Aurora windows and doors replaced my front windows, and front double doors with transom in October 2022. I was extremely happy with the whole process from purchasing, to measuring, to installation. The installation crew were on time, friendly, professional, and made sure that every aspect of the install was done correctly. The crew cleaned up well and took old products away. I am extremely happy that I chose Aurora for my window and door needs and I will certainly choose them for any future installations. They were competitively priced with other companies in the area.

I had a 2 guys from this company to come to my home to provide a quote to replace all my windows and doors. They said I’d I ordered right away, it’s be mid-august for the windows to be in. That was 4 weeks ago and I’ve called asking where the quote is every week since. Every time I called I was told ‘you’ll get it today or tomorrow. ’ Why waste my time? I would have ordered them the day they came.

They installed a sliding door on our patio we have instructions to do it this way fixed on the right open on the left side looking from outside they wrote that down and they recorded it.but their installer made it the other way around, now I made a complaint to them and says that we don't have instructions and they're looking for a record for me to show it if there is one, what the hell!? They would rather shout back and forth with you than make the correction that cost them money.it is not advisable to go with this company.

Had a great experience with Aurora Windows & Doors. Great service and knowledge from the rep, Felix and staff in store. The worked was finished today (a new front entry door and side window). On time, quick and efficient and explained thru out the install what was being done. The installers did a fantastic job and thank you for that!

I looked online to find a window company and you never know what you will get. When I met with Felix (the owner) he was very honest and gave me more info than I needed. I had a good feeling! So we just got all of our windows done by these guys. A patio door, 14 windows, entrance and backyard doors. They did all of this in 3 days, they were punctual and very kind. We are very satisfied with the product and service. I told my wife that I never feel that money is so worth spending. During the winter with temperatures dropping well below zero and I was amazed at the difference these new PVC windows have made! I was able to keep the thermostats set lower and yet the house feels warmer - no drafts coming through and I started to see lower the power bills. Thanks again and we are so so so happy with the final result!

I purchased 10 windows and 2 doors last spring. The installation was great, quick and efficient. The sales man, Allen, was really polite and professional. Its been about a year and I have to say that everything is great. Would recommend!
