Had an issue with product. Was handled promptly and 100 percent satisfactorily. I highly recommend this company.

Visited to buy the pro-ject turntable they listed on the website for clearance sale. The older guy working here has terrible attitude and was mad at the younger guy for having the sale price on the website? The older guy was not happy with the sale price and refused to demo (maybe because he makes no commission? Or maybe because he was lazy)

Oh and there was nobody in the store and they were not busy at all!

I will not be coming back.

Don’t bother to come in if you don’t dress like you can afford to buy their products. I went there to check out a specific brand of speaker but I didn’t feel I was welcome. Staff there didn’t even bother to explain or show us any feature of the speaker I was looking for. Seriously didn’t even attempt to say anything about the speaker. Too bad I was gonna spend my money and buy it but I will now check out another store with better customer service to shop at.
