Very nice people and always delivers on great food for late night studying. Super duper underrated and if you are craving some Indian food at late night, this is the go to place!

I just bought a Chicken Biryani, but I really cannot enjoy it. My mouth and stomach are on fire. Why should it be so hot? At least, ask the customer if they want it that hot. I give you 3 stars only because the food is halal and the amount is very good, and I'm sure if it was not so hot, I would have enjoyed it.

This is the best food I ate in my life! If you haven’t had it yet, make sure you try it! Auntys kitchen will always be my go to!

We had chicken Briyani and it was very good.
The quantiy was enough for 2 people.
The staff was very helpful and nice.
Highly recommend checking them out!

This was one of my favourite restaurants when it opened, but it is sliding down with every visit. Portions are smaller. Prices are higher. Staff is less friendly. Everything is an upsell. Flavours are still good, but value is terrible. This one simple dish of ground beef on kebabs (pictured) is almost $25 with taxes! Go elsewhere.

Tell me how it’s cheaper to buy six donut versus a dozen.

Also if you buy 6 or more baked goods in Ontario it’s tax exempt.

Best service. Even if I place order at night they always serve me with fresh food and yes today the manager on duty was very helpful towards me with my order. Really loved their service and Shwarma on the rice is undoubtedly the best ever ️️

Our go-to Friday night take out. The dishes are excellent, the portions are incredibly generous, and the service is always exceptional.

Found a hair in chole masala…found a eaten seed in my biriyani… and 2 strings of plastic… really have no words really not acceptable!

First time ordering - had the dinner 1 - beef kabobs and tandoori chicken with rice and butter naan came with a wonderful spicy yoghurt dip. Best tandoori chicken I’ve had that I can recall. The rice was perfect and that sauce with the kabobs was great! Definitely going to order again.

After eating biryani in dinner my both kids vomited in the middle of night. There were something wrong in biryani. They got food poisoning.

Tried this place for the first time tonight after wanting to do so for years. Honestly, it was a lot better than some of these reviews have stated. Was I blown away no, will I go back absolutely. Price/portion size is incredible. I tested on the Tandoori chicken wrap and the Tandoori chicken quarter on rice. It was delicious. If I hadn't worked all day and not eaten I'd have lunch for tomorrow. That wrap was HUGE. I ate most of it but still couldn't finish it after the quarter chicken. That portion was pretty small but still good value for 12 dollars.

Food portion is a lot. 1biriyani is a lot for 2 people. Biriyani was good and had a good experience. Great customer service.

I was looking to order food to help with my late night hunger and was happy to see Aunty's kitchen was open. This was my first time ordering and I chose to try it because im tired of trying the oversaturated shawarma/pizza options in kw and ive heard a lot about it! For starters, their meal portions are HUGEE, i got twice the amount I thought I was going to get (no complaints ahah). The biryani was amazing, the butter chicken was also really good as well. They also left a super cute hand written note of encouragement that I thought was an extremely sweet gesture. Im really surprised they have a low rating! They definitely put efforts into their hospitality, the food is amazing, and the owners seem really responsive in the reviews as well! I genuinely wish I could work with them, this seems like such a homie environment. I can't wait to try them again!

Biryani was slightly greasy and the chicken was soggy. STILL SOMEHOW DECENT. Naan had a good texture!

Called to find out what gluten free options, they said 'gluten free cheesecake'. Asked again as we have ordered gluten free meal options from there in the past, but they had no clue, or didn't care, either way, we don't trust that they care about celiacs. Very frustrating. Will not return.

I ordered potatoes samosa which were so oily and I throw those samosa.never gonna make order again.

Not sure why the reviews are so low, the quality to price ratio at this establishment is off the charts. Very tasty

Ordered butter chicken dinner And a cake! Had the cake missing in the bag!
I even asked while picking the order as I was given single bag which was warm and the response I got was the cake is in the bag! To my surprise after I reached home is missing cake and the fries were pretty thick, they seemed to be waste of money!
Only thing which was good is the butter chicken! I doubt even if the naan I got was not from tandoor but a frozen naan!

Great food and the staff are very friendly especially Namdeep! She will go out of her way to make sure you are happy with your order. Good value for your money as well, you get a lot of food for what they charge.

Its worst place to waste time. They have worst customer handling systems and staff just stay busy in cooking no-one is there to take your order or listen to you. They just stay busy in Kitchen, even they see you even tho they don’t care and keep working in Kitchen. I ordered boneless butter chicken dinner from them yesterday afternoon and i asked multiple time that is bread they will give made by them or not. They said yeah they will make it and they have cook there to make it but when i got it, it was a not a Kitchen made bread it was like a pita bread and taste so gross. They said order will be ready in 15 min but when i reached there, there was noone to attend me and give me my order. Noone even paying attention, i waiting around half an hour there just to take my order.
I m really disappointed from there service.

2 star is just because they opened there restraurant upto 2 am thier food is not good we order naan from they and all the naan are not well cooked it is just half cooked and even thier butter chicken smells badly

I had a great experience from here. I ordered chana poutine (veg) and butter chicken with naan. I am satisfied with the taste. The customer service is outstanding. They know to deal the customers in a friendly manner. I think no other restaurant staffs in KW area is so polite and friendly. I will be visiting again soon.

I love Aunty's Kitchen Service in waterloo it has great food. One of the staff member name Snehdeep is fantastic, friendly and provide perfect customer service. Love to visit again.

