I wanted to give a shout out to dentist Matthew Balenko. He is a knowledgeable, kind and compassionate dentist. He cut part of his fees so I could get redone a crown that have been done twice wrong. He is very good with kids making a visit to the dentist easy. He also provides reassurance and answer questions without rushing and as many time as needed. We travel 90 mins to see him because he is a dentist that knows and cares.

Had my first visit today and everyone was so friendly. Cleaning went great and Dr. Soltani was great.

Customer care is alive and well! Everyone ensured that I was comfortable from the moment I entered the door. This was my first visit and won’t be my last!

I Took my toddler for her first dental visit here, because of their high ratings and close to home. The dental hygienist was ok, she did her job. But the dentist looking guy did not impress me, at all. All he did was counting my daughter's teeth. Then.he left without saying anything meaningful. It was literally 2 mins job and I got charged $60+ separately for that. Honestly, I can count her teeth by myself, why would I spend $60 for you to do it? All I want is real consultation about my kids teeth health and any concerns since this is her first dental ever. But unfortunately that didn't happen.

I love to visit there. The front and dental services are great. But I like the previous dental service compared to the new one, maybe they changed their doctor, my previous doctor was too good.

Had my first appointment last week. Super clean office, receptionist was outstanding. Fresh up to date modern office. Hygienist did an amazing job and explained my cleaning as she proceeded. The Dr.reviewed my exrays with me on a screen so I could understand and see what my teeth looked like and point out areas of concern. Thought this explanation with my exrays was very informative. Since I had no dental coverage on a plan thought the charges were very reasonable. If your looking gor a new Dentist, I was very impressed.

I came here for a cleaning and was very impressed. The facilities are very new and modern, and thoughtful (charging station for personal phones and a children's area for kids to occupy themselves). The receptionist was very friendly and warm. The dental hygienist May was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough with explaining every step she took and instructions on dental care for future. At the end of the cleaning, she showed me a detailed review of my teeth so I could clearly see what parts of my teeth I need to pay particular attention to.

I have gone to the same dental office in Markham for 22 years but I am considering switching to this one permanently, considering its advanced technology, modern facility, and extremely kind and helpful service.

We just moved into the area and needed to find a new dentist, I am very glad we chose this place.

The office is very nicely decorated, they have a good size waiting area, with a fireplace, large screen tv, and a play area for the kids.

They are very safety conscious, you must fill out a COVID form before entering, you must wear a mask before entering the dentist cubicle, they check your temperature when you enter, and they have plastic drapes in front of each dental cubicle, to seal the area.

All the staff, the hygienist, the dentist, the dental assistant, the receptionist, and even the owner, are extremely friendly, and they do fantastic work.

I highly recommend this office.

I am terrified of going to the dentist. It is truly a fundamental dislike of mine. AURORA DENTAL and all if their staff went out of their way to help ease my anxiety, and accomodate my uneasiness. It was my best dental experience of my life. Highly recommend!

I had a tooth that was bothering me and walked in to the Aurora Dental Studio very late in the afternoon. I did not have an appointment. The weather outside was bad and I am sure they were closing very soon. The dental assistant told me to have a seat and she then spoke to the dentist who was working there that day. His name was Dr. Matthew Balenko. He was kind enough to have me come in and was willing to have a look to see if he could help as I was having pain. Anyhow ……. After taking an x-ray he said I have a cavity and he then proceeded to freeze me up and do the filling. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and did for me ………even drawing a diagram. He made me feel comfortable and I was very happy to have me someone so straight forward, friendly and caring. Btw…… the young lady who was assisting him (she told me to call her “Ozzie”) was also extremely nice and both were very professional. So far my tooth seems good and my fingers are crossed that it stays that way as I am a senior and at my age you take one day at a time. Thanks to Dr. Matthew Balenko and his assistant for looking after me. I will not hesitate to have him care for me in the future. Martin Isaacs

Aurora Dental Studio is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the amazing receptionist and then followed through regarding the service (s) you are booked for. I usually get my teeth cleaned by Ilona. Ilona is amazing at what she does as she is so gentle and thorough at the same time! This office definitely goes above and beyond to ensure that their patients are comfortable, especially during the pandemic. They have specific safety measures in place to ensure that there are limited number of people in the office at a time as well as, other measures which are comforting during this time. Thank you Aurora Dental Studio for providing me & my family with exceptional care:)

Excellent dentists office, everything looks new and clean, and all the extra work they do to protect you in these Covid times, is greatly appreciated. Friendly, professional and patient staff and especially important for those of us without insurance, they show you the costs ahead of time. The doors, washroom and exam chairs all seem very wheelchair accessible. My husband and I are very happy to have found a dentist we are thrilled with having moved to Aurora.

