Bought boots here many years ago. Although you can find the Blundstone boots I was looking for at many shoe stores, I went here because of the service. The price is the same everywhere. Blundstone boots are always an excellent choice.

Super helpful staff and very knowledgeable.
Suggestive selling and knew answers to all my questions. I ended up with an amazing quality boot thay works exactly for me.

Patient salespeople including Maria helped me find the perfect fit. Months later, I brought the boots in after they got very scuffed in a bike crash (but saved my toes). Grace oiled them for me for free (store policy) and the boots look way better. Thanks to Jo for the help too.

On a rainy Sunday morning I walked into the store with half of the mud from the dog park at Trinity Bellwoods on the soles of my BlundStones and was greeted by friendly, helpful staff Chris and Grace who not only cleaned my shoes to ascertain their age and counsel me on how best to take care of my shoes but also looked into the possibility of having repairs made to them. It is so refreshing to have sales people who know their product so thoroughly. Regardless of whether my present pair can be repaired or not, I will be returning next week to buy my next pair of BlundStones. Many thanks again to Chris and Grace!

I bought my first pair of boots from here recently and the staff were all patient, well informed/knowledgeable. They genuinely took the time to make sure that I knew what I was getting and what I was buying them for. They also mentioned tips on care and at no point we’re pressuring me to purchase.

Amazing experience buying my first pair of Blundstones yesterday! Both the managers present were very knowledgeable and friendly! They take great care of you and were very genuine people! Would 100% recommend to anyone in the market for a new pair or to get an existing repair checked in for a free cleaning and upkeep!

Have been on the fence about blundstones for a while but Catherine was so patient with me while I debated and tried on several pairs of shoes. She was thoughtful in her explanation of fit, style etc.the rest of the staff working were friendly and welcoming too. I left with a pair thanks to the reassurance from the team:)

They have the full selection of Blundstones in all sizes. I came here to purchase after 2 stores didn't have my size in the color I wanted.

Such a good place to get a pair of nice boots. Staff who work here are really enthusiastic and helpful. They give me so many times to try shoes to make sure it fits me well. I will come here for more times. Th is is the best service that I ever had.

My friend recently got a job as a cook and went to Australian boot to buy Blundstone safety shoes. The male sales associate was very friendly, and professional.

The staff are always incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. Their products are built to last and I'll be wearing blundstones and Glurups for a long time to come.

I am happy with my purchase and it is a nice clean store. The customer service (it it can be called that) I recievd from one employee in particular almost caused me to walk out in disgust. Had i not been with my wife and had the other employees not been very nice I most assuredly would have left. When I tried on the first pair of boots I found them too stiff on the top. The employee's response was beyond rude. It was downright confrontational.

Amazing customer service. Went it with explicit goal of getting a pair but unsure what style. Gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and patient. Happy to let us try on multiple styles and sizes so we got the perfect pair. Didn’t feel rushed (despite a bit of a line forming due to Covid capacity limits). Highly recommend. Will be coming back for the free boot treatment service.

5 stars because of the customer service. Hands down, they are the best! I bought my Blundstone boots there and they taught me so much about the material, the colour, and other little details that make the difference in the shoes you pick. Every year, I drop off my boots at their store for a free clean-up! 10/10 recommend!

The staff and customer service go above and beyond. Needed to get my RM Williams boots relasted, and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful in finding the right fit, as well as helping to get in touch with the repair service in Australia. Although not an extensive selection of RM Williams boot styles, the ones they do have are the popular Comfort Craftsman in a range of various sizes.

I have a few pairs of RMs I’ve acquired over the years. Like all high quality leather soled footwear the soles and heals will wear out significantly faster than the upper. Traditionally I have taken my boots in to an RM Williams store while in Australia to have them resoled, but due to the pandemic I didn’t wanted to travel home this year.

Australian Boot Company helped secure genuine RM Williams leather soles and heals for my two pairs of boots and they took charge of getting them re-soled at a trusted Toronto based cobbler.

