I have been a loyal customer of Auto Acumen for several years, ever since they first established their presence at 310 Queen Street. Try not to get ripped off from them. I was ripped off lately. They charge different amount of labor if you bring the parts and different if you have them buy the parts. Not transparent at all.

During my most recent visit, they said if you leave the shop with car to buy the parts then they will charge me 200$ for labour and if I leave the car with them and have them buy the parts then they charge me 150$.

I was even willing to pay the deposit and leave the shop to buy the parts for them but seems like they did not like it and wanted to have a cut in the parts they were going to buy.

Parts they quote me was 350$ + tax and I got it in 180$ including tax.think twice before going there. Make sure how much they are going to charge before you hand over your car keys.

They are great people and very professional. I have been dealing with Jeeves for last 2 years and he has always been super helpful.

I needed emergency service on my Ridgeline and being from out of town i came to Auto Acumen based on ratings. An honest auto mechanic shop run by people who truly want to help. It is getting difficult to find places conducting business in a way that makes me feel appreciated as a customer not to mention confident in quality of workmanship. Fyzal and his crew make this look easy. I’d give them 6 stars if i could.

If you live within 30 minutes of their garage, it is worth the drive. They offer professional, friendly and fair priced services and only do what work is really needed. The two employees are the owners, so you know you are getting the best service all the time. The only downside is location, location, location as it is tucked away in the back of a busy street, with scarce parking and no schuttle service.

Needed a simple bulb change on the weekend, normally I'd go visit an uncle who does great work but he wasn't in the shop. I was a little hesitant to visit elsewhere and be overcharged, happy I came here, these guys were fast, honest and efficient. I'll definitely be back!

This was my first time here. My car overheated on my way home. I was stuck on the side of the road calling mechanics who were all too busy.
They immediately said to bring my car in and they would try to help. My car isn't easy to work on (it's an old German make).
They gave me an honest price for the job, they did the work right away, they fixed my problem, and they have great attitudes. I am comfortable coming back here to continue working on my car.

They took time to tell me what and what not to do with my car. They give honest advice. I have going back for 5 years.

I can't begin to tell you how great these guys are! They care, they're trustworthy. The prices are fair and the work done to your car will be 100% all the time. I dont take my car anywhere else. I've had alot of work to be done to my car and these guys have gone above and beyond to make sure my car is in perfect working condition.

These two men are truly professionals, and honest. I was referred to Fyzal by my trusting friend. She praised him and his work, she was not wrong. I appreciate this guy! I can’t tell you how many different mechanics I’ve been to over the last ten years. Fyzal treats my wife and I like we were his only customer. My wife’s van wouldn’t start and he came to our home after work hours, looked at the vehicle and gave us direction on what to do next. When we discovered what the issue was he called the dealership and ask them to fix an issue out of goodwill. Things you typically don’t see in mechanics. Great guy. Fyzal keep up the great work. People out here truly appreciate it!

Best mechanics and most trust worthy in all of the GTA. Never seen trusted mechanics where safety and low prices are the priority. I drive 45km to see them and I always leave a happy customer. Highly recommended!

Went to this autoshop because of the reviews, and I was more than impressed with the work and the customer service I received. They explained everything that needed to be done and even physically showed me what work needed to be done. On top of that they explained why the work needed to be done. This is the first time I have left a mechanic and didn't feel like I had been duped. I will definitely be coming back.
