacation. This clearly shows they care for their customers and will stand with you.

The dealership itself is great in terms of location, staff and I am happy that I went there after visiting few other dealership in town. It is because of the people at this deatership that I am a proud Audi customer.

My daughters and I are extremely happy with the experience we had at the Audi Queensway. We bought our dream car there, the 2018 Audi S5 Quattro Technik. We are very thankful to have had such unique, and outstanding service from Joseph Bronzovic. He was very helpful every step of the way, and exceeded our expectations throughout the process. Joseph is extremely professional, and a wonderful man at heart. His drive, and passion for Audi can not be matched. If you are looking into getting an Audi, you absolutely have to see Joseph! I hope that Joseph has been recognized, and rewarded for the extraordinary service he gives all his clients. Not only have we left feeling like valued customers, but we feel like a part of the family. We had an amazing experience with Blake Lively at Audi Queensway! We were short on time and needed to make a quick purchase before the May long weekend. Blake facilitated this process in a very FUN and seamless way. We didn't question his recommendations and his in depth knowledge of our options. We ended up going with an Audi Q5. I have just purchased an Audi A4.2018, new.
First of all, our (my son was with me) contact with Audi Queensway was with the salesman, Colin Diaz.
A young man, but very caring and personable and thoughtful. We were very pleased to have him as our first contact.
Through the process of buying the car, he was very thorough and explained all details to us.
We did go to other dealers (Mercedes and VW), but returned to Audi Queensway because of the car itself and Colin's interaction with us.

Since driving the car home on Thursday, Colin has kept in touch with me to give me encouragement and help if needed with this new car. It is appreciated.

I give thumbs up to Colin, and to the Manager, Taylor Symons. I would recommend Audi Queensway.

ATTENTION TO ANYONE BRINGING THEIR AUDI IN FOR SERVICE! DO NOT BRING IT TO AUDI QUEENSWAY OR FACE DISAPPOINTMENT! The service is terrible at Audi Queensway. Their staff is incompetent, and they do not care about the customer! Why support such a dealership? I purchased a brand new Audi s5 sportback in June of 2017, and I have been back to Queensway's service centre over 4 times within the past year to replace my upgraded B and O speakers. Note: the car has not been tampered with, and no aftermarket parts have been added. All of my service has been conducted by Audi Queensway, and the vehicle is still under factory warranty. I went to the service department today to speak to Raul as my driver side speaker, and rear subwoofer have blown. Multiple speakers have blown since I have purchased the vehicle to the point that the service team at Queensway think it is my fault. How is it my fault when a speaker blows more then once within a year? Raul the assistant manager explained to me that it was my fault that the speakers keep blowing because I listen to my music to loud. Why buy an upgraded sound system if you cannot listen to the music loud does this even make sense? He basically looked at me as if I was in the wrong without trying to address the problem, and making sure I felt comfortable. I purchased an expensive car with an upgraded sound system so I could listen to my music loud. Only a brain dead person would blame the customer in this situation especially when the car only has 25000 kms on it. What kind of mind-less assistant managers blames the customer when dealing with a new vehicle lets be honest here. He looked at me clueless, and did not want to do nothing for me. How can a world renown car maker hire such clueless people, and on top of that promote them to be in managerial positions? The service here is terrible, and the staff is not willing to go the extra mile to make sure each customer is satisfied. I would not recommend this service centre to anyone and I am now conducting my service at PFAFF! I will never return to Audi Queensway for service and you should not either.

I had one of the best sales advisor experience as a customer at this location. Joseph is very friendly and knowledgeable sales advisor. Took me to two test drive instead of one just to make me more comfortable with Audi and something to compare with. Soon they'll be moving to their new location currently under construction at The East Mall and The Queensway (SW corner).

Once again Aubrey Sandy exceeded our expectations! This is my second purchase made from him. I am expecting another child, and needed a bigger vehicle, he kept looking at possible cars that would suit my needs. He found me the perfect Q7, and for a fairly decent price. He met all my needs, and he was very diligent in explaining all the new features, and specs with the new car. I never felt rushed, and everything was upfront about costs, and fees. Aubrey has great manners, and is very knowledge about the cars/features/specs he sells. He remembers you by first name, and my kids names as well!:) I can attest that this is great service, since I had been shopping around, and found other dealerships to have staff that didn't conduct themselves as a sales professional.
Wayne C was also excellent, in keeping me informed at all times, about the financial $$ impacts of the purchase. He was also very knowledgeable, and was very prompt in answering all my questions. He worked very hard to find me a very competitive Finance rate, and to ensure I was happy. He was honest with how much I would pay, and what would suite me the best. I also have to say thank you the main receptionist, she is a wonderful lady, with a lot of heart, she made sure I was comfortable and asked me many times if I was ok. I felt right at home, at someone's house for dinner!: D cant wait to visit the new location once opened! Thank you Audi family! You guys are awesome, strong, and kind!

Booked an appointment to service my wife car. I was told it will be done next day. I had to chase after them 2 days later to find out if the car is finished. Every time I call, they would tell me that someone from service department will call me right back. When I went to pick up the car, I had to wait 10 min to pay because 2 of the customer service reps were on the phone and one was busy on the PC. Finally when I got to my car, I find out that they detailed half of it. That is right.only the front half, they removed the child seat and did not put it back and somehow they decided not to bother cleaning the rear side of the car! Maybe we would not notice.
