Austin Taylor has amazing customer service. My automatic recliner stopped working. Rob came out and replaced the mechanism at no charge. I’m very impressed with their staff (Jane) in particular and now their follow up as well.

Sometimes you don't really know how good a company is until you have a problem with them.and then the truth comes out. We recently received the dining set we purchased 10 weeks ago from Austin and Taylor. There were noticeable imperfections that diminished the quality of our set. And, to be honest, we were afraid that after spending much money on this coveted set, we would get the proverbial "runaround" that ends in disappointment and regret.

We are very, very pleased to say that our experience with Austin and Taylor was very positive. Rob Havers, came to our home to inspect the set. He agreed that imperfections were noticeable and told us that he will make it right. And, he did! They took the set back to their shop and within reasonable time delivered a perfect set back to us. The set we bought now looks absolutely gorgeous and we are so very, very happy!

If we say that Austin and Taylor is a good company.we'd be selling them short.they're awesome!

We purchased a custom-built sectional from Austin & Taylor for a very high price. After waiting for almost 6-months to receive the sectional, feathers are poking out of cushions and cushions are not keeping their shape (from the first week that we received the sectional). We contacted the store on May 30,2022, and they said they will ask the manufacturer to provide us with extra casings to keep feathers from poking at our bodies, especially our kids. However, they did not provide us with a proper explanation for de-shaped cushions. I sent two more emails on May 30 and June 13, and they did not respond. They did not even give us any further information about casings. I am disappointed. I expected to be treated fairly. By the way, we worked with Alicia, and she was very helpful. The management was the one handling the casing issue.

Update: Austin&Taylor management contacted me a few days after the above review in June to address our dissatisfaction. They ordered extra casings from the manufacturer and Rob delivered them yesterday (Aug 04,2022) to our house. He kindly put extra casings below each cushion cover. So far, we think the feather problem is resolved. The extra casings also help cushions to keep their shape better (so far around 60% improvement). I thought I have to be fair and explain what they did to gain back our trust and satisfaction. The quality of the sectional itself, except for these cushion issues, is very good. This is based on our experience in the last three months that we have used the sectional. We also bought two accent chairs. I have no complaint about them. They are great. They are not feather-filled.

Shopping for new furniture can be overwhelming. From the moment we visited Austin & Taylor, we were greeted with outstanding selection, sincere customer service and impressive support in terms of design and fabric considerations. We were so appreciative of Lori's expertise, help and patience as we made our decisions. We were able to share our vision and were carefully guided through possible furnishings to consider. The whole process was most positive from selection, ordering and delivery. We have returned a second time to augment our original purchase and will continue to be customers at this wonderful store. We are so happy with our new furniture and will certainly recommend Austin & Taylor to friends and family. Again, special thanks to Lori and Brian for making our experience so memorable.

Ordered a custom couch that was supposed to be here mid- February and it has arrived already! Extremely helpful in putting together the total look of the room. Lots of fabric samples and styles of furniture and in most cases for the quality, not much higher in price then some of the stuff the big box places are selling
