After not being able to find a vehicle that checked all our boxes in Orillia or Barrie, at lunch we decided to continue South. We called ahead and spoke with Ryan, an easy going, young man with impeccable manners. He was friendly and helpful. We purchased an SUV that was very reasonably priced. The other staff was very friendly as well. We definitely recommend Ryan and this accommodating dealership.

Just wanted to share my experience at the service center for my RAM 1500 Eco Diesel. The folks over there were absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming and helpful, answering all of my questions. I have to give a special shoutout to Tina, she's the best! She is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of great service for their vehicle.

Great first experience at Chrysler Aurora. Last Saturday, I came in to have a couple of wheel lock nuts removed from my Dodge Caravan (my wheel lock key was severly damaged) and replaced by regular nuts that I had provided. They were able to replace them using their own key, and they did it free of charge. I will definitely consider getting my Dodge serviced at this dealership next time.

Absolutely horrible experience here I came in to get my back brakes and callipers changed and I paid over $1000 and a day later when I was driving my front left tire flew off going down the 404 Highway. They told me it would be $2500 to repair it and it wasn’t their fault because they didn’t take the front tires off. After checking with my mechanic friend I came back to them and told them they must have taken it off because they had to have taken the tires off in order to install the calliper. Their tune changed and they offered to repair the damage they were responsible for at cost. When I got the car back they told me that there was a ball bearing issue on the front right side now that had nothing to do with the mistake they had made before. I brought it to another mechanic and they informed me that in fact it had directly to do with their responsibility and repairing it in the first place. So the shop lied to me multiple times made me go six days without a car put me in a very dangerous position going full speed and losing a wheel down the highway and made me spend additional cost to fix their mistake. If you would like service like this, please go to this dealership.

The worst dealership and service department in the GTA. They are snakes that will try there best to overcharge and not fix the actual problem. Avoid this place at all costs.

Sales manager peter was professional and did his best to make the deal work in my budget.we had to go back and forth few times to make the payment numbers work over the phone but he got me approval from bank right away despite all the issues. Thanks Peter for your time and efforts! Hopefully we will come back for more business in future.

We live hours away and had chosen Aurora Chrysler because of their available inventory. Due to chip shortage our local dealerships did not have any vans for sale. Aurora Chrysler made purchasing our 2nd Caravan effortless! I couldn't believe how fast and efficient service was done before we even got there to meet with our friendly agent Peter. I was starstruck that our van was fully loaded. I didn't expect that because the price was affordable! The service team was friendly and offered to help us learn what the van can do! Driving our caravan now for 3 months it's felt like more than I even deserve. Thank you Aurora Chrysler. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

These people do not know how to treat customers. Also they do not know any of the regulations applied by Ontario for exemptions. Don't waste your time with these discriminatory shmucks. Take your business to Newmarket, they helped a bunch and looking at a brand new 2021 limited.

Had my first oil change today since picking up the RAM1500. Quick and friendly service with minor tweaks to my truck done at no additional charge! A great first experience at Aurora Chrysler service. Makes me glad I bought the truck from them:)

I recently looked at a Jeep at this location and worked with Trisha from sales. She was so great, helped me look over the car and all of it's features, walked me through the financing details, and patiently answered all of my questions.

I unfortunately went a different route, but I would definitely come back here in the future and recommend it if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Before visiting this place just think why it is got such a bad rating and why it is always empty of people. I didn't and experienced it myself.
I can't name all the things that are wrong with this dealership. Unprofessional staff. Zero inventory. Anything you buy there will basically coming from another dealership so why not go to a well sized dealership rather than this dead 500 sqf showroom. Simply drive a few miles to Newmarket as I did and see the real difference yourself.

Great Experience with Wazzah at this location. Wazzah was extremely patient and helpful as I was looking for my first Truck. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew everything I was going to get with this 2019 Dodge Ram. Wazzah has made sure that I was comfortable with my payment and was not pushy nor forced me into a deal. He respected me as a customer and my needs for personal life. Horrible dealership. Ive never had luck with dealership and I believe their all out to take every penny out of your pocket. But after buying a vehicle from them which wasnt cheap to begin with, as i wanted something sporty. Car was extremely dirty. No effort was made to eve n try and clean it. Left parking light was damaged and every effort was made to hide it since they did jot turn on during the day. Dmage to paint around the headlight was painted again to hide it.

These guys will scam you every way possible. Stay away.

Terrible place to take your car. Look at all the other reviews, they arent wrong. Trying to get us to sign paperwork that there are no issues with the car when a tech said there are. Attempted to not give us keys unless we sign. They told us to take it to Newmarket Chrysler.so we will.

