The flowers I ordered were beautifully arranged and they were delivered on time. The flowers were in memory of my dear friend's son on his birthday, so I wanted them to be perfect. And they were! I can always depend on Aurora Greenhouse for all my floral needs.

Wonderful service and beautiful flowers were delivered to friends of ours during their difficult time to cheer them up and this bouquet of flowers did exactly that! The bouquet was delivered the same day as ordered. The lady who assisted me with taking the order over the phone was kind enough to take a picture of the bouquet and email it to me. I def.will be back with my future floral orders, I highly recommend Aurora Greenhouse!

The flowers I ordered for my wife were beautiful and she loved them. The only negative is the unexpected cash grab of around $10 for using my credit card despite the fact that I order flowers from Aurora Greenhouse several times a year

Great place. Well off the beaten path, but for those that don’t fear the look of a place from the outside you will be pleasantly surprised with the service and the staff. I must admit that from outside it looks like a warehouse and I wasn’t sure I was in the correct place. Going inside however it looks and feels like a flower shops! I got a lovely bouquet for my price range and it has been blooming beautifully for over a week now. Highly recommend!

This was a terrible experience! Ordered my granddaughter her birthday roses. Sent ones that were already BROWN and splitting down the side. When called in to tell them I was told this is the type of Rose it is. Supposed to look like that. I have never seen roses like that before. Had them replaced but with hot pink roses. Not the colour I wanted. Fed up with it all I asked for my money back (would return the roses). Told a harsh no! Also charged extra for baby breath. I have ordered flowers hundreds of times never charged for baby breath before. Stay away from this place! Robyn is awful at customer service. Never again! Big mistake ordering from here!

I grew up in Aurora and have used Aurora Greenhouse before so I knew to return to them when I needed to send flowersw the area. I ordered online and received a call shortly after to inform me that the flowers I saw online weren't actually available nor was the vase but that they would use substitutes that were just as spectacular. The next day, I received a photo from my sister-in-law showing me that were indeed as they described! Aurora Greenhouse has always been courteous, honest and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fabulous flower shop! Robin has amazing design expertise and has been doing my arrangements for years. She has done fabulous work on my outdoor baskets for Christmas and recently pulled together great arrangements for my house sale even though the weather was between seasons and difficult to plan - they are beautiful! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The only disappointment was paying $10 for a box of Pot of Gold chocolates. I wish that the website displayed what brand they sold. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you!

I went in today to purchase a single rose and I was so impressed! I've been to other florists in the area, and none of them were as kind or as accommodating as these ladies. They even gave me flower food which was so nice, and let me write a card for free! I'll definitely be going back!

Service is great I have been ordering from here for years.never disappointed when ordering from here only disappointed when I am unable to order from here as they dont compare. The comment from "Tina" has no idea what she is talking about probably comment on the wrong location.