The boots were returned to me this week and they look fantastic! Standard of work was up to RM Williams standards in-house re-soling with the cobbler repairing cork damage I caused from pushing one pair a little too far perfectly. Even though one pair is >10 years old and have been resoled twice, they look brand new.

There was a minor issue in returning the boots to me, but was handled handled well and quickly resolved. I wish we could get the same high level of customer service the Australian Boot Company provided back in Australia. I highly recommend Australian Boot Company and am excited to have found them.

For some reason, there are 3 employees in the store, yet there is a capacity for 1 customer only in the store? Odd. Also, I was barked at by the retail salesperson for showing a boot to my partner at the door. “We don’t allow people from outside to touch the shoes”, yet, I came from outside and handled many shoes. Silly, just silly. If they were actually covid sensitive, they would have their front door opened in the 10c weather. Again, silly.

Fast and friendly customer service. I'm a repeat customer that is happy to continue coming back - they quickly packed my order for pickup (within a couple hours) and when I needed to exchange they had my order ready within an hour of receiving my exchange request email. Thank you!

This place has been on Queen street for decades and although they moved across the street to a bigger location years ago, their service is still amazing! I have bought many pairs of Blundstones here for my whole family and they never dissapoint. Their friendly service extends to complimentary boot cleaning. I drop off my families boots in the morning before work and pick them up on my way home after work. They clean and wax our boots and make them look GREAT after winter's wear and tear!

My seldom worn black chisel toe Blundstone boots started to disintegrate in the heel area. I took them into the Blundstone store on Queen Street East.
The salesperson examined them and acknowledged that there was an issue with respect to the workmanship. The boots were replaced. Unbelievable courteous, honest, knowledgeable, professional customer service in this day and age. This company/store truly stand behind their product.

Best boots I’ve owned. They last forever my first pair are 7 years old and still look good. Nick and scrapes burnt sole from my tailpipe lol but soft as slippers.

Bought the steel toed ones in crazy horse colour. Most comfortable work boots I’ve owned!

They even told me about a shoe maker in the area that can resole blundstones! I was amazed at the workmanship good vibram lugs!

Awesome store - one of my favourites in Toronto. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented. Products are solid. I've been wearing Blundstones for about 10 years now and they've never let me down, and they stand by their product like no other shoe I know of.

Staff was so great and helpful during my first visit in 5 years. Great pointers about boot care to make my blundstones last even longer this time and info about insoles which I really needed.

Bought my first pair of Blundstones today here. The three folks who were working while I was there helped me out were very helpful, patient, informative and friendly; they brought out maybe five different pairs for me and even chatted with me while I deliberated between styles. Thanks for a wonderful experience (and the boots and sticker of course!) - if I'm ever in need of another pair I'll be back!

Loved this spot. I've. Ought two pairs of Blundstones from them, they have a great selection of RM Williams as well. They know how to care for these shoes and offer a great maintenance service for the lifetime of the boots.

We came in about 30 minutes before closing one day and the store was packed! Despite how busy they were, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. One staff member in particular went above and beyond and brushed up my boots for me. My partner and I both purchased a pair of Blundstones from here and love them:)

Very clean store top to bottom, the sales assistant was happy to help Rebekah (My apologize if I spelled it wrong). They have a stack of 'Defected' boots (Minor scruffs or scratches). My size US 9 wasn't available but she did take a further look. I will be back Australian Boot Company!:)

Other than an exceptional product for the Canadian winter, the staff dealt with my issue with exceptional speed and most importantly knowledge and understanding.

The manager is warm and courteous, the products and availability are good. The sales person I had was professional but super cold. Not a good experience for someone who experiences social anxiety.

If you want to buy Blundstones, this is the place to go. They will clean and shampoo your shoes too!