Beyond horrible service. The manager and the front staff lie to your face. Wouldn't give me my car keys back until I sign a faulty statement that the transmission works smoothly. I am still shocked from my experience there. Will be reaching out to the head office to ensure nobody will go through this again.

What a great service staff had a flat tire and lost my security lug nutt key. A great guy named mike took me right in and even laid on the ground to help change the tire and gave me the best deal. Amazing place

Very disappointing! This seller really needs to reconsider their customer service policy. I built a car on the dodge website and sent it to the dealer and made an appointment with their business development manager (Wazzah) to test drive and buy it. After attending the store I met a very sloppy disorganized person who even did not remember what type of car I am interested in. He told me let to build the car from scratch. I told him I was there to test drive it as it has already been built on the web and I sent a copy of it to him. He then surprisingly told me that they don’t have the car for test drive. Don’t recommend it at all. Try other organized dealers.

I wanted to send this review to say that I was very impressed with Deanna who helped me when I needed my van fixed recently. She was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable both in person and on the phone. It was nice to have a friendly voice answer the phone when I needed to make this appointment. She also answered a number of questions I had, and did so without making me feel rushed. Thank you again Deanna for helping to make the whole process run smoothly!

On Saturday May 4th 2019 I called in the AM to make an appointment to purchase a RAM truck I saw the dealer had in inventory and trade in my Jeep. I spoke to sales rep Kyle. Kyle did a great job. He knew all the answers to my questions, made sure my wife and I felt comfortable through the process, the whole 9 yards. However, during the 3 hours we were at the dealer we were the ONLY customers on this lot. This was very suspicious to me given it was a Saturday afternoon. We soon found out why. When it came time to make a deal, I was offered by 2 other RAM dealers 17k for my trade in, the only reason we didn’t buy from them was the specs didn’t alight closely enough for what we wanted on what they had in inventory and didn’t want to wait to order one special. This dealer only offered me 14k (3k = 30% less than every other RAM dealer we saw). When the sales manager who I believe was named Mohammad (might be wrong on the name), aggressively tried to explain financing to us which Kyle had already done (I guess he doesn’t have faith in his sales reps who do a better job than him), I had to stop him and ask him to stop speaking so aggressively to my wife and I as we felt that a calm conversation with his aggressive involvement turned into an argumentative state out of nowhere as soon as we asked rational questions. They would not budget on the trade in value or the price of the vehicle. Kyle did his best to get us a good deal but they came back with a counter offer of the same original offer 3k lower on my trade in. We didn’t even try to argue the price of the new car by one dollar, just wanted fair trade value. So, frustrated they wouldn’t match other dealers, we walked away. We drove straight to North York Chrysler where EVERY sales rep was busy and people were ready to deal (think of a dealership like a restaurant, busy is a good sign it turns out)! A sales rep met with us, showed us the same RAM with BETTER options than the one at this dealer and lowered the price to match this dealer’s price even with more options. Then they gave me the 17k on my trade as well that 2 other dealers offered which these guys wouldn’t match. Done deal on the spot at North York RAM. It is a shame these guys waste opportunity. While I was with Kyle we had 2-3 people hovering around listening in on our convo, likely because we were the only people in the whole place, but it was creepy. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealer that actually wants to sell cars. Kyle, you are a good sales rep, I hope you transfer to a dealer that can appreciate the service you provide.

This is the poorest customer service from the customer service manager. They only care abt the customer from Newmarket, Aurora, and Richmond hill not for the customer from Bradford. I asked for the customer comment book to make the comment abt the service they dont have one! It shows an IN- experience customer service manager for that place. I made a request to the customer service department got denied then I requested to the manager got denied, so my question is why there is a manager for that place if he couldn't provide me a customer service for me. All his answers are u live in Bradford, so no customer service. And finally his suggestion for me is to try different service Centre! I can't even imagine the manager said that. He blamed the company and the general manager of the company. He never stood up to take the lead for the company and his team. There is no standardized service in Chrysler. It's like a black magic, the customer has to find wat service will be provided by each Chrysler showroom. I even though why I bought my car in this brand. The Japanese brand car dealer do better job.
And one more thing reviewers, they damaged my interior of my car. I made a report to the same manager, guess wat the manager told me? The manager told me that, he is not responsible for that? There is no investigation made by the manager as for as I know. So this is my experience with the Aurora Chrysler dealership guys, so it's your option wat to choose and not to choose.
