They are competent, nice and cheerful and always explained the problems and provided an approximate time required for each appointment. Patients usually do not have to wait long to see their doctors. Their team is friendly and the environment is clean.

I was very happy to find this location near me with amazing reviews! Sadly I didn’t made it pass the phone call to make an appointment. They should get someone who has good/excellent customer service skills answering their phones as this is the first interaction with potential clients. I made multiple calls to different dentist locations near me and this was was the first one who said “I am not doing that” when I asked if she could email me the release form for my current dentist to send X-rays etc. Sadly for them, I had made my decision to go to this location because of their hours of operations and location. But after the ride way they talk to me I realized this is not a place I want to go. Furthermore, their hours of operation online are not accurate. They do not open late everyday, they have 4 locations so I am guessing they just put all the hours mix with their locations making them seem like they are open everyday (except Sunday) until late.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at Aurora Gateway dental. Dr Ghotbi always does a very neat job. Special thanks to Paria the hygienist for very thorough but absolutely painless cleaning.

Terrible experience. They incorrectly booked my appointment time and overcharged me then when I tried to have a discussion, the front staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Would not recommend. I will not be coming back.

This is truly the best dentist in Aurora. I can not be happier than going to this dentist in Aurora. Dr. Benjamin Ghotbi and Dr. Elham Doust both are amazing. From tooth extraction by Dr. Ben to beautiful crowns by Dr. Doust, all my dental needs are satisfied in the best possible way. More importantly the prices for these great services were all reasonable.

It's always a warm and welcoming experience. We, a family of four, visit this office for 4 years now. Every visit is always pleasant. Every staff member is professional, kind, responsive and accommodating. I really appreciate Dr. Ghotbi for my implants, super professional, not a single issue. Highly recommended.