I've owned and enjoyed a pair of Blundstone boots for about five years. They're in great shape as I don't move beer kegs or do anything that would damage them. Recently the laminated inner liner cracked making them impossible to wear. I took them in to the Queen West store, where I bought them, to see if a repair was possible; the people in the store where most helpful. They looked at the otherwise excellent condition of my boots and decided that the material failure was a manufacturing defect and they gave me a new pair of boots. Blown away is an overused phrase but I was blown away by the warm, friendly exchange that I had with the people in the store. They went out of their way to stand by their product. I didn't ask for a replacement and I appreciated their ownership and independence in resolving the issue. That's the mark of a great company.

Flimsy product, rock bottom service.

I purchased my chisel toe Blundstones 2 years ago, and they served me well.for a short time. After only 1 year of use, the seams have come almost completely apart. The leather on the toe is totally worn through, making them almost unwearable.

I brought them into the Australian Boot Company store, and asked them for help. They took some pictures to send to some office in Toronto promising to get back to me. After 3 weeks not hearing back, I returned to the store. I spoke to the same guy, who told me they had asked for more pictures, and he'd forgotten to write to me. So he took more pictures and sent another email, with me cc'd this time. A few more weeks passed with no response, so I replied to the thread with the Vancouver store and the Toronto office. Still no response. So I went back to the store, only to find the Toronto office had rejected the warranty claim, with no offer of compensation. They had not included me in their email, nor had the Vancouver location emailed to inform me. So three visits in, with no email communication, I was left with the same broken product I had walked in with 2 months prior.

Blundstone has clearly forgotten their Canadian clientele, offering no service whatsoever. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately have to add to the collection of reviews of how unfriendly a certain employee was. Middle-aged asian woman. I fell in love with the heeled blundstone boots online and went to the Queen St W location to try them on. The first person that helped me (shaved head) was so lovely and friendly. She told me they were all sold out in black and not sure when they'd be getting more but brought me the ones in brown they had just so I could try them on and see if I still liked them. She also brought me a size up along with the size I asked for because they fit tighter. (So thoughtful and great product knowledge). The store was really busy so she stepped away to help someone else while I tried them on. I tried them on and loved them but had my mind set on the black ones. I pulled up the Blundstone site up on my phone while I was in store and it let me place an order for the black ones online. The asian woman came up to me and asked me if I was all good, I told her yes, and I was going to buy the brown ones and possibly return them and try to order the black ones online. The woman took the boots from me, scoffed at me, and said "well you can try" and then walked away with the boots I was going to purchase. I left the store and ended up buying them from Little Burgundy instead. Fast forward a week or so later and I have to go back into the store to buy the sheep fur inserts for my boots. This was with much hesitation because of the awful experience with that woman earlier. A tall gentleman helped me and was super friendly, grabbed the size I needed and let me try them on. While I was trying them on with my boots, the same woman barked at someone to go on their break. That's when it hit me she's management and my heart sank for the friendly members of staff that works there. She never smiles, never has a nice tone to her voice, even with customers. As someone who works in retail, this is just unacceptable. If you don't have the right attitude to be working retail, then you should find a non-customer facing job. I feel SO bad for the staff because they're so nice and friendly. I can't image going to work everyday with her as my manager. I'd be miserable.

I've had a pair of blundstones for 4 years now and they've been great. Little bit of maintenance and they last forever. I actually had a minor leak due to a manufacturer issue with a previous pair and they replaced them for free.

When I came here the place was hopping with people. It was just before it properly got cold and a lot of people (including me!) were there to get boots ahead of snow and other miserableness.

The staff were super helpful in guiding me into the right size boots and rang up the purchase quickly. I didn’t experience a single moment of upselling and the staff were perfect in helping me. I’d highly recommend buying from this store!

Super great selection of Blundstones. The two girls who helped me today were both very friendly and accommodating. However, the middle-aged woman who works (or manages?) here really needs a lesson in customer service. She is very abrasive and can be quite rude, and I'm basing that on several experiences. Bit of a turn-off when I see her in there, as I've been to the Yonge St.location several times and the people that work there have always been very laid-back and personable.