Avoid buying samosas. They are bitter in taste and not at all worth the price.
Samosas at Onkar are really good and very affordable.

The chana masala they gave was old, and it was smelling! Too bad.

The portion is good, but the quality is varied everyday,
when I first order form here 2 months back, I was happy to get a nice biriyani place, but their quality isn't keep constant all the time.sometimes at the shop they are super nice and friendly, other day super rude!
Yesterday I ordered chicken biriyani from skip the dishes, the portion was okay, but all I get small one piece of chicken for each boxes (ordered 2 of the same kind), also for boneless biryani, instead of 4 pieces (mentioned in the menu), got only three!
One of the biriyani doesn't even properly mix with spices, I can see the white rice, for 31+taxes order, it's really a disappointment!
I would really consider to order from here again.

We ordered chicken biryani and channa masala dinner. It was a very bad customer service as we asked for raita and we were promised we'll get it. While picking up the order we even confirmed with the cashier if raita is placed in the bag. And she said yes. It was really disappointing to get lied and mis guided by one of your staff. Fries was supposed to be masala fries but it was plain dry fry. Overall a very bad experience. Will think twice before ordering.

We ordered the very recommended Chicken Biryani from this place but to our disappointment it was not upto the mark. The rice in the Biryani tasted plain and the wh box had only 1 piece of chicken in it. We also ordered the chicken tikka wrap and that too was not that great. May be it was a bad day to eat the place.
Would not order from here.

Ordered Chicken Biryani, half of the rice was dry, looked like it was not fresh at all. On top of that, I found a lemon which was already squeezed inside the food. Not recommended.

Amazing food and amazing portions for an amazing price. This is one of my favourite places to eat in Kitchener/Waterloo.

I don't understand people complaining about wait times, good food takes time and good "Pakistani/Indian" food takes even more time.

I have tried numerous Indian places and they all serve you fast with different combinations of same gravy. This place is the only place I have seen so far who cooked my biryani like the way it's supposed to and I'm still wondering how did they do it so well so fast. Well deserved 5 stars for the chicken Biryani. Also yes the gravy amount could be more.

Absolutely wonderful meal. The order was fast and the portions extremely generous. What an awesome menu, had the fusion and was impressed by the awesome flavours. I'd share a picture but it was gone before I could get my camera out.

Huge portion sizes and great prices.food is okay.will probably visit again but will not be my first stop for pakistani food.

I'm not a person to give bad reviews unless it merits, and today at this location it deserves my honest opinion and review, Atrocious service, they took my take out order made me wait for 35 minutes, when asked the status of my order, she "said" she had called out my number (she lied) when all the while I was standing within earshot next to the counter, then she said someone else had taken my order? Wth seriously, she had messed up another person's order as well, get your orders right and stop BS'ing we are not dumb as you think we are, I can suggest a good place for argumentative attitude lady

Over the years, the amount of sauce given in the curry and other saucy dishes decreased gradually. Now I have to ask them to give me the proper amount each time. The food is the same, pretty good but pricey for what it is.

This place always reminds me of university days! Miss it. They have locations in mississauga now, but this place is a treasured memory.

I am a regular at Aunty's. The food is amazing, but the service is 2 stars at best. Ordered takeout through SkipTheDishes and waited over 45 minutes after my pickup time to get my order. It should be customary to process previous orders before taking new orders. It makes customers feel unvalued when the staff give other people your order. It is understandable for switching out naans/salads, but entire mains? This happens nearly every time I come nowadays and I see it happening to others who are definitely wondering the same thing. Overall amazing food and I will come when I am craving Pakistani food, but I am crossing Aunty's off my daily takeout list until their ordering policy gets fixed.

Good food with bottomless drink. Some dishes can seem expensive but they do offer enough food to completely fill you up and then some.

The service was quick however, the food was not at all good. Also there were flies all around our food. We had to throw 18 bucks in the garbage. We really had high hopes though.

The biryani was quite good. The rice was good and flavorful. The chicken pieces could have done with more spices but I understand they can't make it too spicy due to wide consumer base. Ice tea on fountain was great.

Nice atmosphere, tasty food at slightly higher price. I like the view sitting next to the glass door and enjoy the meal. Consider offering more chicken gravy varieties (butter chicken is not the only dish). I would be happier if you offer dosa varieties too. Please change the fish masala. I love fish but I hate your recipe. Also provide steel cutlery to cut & eat meat. Plastic bends and it irritates. Will give you 4* if these r done with another set of expectations.

Aunty’s Kitchen is exactly like it advertises. Aunty’s Food, bland and just about okay to consume, I recommend this place if you’re looking for a strong reminder that you won’t be getting Mamas food anytime soon.

I heard so many good things about this place so i decided to give it a try. I honestly didnt like the food that I had ordered. The rice was little hard and the sauce was a lil sour. Overall do not recommend this place

Love that they ask you if you want more sauce, and the servers are so nice. Just wish there was more vegetables.

Today after work i went to the restaurant to get my nihari, which was delicious.
Secondly, i was amazed to see the work of tall indian guy woring spects working alone and doing multiple jobs at a time.
Still the cashier is yelling to make the orders fast as the restaurant was busy at that time.

Horrible quality of shawarma chicken. This place used to be good, but no so much anymore after their expansion.

Their portion sizes are HUGE. I ordered the butter chicken with butter naan and fries. It tasted good and lasted me a couple of days.

Good place to have lunch or dinner. The quantity is very good too. The best item on the menu is 'The Fusion'.
