I have the summer/winter tires of my Porsche Taycan changed by the service department at Audi Windsor. They service staff and technicians are always a pleasure to deal with, very thorough and go out of their way to help answer any questions I have. This time the technician Scott discovered and told me why my HVAC system was making a whistling sound (improperly installed cabin filter). Problem solved!

We were a walking in customer, we were greeted and introduced to Jessica. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very knowledgeable. A deal was done in a professional manner. On collecting the car again her knowledge was excellent. We were very impressed with Audi Windsor and all the staff we met. We would recommend Audi Windsor.

Just purchased a new car about 3 weeks ago! Everyone from Brian on the sales team to Jermaal in finance and Sian in management were great to deal with! Car was ready quick for pickup and Brian went over all the details with me to ensure I had no questions before leaving. This definitely won’t be our last Audi!

Detailing sucks and they were supposed to fix something and they had a full week and it never got done and no they say I'm supposed to come back but if it didn't get done in the first place how can I trust it now I'm not at all impressed I hope I never get ripped off like this again

After a small issue with my car, Isaac in service got me in for a quick scan, even got to talk with the technician. Both were super helpful. Then I dealt with Daniel in Sales and he could not have been any more responsive, helpful, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend these individuals and this dealership.

Audi Windsor service clearly functions at a level above the rest. My etron has been the best car I’ve owned and the service impeccable. In 2 years, there have been no issues with the car whatsoever and services boil down to checking tires and brake pads. That is, of course, for the customer, a remarkable thing.
