I recently had an on-site visit (home) for an ergonomic assessment with Auspice Safety Inc. The entire experience, from contact to assessment, was seamless and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to resolve issues related to their physical set up for work either in the office or in their home office. Simone was the consultant sent for my assessment and she was professional, knowledgeable, affable and thorough - she left no stone unturned in trying to fix my circumstance!

Did working at heights at the site. Teacher very professional but it was very cold and uncomfortable making it hard to concentrate. No accees to water.

I was very impressed with the thorough ergonomic assessment I received even though we had to do it virtually via Teams due to COVID-19. Simone guided me through simple measurements with my tape measure and gave me good advice on how to improve my work setup. She was thorough, courteous and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with. Simone from Auspice Safety Inc.came to my home to do an assessment. She was punctual, cordial, and very professional.
She explained to me from head to toe, what my posture should be and what would happened if it didn't. She asked accurate questions about my ache and pains and what to do to relieve the symptoms even talked about doing some stretching. She explained to me what kind of workstation was needed, the proper chair, footstool, monitors and more. I am very pleased with her assessment and would recommend her to others.

Contacted this company for multiple people to take a course and they turned us away due to 2 employees having learning disabilities. They used an excuse that the Ministry requires a written exam but didn't offer to read or help with the exam just turned us away.

I have contacted the Ministry as well as multiple other companies in the area and there are ways around this. The Ministry has no issue with the exam being read and assistance being provided. This company is showing discrimination but not offering a barrier free learning environment.

We are more than pleased with how easy the whole process of implementing new health and safety procedures was, working with Auspice Safety. They tailored the policies to our business and were quick to respond to any questions. We look forward to continuing to work with them and would definitely recommend them.

Did an in-home ergonomic assessment. The physiotherapist was knowledgeable, experienced and followed COVID-19 health measures strictly while inside the home. She gave me useful advise and identified the appropriate measures to deal with my neck pain in relation to my work desk. I am thankful for the recommendations.

I had a virtual ergonomic assessment done and found my assessor Simone very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. In the admin side, Theresa was very helpful in getting the assessments set up and was quick to answer any questions or help with any issue. The cost for the virtual assessment was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them and will be using them for all other ergo virtual assessments in my department.

Lack of respect for peoples time. They insist on having 24 hour notice for cancellations; however, have no issues cancelling more than once with as little as 15 minutes notice.