Amazing service, very friendly & caring staff. They made me feel so comfortable that I dint realize it was my 1st visit there. Dr. Mathew was too friendly, did my Root canal procedure absolutely painless. They made sure that I understand the details of the procedure prior and also explained it to me after it was done for me to understand the root cause of the issue.
There was delay in my procedure due to doctor got busy an emergency so they made sure I don't feel bored and arranged a room for me with TV to enjoy my favorite show on Netflix.
This was my 1st dental visit in Canada and I highly recommend this place to others, they accomodated me the same day coz I was in terrible pain unlike other clinics who offered me appt after 1-2 weeks.
I will soon revisit them with my kids for their routine dental check up. Last but not the least extremely clean and hygienic place with beautiful ambiance. Extra measures being taken during Covid.

Extremely Clean and well sanitized especially during these difficult times with the pandemic, Dental Hygienist and Doctors were all wearing protective gear and wiping surfaces constantly. Came in for a routine exam and cleaning and the hygienist "May" was absolutely incredible including the Dentist. Highly recommend and I am glad I found my permanent dentist since we just moved into the area. Thank you so much and see you in a few months!

Super clean and modern facilities with entertainment in each room to keep you or your little ones occupied while having your work done (they hang a screen above the dentist chair so you can watch and listen to Netflix while you procedure is being done). The staff is super friendly and professional. Their office hours are great and can accommodate a number of different lifestyles. Children's iPads setup to keep them occupied in the waiting rooms and the facility is just overall inviting and pleasing. Would absolutely reccomend!

Such a great experience at Aurora Dental! I first went in for an overdue cleaning a few months ago but this past weekend I got my first set of invisilign trays with Dr. Matta! From Penny at the front desk to the MD, Ashima, everyone who I encountered was warm and friendly. My teeth were in poor shape before my cleaning because I have dental anxiety but my hygienist did not shame me and instead was so gentle and encouraging and took her time with my cleaning so I wouldn't be afraid. A few months after my successful cleaning, I decided to take the plunge on invisilign and I am so happy! Dr. Matta is so knowledgeable and took me through the process step by step. I can't wait to see my final results. A big thanks to everyone at Aurora Dental for their superior care.

Referred by a coworker to go to Aurora Dental Studio as my prior dentist is retiring. The location has lots of parking. The appointment was on-time as i always had to wait even with booking with my previous dentist.

First time at the Dental Studio and the staff was super friendly especially Paniz and the dental crew was amazing. The office is spotless clean and the studio is comfortable and very roomy! I would highly recommend and they had an ongoing promotion that for the kids so we got a free Electric Toothbrush! Thank you Aurora Dental Studio we look forward to seeing you soon again!

I was referred by a friend of mine. As I walked in to Aurora Dental Studio the staff was very courteous. But above all the three members Dr. Sanjay Aggarwal, Dr. Gautam Matta and Ashima they really took good care of me. I was very pleased with their services and would definitely recommend to others.

Be very careful if you choose to go to this dental studio as although you might get lured in by the promotions (like we did - we thought it was a great deal to get Free Whitening trays for a new patient exam) it was essentially a big scam. As soon as they know you have dental insurance, they immediately attempt to 'max out' out your insurance plan - even if (as in my 17 year old son's case) that meant 10 x-rays (far above the recommended amount, subjecting him to an unnecessary amount of radiation), booking him for cleaning every 3 months (instead of our usual 6 months) and the identification of 4 cavities.which proved to be non-existent when I took him back to our regular dentist for a second opinion. The dentist at Aurora Dental Studio even told my son that he should consider orthodontics (a service that he also provides) even though my son's teeth are perfectly straight after just having his braces taken off last year. They charged us (or should I say our insurance provider) over $400 for a regular cleaning (twice what we normally pay - largely due to their 'new patient fee' and the ridiculous number of xrays they took) and refused to do the "free" Whitening trays until after his 4 (fake) cavities were filled. I learned a valuable lesson - when a promotion appears too good to be true, it usually is. Run away from this nightmare of a dental practice.
