Aunty's Recipe

Ordered a pizza a few times.
2 x's one of the key toppings/ingredients was missing.
Another time was overcharged for a large. This issue has been resolved but I would like to see better service like before.
With only a few toppings on the pizza, I am not sure how it can be forgotten twice. Please improve your service as I was once a loyal customer.

Great fresh tasting pizza! First time trying the restaurant out and I shall return many times!

Delicious food and staff are very attentive and have a super nice atmosphere. The owner is so kind and provides exceptional service. Plus it’s all at an affordable price. I can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

What great service. We called the evening before to coordinate our son's birthday and the staff at Auntie's recipe really accommodated us. We were able to book tables, and order our food ahead of time. Food was great, and the atmosphere was very comforting and relaxed. The customer service was exceptional and am definitely going to go back not only for parties but for regular walk-ins!

The food at Aunty’s Recipe is exceptional! Very tasty, well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and staff always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place!

Visited over to the place and only to found out their pizza is the best in Ajax by far, 1969 mustang is highly commended for a meat lover. Don't miss the bruschetta it taste amazing plus the pasta is a huge portion to share!

Usually very picky with how my steak is done but this right here was top notch for me staff are super friendly and the place is super clean. Definitely reccomend

I got a poutine and a small Aunty's special pizza with a cheddar chipotle dip.
Poutine: great fries homemade feel, did not cheap out on cheese (sorry i stirred it before, pic does not do it justice) i love a good hearty beefy thick gravy and oh boy this is spot on BTW they also don't cheap out on gravy.
Pizza: great crust, sauce not too sweet could have used more IMHO. They did not cheap out on toppings! Look at my pics for that cheese pull.
The sauces are $1 wich is an absolute fair price and loved the cheddar chipotle, don't see that one around

Trying Aunty's Recipe for the 1st time and the last! The food was absolutely terrible (still in shock) paid so much money for garbage! Pizza was horrible, toppings were unrecognizable and the taste was so awful. Hardly any meat and veggies in the jambalaya as the pasta sauce overpowered everything! The alfredo pasta sauce wasn't fresh at all, tasted like it was processed and store bought! Ceasar salad was so dry and unedible, looked frightening! Wings were undercooked! How can anyone eat here and say the food was good, it is NOT! Such a huge risk to eat here.

Aunties Recipe has always exceeded expectation until Friday night. Ordered 4 Medium pizza which were all disappointing.
The crust seems like it was precooked, the toppings were heaped on but lacked the usual flavour.
Did a pick up and met what appears to be new owners that won't give a straight answer about anything. It was a bit of a drive that I wont make again.
A hundred dollars later and a disappointed family Aunties is no longer on our order list. It's a shame as they were on our family's list for over five years.

Aunty's recipe is our go to for pizza, always delicious and tastes fresh. We love trying new things here but the Spivak Mazda is delicious! The owners are also sweet and this place is a gem!

I feel so horrible leaving this review because I have ALWAYS loved Aunty's recipe and I've been a customer since the owener had pizza Pinos and I know if she was making the pizza it would be out if this world but whoever is making the pizza now did such a horrible job. I paid $50 for 2 medium pizzas which is a lot but we never mind paying because the quality is amazing but this time it was sooooo bad and when I called to complain I felt like the girl sort of brushed it off and maybe won't bring it up to the owner so this may be the only way our complaint is taken seriously. We weren't asking for a refund just wanted to let them know.

Pizza had a funky smell and taste to it.couldnt even finish it.tiramisu was tiny for what i paid.would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered an auntie's special.the worst pizza i have ever had.the veggie's - green peppers, mushrooms were not fresh.the peppers were soggy, you could tell they were days old.the mushrooms were so black, i initially thought they were black olives.first impression upon opening the box - overcooked.and it was; borderline burnt top and bottom.if i was eating this pizza blindfolded - i would be hard pressed to know i was eating a pizza based on flavour.so bad i did not eat the leftovers.be very careful to look at the dates of reviews.the older reviews are correct - excellent pizza.but the place has been sold and the new owners have no clue how to cook pizza.will never go back.

Best Lasagna ever. All of it for $15.75 plus hst. Reasonable prices and good food. Definitely coming back.

Not a good experience. The pizza was seriously over priced, over cooked (dry) and under seasoned. Awful pizza! Will not return!

Aunty's Recipe came highly recommended by a friend. My neighbors and I looked at the menu and decided to try out 4 flavors of pizza. We we not disappointed. The crust was perfect and the toppings were perfectly paired. My favourite was the Voodoo pizza but honestly all were fantastic. THANK YOU from me and my neighbors.
