Dr. Ali Shojaei is the best of the best! I’ve gone to him for years and my sister went to him as well with a more complicated case. Both of our teeth turned out way better than we could ever imagine and they still look amazing after getting our braces off over 6 years ago now. The staff have always been so kind and pleasant to my family, making sure we feel taken care of at each visit. I just recently broke a bit of the glue off my permanent wire and although I haven’t been there in a while, the staff squeezed me in an appointment the next day to get it fixed. Overall 5/5 in every aspect - staff, cleanliness, quality service and consistency. Thank you to the team at Aurora Orthodontics, I will forever recommend you to anyone needing orthodontic treatment.

Iam So DISAPPOINTED in Dr. Shojaei orthodontist practice! I as a mother who has spent thousands of dollars paying for my daughters teeth to be perfect only to find out that Dr, Shojaei and his dental hygienist have been making mistakes on my daughter braces.not once’s but twice and making me pay $150 every time even though I have paid well over $5000! I don’t want to have to pay for his mistake even though my daughter has done absolutely nothing when all they do is blame it on us. I spoke with my dentist and he was not impressed and he fixed the problem and said your orthodontist should not be charging you for there mistakes!

I go to Dr. Shojaei as an adult patient. Every visit is enjoyable and informative. Staff and doctor are knowledgeable and take the time to answer my questions, which I always appreciate.

My entire experience with Aurora Orthodontics went beyond what I would expect of wonderful service - Dr. Shojaei aligned everything perfectly and the entire team was extremely friendly, informative, and accommodating. I must also say that I have never witnessed an office run as efficiently and timely. Highly, highly recommend!

Just got my braces off for the second time! Honestly, this time was a much better experience. The dentist really cares about my teeth always giving me the best suggestions moving forward, and my teeth turned out to be better that I expected. Something that was a little sad was that the paste that was used to frame the retainer didn’t have flavour and from the first time I got braces, a flavour was offered. Aside from that, great service and great care provided from the dentist overall. Regardless of how far away live, I would definitely choose this place over any that I know of.
