Just want to say that I find your product range and services to be amazing. Keep it up.

I finally found a store who sells GU24 2 pin base Led bulb and spiral fluorescent bulbs for my new apartment, it is very difficult to find it. The property management office even does not know where to get the replacement GU24 2 pin base lamps, I went to homedepot and they recommended here, it is really helpful.

I ordered a T8 bulb online from them, thinking I'd support a Canadian business rather than some big mega corporation. (Plus hey, maybe it'd ship here quicker/safer!) Unfortunately despite being the same specs on the burnt out bulb I was replacing, it didn't fit and I asked if I could return the bulb in its original packaging to them for a refund.

They told me yes, and I mailed it out within that same week. I paid for the shipping back to them as they didn't state otherwise. In total the original purchase + return shipping cost around $45. When they refunded me, they sent me $10. I tried talking with their customer support about the FULL refund since the item is completely intact and returned to them, but they refused saying "We are a small online company, not Amazon". I would even be content if they refunded just the original purchase, and not the return shipping. But no.

I will NEVER buy from them again. I feel completely swindled and out $35 just for the "privilege" of trying to buy from their company. Buyer beware, it really isn't worth it if you can help it.

The employees at this store are very rude and care more about segregating and shaming people then doing business. On top of that, one of the employees kept spraying alcohol in my face (which is assault by the way).

So unless you want alcohol sprayed in your face then I would do everything that you can to avoid this place.

This company have everything you need for electric supply and the knowledge to sell it!

The company name calls Aurora Lighting, when you get there, it is a 100% full line electrical supply wholesale store, a little bit confusing with their company name, but the store is good and the stuff are very helpful, you can find a lot electrical material there including rarely stocked automation control parts like din rail mount motor starter and enclosed motor starter, rotary cam switch, amazing, highly recommend.

Good place to get bulbs for light fixtures. Cheaper than home depot and more selection. Nice people too.

Trying everywhere to find bulbs with this kind base for my condo, finally find it here, actually they also have mini fluorescent bulb with this kind of GU24 base, I selected LED.

Almost it is a supermarket you can procure all electric-related merchandises covering industrial, commerical and domestic products, and its counter service offers wholesale price for any walk-in clients. I am suprised to find a small spare parts in there after trekking many suppliers in search of it.

Aurora Lighting has been one of my main suppliers for my electrical business. Great prices, great staff. Always willing to help! Have recommended a lot of other contractors to go here over the years. Highly Recommended!

Terrible customer service. You can’t return and exchange the item.even you try to.read the return policy carefully and buying with them.highly not recommend shop.
