The dentist gave a great explanation of treatment options for my child and listened to my concerns and provided useable advice. Great dentist office.

Dr. Ramirez abd his team are just wonderful. They always address any questions you might have patiently and everything goes very smoothly. One of my favorite things about Aurora kids dentistry is that they are always on time.

Moved here because previous dentist had bad service. The staff is great, friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and was able to book my kids quickly.

My son was referred to this dentistry by our family dentist, because he was required using the laughing gas, and Dr. Nasim was highly recommended. After two visits I can confirm that dr. Nasim is highly professional and great with kids. During the whole treatment she kept encouraging my son, she told him how good and brave he is and all the treatment was done extremely fast and easy. And the favorite part - getting the coin to choose the prize! There are few options to choose from!
My son loves sweet treats and this dentistry, so we will definitely come again!

We have been going here for over 8 years. We love it. Everyone who works there is wonderful and very helpful. There is never an issue with my granddaughter when we say dentist time. Off we go.

Fantastic experience here. Not only is the building decorated for kiddos - the staff is so so sweet and welcoming. Our kids had the best dental experience they ever have had. We also had a frenectomy for our son’s tongue and lip tie at 5 weeks old. The doctor was SO amazing. Very kind, gentle and answered every question we had. The laser experience was quick, maybe five minutes. And then I was able to nurse our baby in a private room. The staff was so kind, and made the entire experience way less stressful. This place is the one to go to! For all of your kids, you won’t regret it!

We’ve been coming to Aurora for almost two years, and they are absolutely amazing! The front staff is superb, super agile and kind, the dentist staff is really knowledgeable, and Doc Ramirez is incredible. We drive all the way from Whitby, and it’s totally worth it!

Edit: Below is the full comments and review. I finally had some time to sit down, gather my thoughts and put it into words. They deserve a real review and not just a 2 liner saying they are good. They are amazing.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would.

Staff: I dealt with - Tracy, Morgan, and (I believe) Erika (sorry, I blame the mask). The staff was VERY kind and wonderful. I cannot express that more in just plain text. They arranged to see my daughter as soon as time permitted. They did whatever they could to make sure my daughter was as comfortable as possible (x-rays). I was expecting them to just book me in and so be it. I was wrong, they cared… a lot…

Doctor: Wow? Dr. Nasim was extremely knowledgeable. My daughter has a rare condition and from my experiences with many doctors, most had no idea about the condition. Instead, Dr. Nasim didn’t just know about the condition, she knew possible causes, programs, and more for my daughter. She gave me advice, not based on how much I’ll spend there, based on, truly based on what is best for my child. I know every doctor has to provide care that’s best for the patient, but it doesn’t feel that way. She looked at my daughter as if she was taking care of a family member. She definitely made me feel like she cares.yes, a lot…

Overall/Conclusion: I think it’s obvious that they are highly recommended from me and my experience. The experience was very genuine. In a survey I was asked “what could we have done better? ” My honest answer was - nothing. It is always easy to find something; such as - oh, be faster or etc. Honestly, the staff are courteous and caring. They are looking out for your best interest and not just trying to kick you out as soon as you’re done. You’re bringing you’re child to the dentist, you obviously want the best for your child, what more can you ask for?

That being said, I really want to thank you again Dr. Nasim, Erika, Tracy, Morgan, and the rest of the team. It has been an amazing experience. I will be coming back for my daughter’s cleaning and etc.

This office is amazing. We have been coming here for about 3 years now. I recommend it to anyone who needs a kids dentistry.

They are very professional and very kind. My 3 year old was not scared, he enjoyed his experience very much. They were very thorough and patient to explain what we needed to work on and how to clean our child’s teeth better at home.

The staff here are always so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure my daughter feels comfortable. We always feel in good hands when we come here.
