My wife and I showed up to Aurora Overhead Door's showroom one afternoon with no appointment, just looking to get some ideas for replacing our garage door. The turnaround time from placing the order to the installation date was very quick, especially in this day and age of supply delays in every industry, and on the date of installation Marty came out and did an incredible job. We had their tech coming out during the pandemic and the tech was knowledgeable and replaced the part needed and fixed the problem. This time, our garage door was not closing and the staff just walked us through to align the sensor and fixed the problem quickly without charge or sending a tech out. This just prompts us to give them 5 stars, with their honest and professional service and advice.

Even one star is too many for these people. Very unprofessional to deal with. I called them for repair and servicing my garage door. Gave me an outrageous quote and then went down by 50% of the original quote!
When I refused to get the job done they try to charge me for service call. Lol

Amazing service! My garage door broke on this very cold winter day and was stuck open, even though Aurora Overhead Door were fully booked they tried to squeeze me in because I couldn't get the door to close on my own. Trevor came out and fixed my door in minutes. Aurora Overhead Door is one of the few companies out there that give you top level service, professionalism and care. Thank you so much for making the time to come out today.

I was being scammed by another company for replacing springs on my garage door, so happy I ended up with Aurora Overhead Door, they are very professional.

Unfortunately cannot give less than one start.

I had a very expensive aluminum garage door installed. During install the technician drilled through the polycarbonate panels. I had to argue to have them replaced and the owner wasn't pleased as he "lost money on the door". Not only was having the panels replaced a problem, but after 2 years the so-called powder coated aluminum started to bubble and peel. I can't say how many times I contacted the company to ask why this was happening (powder coated aluminum should not do this). After so many left voicemails and run-arounds, I gave up. Clearly the garage door was not powder coated, and if it was, the job was poorly executed.

Should have written this review a lot earlier, but better late than never. Be cautious when dealing with this company. You don't always get what you pay for, or are promised. Buyer beware.

Excellent company to do business with. Quoted a fair price, and they did an excellent installation that was handled by the installer as if it was his own garage. Great job!
